Very friendly welcome, nice room and good breakfast. All-round perfect… even in Corona times!

We were completely satisfied. Everything is perfect from booking to departure. Consistently nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, perfect location, parking opposite, value for money perfect. We have finally found our business hotel and will come back to every trade fair. Continue like this.

Charming hotel with a staff more than charming, kind, and available.

Super nice décor of the entrance — and breakfast area, my room was modern and stylishly furnished as well as spacious. Everything was thought of (even an ironing board and — iron). My room to the street was very quiet and very clean! The beds are comfortable, the breakfast delicious, the staff very friendly & helpful! What more do you want? Keep it that way!

The rooms are very stylishly furnished, nice hotel staff and a rich breakfast.
We are here every year with our project and always choose this hotel for the overnight stay of our participants.

The hotel is quite centrally located. It is less than 30 min to the Rhine and about 20 min to the Kö and the shops. The connection to public transport is ideal. The entrance is already very nicely furnished and the reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. In addition to towels and TV, the facility also includes an ironing board and iron. If the shirts are slightly damaged by transport, you can iron them and hang them on the existing handles. The breakfast is very varied and the service very accommodating. I am very happy to be here and will continue to prefer this hotel in the future.

I have to say the Hotel Wieland is really chic! Everything clean and a nice and open-minded welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and the handling relaxed. Happy to return. :)

A really great hotel! Extremely friendly staff! When I didn't feel so well on the day of departure I was allowed to check out a little later at no extra charge! Really very nice. Rooms are beautiful. Location & breakfast were great! Happy to return!

Lovely hotel which is not owned by a large multinational corporation as it seems. Was automatically upgraded to a larger double room. Check in was super quick. The breakfast room isn't large but the buffet has a very large variety and had a good quality. The room was modern and comfortable, couldn't find a pricelist for the minibar though. There was some noise at the late evening, but not so loud that it would've prevented me from sleeping (might be louder on weekends though? ). I'd go there again.

Bright friendly chic hotel — with everything you need for a stay — modern ambience, stylish (y) rooms: fabulous shower and the beds very comfortable. WC and sink/shower separately, that pleases.
Very friendly helpful staff — great breakfast — very rich — so, we'll be happy to come back :-)

At first glance a seemingly good hotel. Unfortunately, several shortcomings are evident in the room. Internet often unusable slowly. From the bath a permanently a very unpleasant musty smell flows.

Modern, affordable hotel in a central yet quiet location. Our double room had a very good new décor and a modern bathroom. The breakfast was good and plentiful. All the staff is very friendly.

Room and service very good. The mattress was not so comfortable in my room and an absolute no-go is for me that the WLAN has barely worked at all (at Android almost always an exclamation mark next to the WLAN icon)

Friendly, professional and attentive to the customer. We were greeted in English from the beginning (although German would not have displeased me, local color oblige). Without asking anything, our room had been upgraded. The breakfast was varied, healthy and the staff friendly and attentive. Ons het bay Geniet van die Verblyf. Hulle was Vriendelik en die kamer Groot en lekker stil. Die Ontbyt was Baie lekker en gesond en die personeel net Vriendelik en sorgsaam. Ons gaan Hierdie Naweek in Düsseldorf in Hierdie Hotel nie vergere nie.

Terrible experience Neighbours are very loud. Hard music resonates trough the walls in the weekend. Reception is not willing to accommodate us with a different room and only tend to speak german eventhough they pretend to be a business hotel! Never had such a louzy service sure not up to german standards.

The hotel is located in the center of Düsseldorf, plus the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the decor is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Definitely if I go back to Düsseldorf this hotel would choose it for me lodging.

Due to high occupancy during the fair time seemingly improvised upstairs rooms get. Unfortunately smelled a bit old/musty, but was well maintained. You hear the elevator all night and the footsteps of the neighbor. Breakfast was great, staff totally nice. Location has great transport links.

The staff is super friendly, morning, noon and evening) Breakfast is perfectly adequate and also there the two ladies in the back counter radiate in the morning and get immediately when a new guest comes for breakfast and ask for drinks wishes. There is a shortcoming, the beds, which are not suitable for large people and by large I mean not 2m but 1, 7m.

Was in your hotel at the beginning of November, I felt very comfortable. The boss himself is a very good host. Great and clean room and the sauna also did very well. There was something for everyone at breakfast. I would book this hotel every time I had to go to Düsseldorf. Always Happy again love greetings.

Room 533 a really nice large room with bath and shower. The personell was really friendly. We had breakfast whick was well served and lots of choice.

Recently I pass one night in this hotel for a bussiness trip. Everything have been fantastic. People was very kind and helpful (I arrived a little early and my room it wasn't ready but they leave me get in to change my clothes and leave my luggage), they help me as well with the transport to airport, taxi, recommendations and so on
Breakfast is a must. Very complete and delicious. And the prices are very competitive! Congratulation for that high level of service!

My master hotel in Düsseldorf. Class service and location.

The rooms are very modern and stylishly presented. The bathroom is a bit smaller, it lacks nothing! Very clean. The sleeping comfort is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is plentiful and offers something for everyone.
The location is super. A bus, S-Bahn and u-Bahn is bus stop right outside the door.
A supermarket is just opposite.
We enjoyed the stay and will certainly return :)

Small but very nice, with lovely stuff. Great location close to the center, transportation and a walking distance from all you need in Dusssldof. The room was very nice, not big but comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower was very nice, clean with hot water. The elevator is very small, but all the rest is great.

Full service to all your needs during high exhibition season. We stayed there during Drupa 2012 and 2016. Easy access to bus and train. Great breakfast. The team is helpful. Very clean and no noise since the tram went underground.

The room was only superficially cleaned, you could look not so closely. Remote control light switch, plugs etc. With thick dust or "User areas". Particularly nasty in bed and in the bathroom sink dark hair in the sink. For feedback on the reception, first no help was offered, but then talking to the chef after a certain tenacity. This gave feedback to the staff, the room would be not to change (although others were free according to reception) and you could talk about it the next morning, or Exchange.
The duty men at the front desk was not responsible for the provision of a clean room and responded only with "… ich'm here Yes now alone and can't get away. " Funny then that room is a 24-hour room service is offered, how is that handled then?
Unfortunately, there was no talk offer to follow up.

It is a very nice hotel and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very tasty and the boss is very nice. I can only say it is a super hotel.

3 sterne aber viel mehr wert! super nette führung, angenehme stimmung und tolles frühstück. For some size might matter: the rooms are a little small but I would not trade this for anything else. There are so many other things making up for that.

I used the business hotel Wieland in the framework of a training course in Düsseldorf. The rooms are quite small but practical well furnished. Colour TV, minibar, desk, free Wi-Fi. Bathroom bit small but good and clean I had booked a single room and got a double room with two separate beds. Breakfast service for this category of sufficient.
