My mom and I went to visit my son who is studying in Berlin from the US. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton, and thought the service was amazing from the concierge and front door service. Alberto Juric was very attentive and put on the best show at 6pm of Putting on the Ritz. A five minute show with theater and champagne. A natural entertainer that needs to be in a theater soon! Great place to take a dump :) Tourist pro tip: just walk as you belong there. Ignore the door man. Pretend to be a hotel guest. Bathrooms are in the back area.

Very luxurious experience. Beds and pillows were fantastically comfy/soft. Front desk service was attentive. The only downside is that the main restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, which causes some lobby noise during the day.

The newly renovated rooms are great. I stayed in a club level room which had a great amount of space and modern technology. Good room service as well. Renovations going on in the building made this the only negative but at least there was proper warning on the website.

The Ritz Carlton breakfast buffet is the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. This is not because of the taste of the food but rather the selection and variety of the food. The breakfast buffet that was given to us has a very poor selections and laziness with some of the cooks. Most hotels understand that they have to have an international breakfast but the Ritz doesn’t offer that. There is no Chinese or Indian section and the food that they do offer is honestly disappointing. The selection is limited and I have to say I had high expectations, this is the Ritz Carlton, the most famous hotel there is and to have such a limited boring selection is deeply disappointing.

Remarkable hotel centrally located in Berlin. Exactly what you would expect from a Ritz in terms of quality of service and accommodations. Very good overall experience, however I was not wow'd. Would I come back? probably.

The hotel will soon be renovated to meet the new standards expected in this type of place (it is always in its "juice" very 80 's) the staff is very nice, I only regret having to do 3 times the request for the curtains to be repaired and really opaque (so as not to let the light of the place pass) ideal location.

Nice hotel, were now the 5th time there, great staff, highly committed and friendly. We booked one of the newly designed rooms on the 8th floor, the new rooms are great, much brighter with large sofa, new flat screen and very comfortable beds. In the bathroom the beige marble remained, however the faucets were swapped and everything was a little prettied. The renovation continues until the end of the year. Price was €297 at the top of what is OK for a refurbished hotel.

We had reserved at the club, including Club Lounge. The room was very large with a great bed. The bathroom was very nice and spacious.
Overall we liked the stay, only the prices are in it, but this is probably normal here. But for 0, 25l Water 7, — and an espresso 6, — is already very much.
Luckily the club was all inclusive.
I would still come back anytime. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No warnings of renovations before we checked in. Constant noise from 9am to 6pm throughout the hotel sounding like a vibrating grinder. Zero relief from staff. Not what I expect from a hotel that bills itself as luxury, and charges for it as well. Last time I’ll give them my business. What you’re supposed to do it close a floor for work, have a floor in between for sound prevention and then work your way through the hotel. Yes it costs more but you’re the Ritz. Brutal.

Entered to access the Curtain Club which is a flawless luxury bar in every detail and with the presence of live music played on the piano and sung by a singer. Details and Consigliatissimi the drinks inspired by the scent chosen by the bulletin board in the room.

Beautiful hotel at Potsdamer Platz, which leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel offers all the services you would expect from a 5-star establishment, but many others are now in vain.
Many places of interest can easily be reached on foot.

A more arrogant waitress than Laura from the bar has not come to me yet. Waiting guests should not report, as they will only receive stroppy nagging answers like "I have only two hands" or "you see that I am coming". Loud blasphemies about guests, their own colleagues or general topics seem to be part of this young woman's everyday life. We come regularly and gladly, but we do not like that anymore. She has noticed us several times unpleasantly, but the last visit put the crown on the whole. We would like to give up details here.

A very nice, stylish 5-star hotel with a pleasant ambience. Well suited for couples. The bar serves delicious cocktails and the in-house restaurant is well-suited for dinner. The spa area offers guests a quiet place to relax.

While waiting for my friends, I went to the tea room/bar to have coffee and tea. Horrible service. First of all, I told the server that I am not ready to order but my other friend was, so he ordered the coffee. Then the waiter asked immediately again if that's all we need. I JUST SAID I need a bit of more time to decide. Also, when I asked for a dessert menu, the server said he cannot offer one and instead gave me the savory menu. Nevertheless multiple servers were offering sweets to other customers. Please, this is not just a local Berlin cafe you have as a tea room. I expected much more from Ritz — I am very doubtful that I come back again for this service.

For me one of the best Berlin hotels. Courteous service staff, which is very restrained to keep you from being annoyed. Proven friendliness. Top!

The Club Floor at this location is amazing! The staff are incredible and the entire experience of staying here was extremely memorable. The bar in the lobby has a fantastic piano player that perfectly creates a vibe that you want to stay within for hours. This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Berlin!

