Hotel Weber Hotel

Very nice little hotel in the Barbarosa platz section of Koln/Cologne. The rooms are very clean as well as the bathrooms. Really friendly staff more than happy to help. Most of their English is quite good, they will let you reserve parking in advance, easy to get into, and the price is fair. The only thing I wish they had was more rooms with full bathrooms, but they are limited due to the building. The room that doesn't have a private toilet still has a show and is very nice. I have stayed in Koln 4 times in the past 2 years. The last 2 were in the Hotel Weber and it is now my goto hotel.

Gute Lage, ein wenig eng aber ansonsten sehr angemessen. Parkplätze sind für 15€ am Tag vorhanden.

Very nice and very clean hotel. Has a great location! Close to the city centre and still quiet without city noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, for example, if it were. To ask questions about landmarks or directions went. Check in & check out went quick and straightforward. If I go to Cologne again, I will book this hotel again!

Small and quaint hotel not a big walk away from the centre with a tram stop on the door and paid parking available. Shares toilets but ensuite rooms. I was told upon arrival though that I would have to pay cash for city tax and parking even though they have a card reader. This I argued and paid on card in the end as I was away with business and could not withdraw money out on company credit card. This is a weird policy I have never come across before in my 6years of travel every week for work in any other hotel ever. I feel this is a big enough deal I knocked a star off and can't recommend for people travelling only using cards. Also this should be stated somewhere on the website (s) that this is their policy.

Only problem The rooms havent toylet.

Hotel that reminds a lot of those family run. Chilling furniture and really small shared bathrooms.

Clean hotel. Didn't have any problems with the shared toilet, was very clean and never had to wait when we used it. Only complaint is the pillows were rubbish. You can here the tram through the night but didn't really bother us. It's about a 25min walk to the centre which isn't bad considering the price of this hotel per night. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good location; walking distance from the centre and from Belgian quarter. Hotel is very clean and kept that way. Communal toilets are also kept very very clean. Staff friendly and English speaking.

Nice… the bathroom in the hallway is a bit awkward.

Unfortunately, the curtains next to the Jotelschild are not light-proof. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Liebe budget hotel but also really low standard. For example toilets are on the floor not in the room. Staff is nice and covers up for some of the short comings of this place. All in all ok but not great.

The room is clean. The bad wasn't comfortable. The breakfast is quite poor. You don't have a WC in your room only shower.

An inconspicuous building in the middle of Cologne is a small hotel. There is not much comfort, but the entire House is very clean and well kept. The Interior dates from the 1970s, and is so authentic and beautiful, that one has the feeling to have stepped on a journey through time. The scenario, more enjoyable way underline the many artificial flowers they are completely free of dust. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. We felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and good. The location is quite good, although the area around the Zülpicher Platz is not exactly the best. Who wants to go out, is right here but, everything is there and in the district, also the access to public transportation is excellent.

Hello! Who a Hotel for a short stay — in the middle of the city and on favorable terms — searches will be happy here! My case: A night for 33€, excl. 6€ Breakfast and 1.65€ cultural tax. Location: Zülpicher Platz — good transport links (Tram 200 m from the Hotel) Subway, it is also easy to walk to — Student district: many pubs, Bars and Restaurants Features: simple but sufficient — Rooms very clean — Shower in the room Toilet one floor down (feasible) — Single room with 2 beds (in my case) Dryer is missing on the room, can be requested from reception — At night, a little cool, heating present (probably next Time just higher turn ;-) ) Staff: friendly and accommodating Reception all night occupied Conclusion: I found the Hotel convincingly, it may for a short visit to the above price definitely recommend it.

At such reasonable prices, it is hard to believe just how correct and stylish this hotel really is. Everything here is clean, orderly, and the way it should be. The rooms are not enormous, but they look so new, clutter-free, well-kept, and bright that they never feel cramped, the way many hotels with reasonable prices do. The bed was comfortable. The lobby and hallways of the building are very tastefully decorated, in a classic style with elegant oriental rugs and classic European paintings. Although the paintings are not quite museum-quality, any one of them could be hung in a smaller museum without seeming obviously out-of-place. The breakfast buffet was good quality. The hotel staff all provided friendly and helpful service. The hotel is within a short walk (or one tram stop) of Neumarkt (the main shopping area), the University and student quarter, and the "Belgian quarter" (hip young professional neighborhood). It is difficult to imagine that other hotels would deliver such good quality at this price.
