Stayed here for 6 days during our visit to Cologne for Gamescom. Place was very easy to find, we arrived late at night and was greeted by a lovely staff member who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. Sadly cannot remember his name. We were situated in the apartments just on the side of the hotel. Very clean and pleasant rooms. Extremely comfy beds and lots of little extras such as a safe, fridge and tv. Hotel is very close to lots of popular spots to visit, only a few steps away from the chocolate museum (well worth a visit! ). When we return next year we will be definitely staying here again.

Very noisy, dirty balconny, expecially the de luxe rooms are smelly from the restaurant downstairs.
