Small hotel with a top location (in the middle of the pedestrian zone and still quiet). Breakfast is worth the little money. However, it was relatively noisy outside at night, as my room went towards the backyard and there was a cooling system or something like that. But with the window closed, it's possible.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to the centre.

Perfect location! In the middle of the city centre, a 5min walk from the Hbf and the Duomo. Clean and all important present. Nice staff. Breakfast is not extensive (no scrambled eggs), but sausage, cheese and jam is there. One gets fed up with.

Great location a really close to the Duomo of Köln. Friendly staff The breakfast is not very varied but typically German (don't expect to find croissants). The room was clean as was the bathroom. Good value for money In conclusion I can say that it is certainly ideal for a visit of a couple of days in Cologne. If I happen to go back to Köln I will be back for sure.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The location of Callas is incredible, it is literally in the middle of everything and right next to the Dom. The receptionist is nice and not too serious. Breakfast is alright, nothing spectacular there. Me and my family shared a 3 bed room, although it was more like a suite. The one bad thing was that right outside our windows were the vents so it made an annoying loud noise, even at night. But all in all it was a nice overnight stay.

Marvellous little hotel in the middle of Cologne. Perfect double room for 3 persons with doors to close between the rooms. Very clean and nice bathrooms.

The location is nice near the domplatte but it is a very old building with small rooms. In addition, it is very difficult to sleep well due to noisy all night. An elevator is too small to get in many people with suitcases.

Good location. Outdated rooms. Small breakfast room with not enough tables and you need to wait for a table.

In the centre… directly at the cathedral… just perfect!

Avoid room 12, as another customer explained, the doors close badly, the walls are very thin and by 5h you will not sleep because that is where they empty the dishwasher. On the other hand, the location close to the train station and the centre is very convenient, as is the free Wi-Fi. For the balance sheet, the hotel does not offer the expected quality.

Very good small hotel in the heart of the old town near the cathedral, right on the pedestrianised zone within easy access to shops and restaurants. Rooms very good with good facilities, TV and bar. Bathroom modern and stylish. Everything clean and tasteful. We very 5 people travelling to the Christmas market and had a lovely time and were treated very good and with a lot of laughs and jokes. We would definately return again. Perfect place for a stay in the city.

Clean comfortable room, nice simple breakfast. Great location and staff were nice and spoke good English.

People working here were nice besides the owner. I was feeling bad whenever he responsed and treated me. The attitude to guests and tourists is not appropriate. Here dosen't accept a credit card regarding local tax in case you prepaid from other country. Room was noisy as it's location and even I could here people talking from the next room. Room was chilly so I don't recommend if you're staying during the winter season.

A barely visible door, a tiny home and a grumpy receptionist… great start!
Maybe I'm wrong but fell: room tiny, fine room, slamming door as soon as someone opens a door or a window (I have savvy it for the night with a towel), bathroom/toilet window barely frosted with people who smoke before using the roof as balcony, not swivel TV and not in front of the bed or no Chair (Incidentally there are not (, Chair) and finally my room located at 2 steps of the breakfast room and the tables are set around 5: 00 (however I did have the right to the breakfast because I was leaving before 7: 00). A final commercial argument? The travel agency had already settled the night but it took me to pay by credit card before leaving.
In short, I will NEVER return.

The personnel is very kind and speaks perfect English. The rooms, even if quite small, are super comfortable. The breakfast is simple but also good.

Simple Hotel almost directly at the Cologne Cathedral around the corner and so "terribly" Central to the major tourist attraction of Cologne is located. Man, it can from the main train station is easily reached on foot. The rooms are ok, acceptable clean, Breakfast is simple but ok. Staff is heavily on tourists to be fixed, as a business traveller is something rather unusual. All in all, perfectly OK for a Central Stay in Cologne.

Unfortunately, being located on Hohestr, the rooms are quite noisy, even in the early hours of the night.