Nice hotel in a good location but missing some of the facilities that you would expect (pool, spa). Service is not always up to the standard you would expect from this brand in terms of room service, housekeeping etc. The cocktail bar is excellent and the staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome bathroom and shower felt like heaven. Great central location for all our activities and 1 block from the Berlin Mall. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Doorman always offered us waters when leaving for the day.

Great Hotel and with exquisite food.

1. Renovation is in process. So expect to wake up at 8-9am from the construction noise. 2. No more sweets and evening bed make up. 3. Breakfast is nice, but overpriced. 4. Rooms are old and require renovation. 5. Had a bug in my bathroom this time. 6.300EUR deposit still blocked for almost a month! Despite they confirmed it was released. Disappointed in Ritz this time.

Check in was stand offish. Offered no information unless I asked the question, even though they new I had never stayed there before. Put me in a room right next to construction where they task of the day was drilling into tile/concrete. Had to leave the room just to think. They had neglected to warm me about the construction, and when asked when it would be over I was told 1630. They were still drilling at 1800. I received no relief to any of my complaints. Breakfast was ho-hum. Coffee luke warm, food area cramped and cluttered. Service inattentive.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The interior design and the served food is extraordinary. I participated for an event, unfortunately haven't spent a night at this hotel.

Really wonderful hotel.
Some of the rooms need to be improved in order to justify the 5 * * * * *.
We spent great nights there and also experienced important events like our engagement.
The hotel and staff were supportive and were really cordial and accommodating.
We felt very comfortable and had almost a homely atmosphere.
The breakfast in the morning is madness, it is already a little more expensive but incredibly tasty and extra wishes are lovingly executed.
The perfume bar is also really good and the cocktails are the best we have ever drunk.
We can really only praises to sing this hotel.
And maybe we'll celebrate our wedding there too.

I booked a surprise birthday weekend for my fiancée. I wrote to the Hotel before we arrived to ask for a high floor as I had read that the higher floors were good for views. I also explained it will be my fiancée birthday. It was so lovely to return from a lovely day in the City to find the concierge team had sent a lovely message with a cake made into a football pitch with a ball boots and a goal with a bottle of champagne on ice. I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed with this hotel. Everyone and everything is perfect in every way. Great location also for getting around and nice walks through the park.

This was our second visit this year to the Ritz Carlton Berlin, the ambiance, service and staff were wonderful, just what you would expect from the Ritz. We will be back, Bill and his daughters thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon tea with champagne. Our Granddaughter and her friend went exploring Berlin which they found fascinating, Our youngest daughter broke the ball off the end of her white stick and the front desk called the maintenance staff to fix it.

It started when getting out of the car with a "Welcome home. " All employees try to read the wishes from the eyes of the guests. A request or a question is dealt with immediately and competently!
For us no wish remained open!
The rooms are hard to beat in luxury. From the huge bed, to the very high-quality furnishings, the forward-looking lighting concept and the unique bathroom, it was just great!
The swimming pool area puts you in the dreamland, by lighting the ceiling and the pool!
The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. All meals are of exquisite quality and the staff, whether service or kitchen, fulfill every wish.
On the descent, our visit was rounded off with a "We look forward to your next visit".
It was, as already mentioned at the beginning, simply fabulous!

Best hotel I've ever been. We visited here for four nights. The hotel location is perfect, in the center of Postdamer Platz, but of course no sound is being heard from the outside. They have a daily "getting ready to the night" free service where they get your room with shoes near the bed, TV guide set for the day, chocolates, etc… Pool is open and free, take your bathing suit even in the winter. We didn't take breakfast but it looks delicious, like any other service in the hotel, in a very high class! Highly recommended.

During my stay in Berlin I unfortunately was a little sick. But the amazing team at the Ritz-Carlton made me feel so much better and took care of me in every way the could help me.

Riding a taxi came to the other side of the world, a luxury hotel, door and the doorman said to you in English: "welcome home", which makes you feel a breeze and I during our stay this time, this feeling all the time. All the staff are very dedicated, and made us feel comfortable as much as possible. This hotel, but nice, Ted service was also great. Next to Berlin, I lived it. In addition, their buffet breakfast was the best I have ever eaten, select Super.

Wonderful location, really convenient base to the whole city. Lovely classic decor, rooms good size with everything you would expect*. Service from staff first class as you would expect. Would stay again. Wi-Fi is an expensive (! ) EUR 20, extra per night which is outrageous.

The Ritz is the Ritz. It is often a hangout of a certain chic Berlin for evening aperitifs.
