We are here for the 2nd X. The breakfast buffet has done it to us. Believe that it has been reduced a bit in the meantime, the selection was already larger.

The suites are great, have tried 2 different categories…
Food was OK, but not the burner…
Location fantastic.

One of the best hotels I've been to! Polite and educated staff, beautiful interior, spacious enough rooms in which constantly and very qualitatively clean. Also separately I would like to mention the restaurant which is located in this hotel, it is a restaurant with two Michelin stars! I advise you to visit everyone, feel the richness of taste and high level of the chef! The best restaurant I've been to! The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but it is clearly better than other network competitors such as Hilton/Hyatt etc.

1. Huge Room! We got a nice upgrade to suite and private balcony, the room size is around 50m2 and had generous size living room and bathroom. Beddings are great from pillow, blanket and the bed. Very comfortable, hardly wake up from sleep! 2. Best Location The hotel is right across sony center and in the range of potsdamer platz area (shopping and food center). U bahn and s bahn are just 100-150m away. Bradenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial are on walking distance. Berlin Mall is just around 300 m away. Very convenient! 3.2 michelin starred breakfast (Facil Restaurant) Everything fresh. No buffet style hot breakfast, made to order. The croissant is to die for! Freshly made juice too. Just make sure no sandals or sleeping clothes, most of the customers there are in suits. Very classy breakfast indeed. 4.2 michelin starred Restaurant If you stay at the hotel and looking for a good quality lunch or dinner, just go down and have a visit to the restaurant (Facil). We had lunch there, the price was affordable for a 2 course meal and of course delicious! Overall, 5 stars for Mandala Hotel!

We had a great time at The Mandala Hotel. We especially enjoyed the breakfast area, it was like a bamboo jungle. The buffet was lovely and had something for everyone to enjoy. We will be back :)

Large, tastefully decorated modern rooms. Attentive and friendly hotel staff.

We were now at the third time (5 days each) in this hotel… that actually says a lot… The reception at the counter always nice, friendly and attentive. Room (since we had always been lucky) was with view to Potsdamer Platz/DB tower. Even the "darts rooms" are more than adequate in size. Bathroom is also spacious. If you want to have a room with a shower and not one "where you have to go for a shower in the bathtub", this should be mentioned before the reservation. The buffet breakfast in the Räumlichekeiten of the FACIL is different (more than positive) from the usual breakfast buffets. Everything is always lovingly done on small glass plates. Even a partial range of antipasti is included. Especially to mention, there are smoked salmon, but not classic of the pre-cut large pack. No, freshly cut smaller "thickness" and very very mild smoked salmon pieces (so it was at least at our three stays in the hotel). Coffee — and egg products of your choice. This year we have been taking advantage of the spa area on the 11th floor for the first time. Also made chic… Happy to stay again!

My experience was 90% positive with our overnight stay in the management suite!
First impression of the staff at the reception was incredibly good, full service from the beginning (car was parked, bags taken off, very nice deal)!
We then went to the 6th floor and were very looking forward to our room, expectations at about 230 euro the night were quite big! When entering the room we didn't know how to light (we weren't told) after a long thought we solved the puzzle, plugged in the cards at the entrance and Zack went all the lights! We have seen this with humour;)
The room was very spacious, clean and clearly structured. The bathroom was getting used to, open toilet where you like to hear "noises" outside, for men not all too bad but for women this can be uncomfortable. The shower was in a bathtub, which is quite ok, however, the sliding door for splash protection was not a highlight! When my wife first took a shower in it, she first put half the bath under water, which was not too bad.
The TV set was a big minus, it hung diagonally from the couch and was relatively small, so it was hard to watch TV from the couch, for such a hotel one definitely expects more! Moreover, the picture was not in the best quality.
The breakfast was exceptionally good! Small quantities at the buffet, which once they were empty, were made fresh in the adjoining kitchen. Selection was also very good!

Stayed at the Mandala for five nights in an executive suite, and truly enjoyed our excellent stay. We initially booked a studio, but a few days prior to arrival decided to upgrade to a suite (for only 25€ extra). We were so glad we did. LOCATION – Very convenient, with UBahn/SBahn/Regional train/key bus line right at the hotel. It is an upscale tourist area so even late at night it feels very safe to walk around in the area (granted, we are two young male…) Being close to Potzdamer Platz means it is always reasonably easy to get home. Finding a grocery or convenience store nearby was however a challenge. ROOM: We were given room 903. It was a fairly large suite, close to 700 sq ft, with separate bedroom, living/dining area, and kitchen/entrance area, plus a sizable bathroom. The only small complaint was that the bedroom area is fairly small, so the only space to open our suitcases was in the living area. The room was at the northeast corner of the building, so we had views of the Sony Centre and its roof, and could see all the way to the Fernsehturm (TV tower). The living/dining area was great for entertaining (can seat/fit a dozen people comfortably). The décor of the room was quite nice, sleek and modern, though it lacked some of the modern touches that I expected of a top tier hotel (such as USB plugs, electrical outlets at work desk. ) The Wi-Fi in the room worked well. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and functional, with lots of counter space.

The Mandala Team is on Top of all Hotels around town feeling good yourself is the most wanted from the Team. Great Team. The Breakfast is far away from MALLE feeling they do all the best to avoid any kind of Stress!

As always, unbeatable, fantastic Service, great rooms and pure relaxation in the midst of the big city. Breakfast on a roof terrace in a green oasis of silence and, although the Sony center is directly opposite. A visit is really recommendable, and you should treat yourself to a break in the award-winning Ono Spa!

A beautiful place to stay, incredible staff and perfectly located to explore the city by foot. Was a wonderful stay.

Wel, we are still staying in this superb hotel.
Beautifull room (50 sqm) with a beautifull bathroom. A big bathroom, green marble on the floor and a marble armrest on the bath. … The bed (at last a hotel with a desent size bed) is excuisite. The separation between bedroom en living is a nice freestand with a rotatable tv. We travel light, but there's room enough for 8 bigsize suitcases. There is a big walk-in closet and additonal 2 closets for even more stuff to put out of sight. Breakfast is best ever.

Serving is best ever. The spa. And fot that, the Lomi Lomi massage, was véry much appriciated by the wife.
90 minuten of sheer relaxation. Yes, staying for 2 more days … it's a treatment.

The Mandala Hotel is perfectly located, cozy and with a very gorgeous contemporary/zen déco. The staff was extremely kind: receptionist/concierges were amazing, as well as the waiter at the Facil, during breakfast. You feel at home and you don't have this feeling of "appearance only" that you find in other hotels. And you have to try the breakfast: it is one of the best breakfast I have ever had, it is a real dream surrounded by the zen garden. Fitness area is lovely, and the ONO spa very welcoming. And if could give 10 stars to the bed… it was like sleeping in a cloud! If you want to enjoy your time in Berlin, the Mandala Hotel is the best place.

We stayed during an extended week-end at this hotel right in the center. We tried already several top rated hotels in Berlin (Swissotel, Hilton, …), but this one is, in our opinion, the best. We loved the style (warm colors, wood, a slight asian touch), the location, the huge room (50 sqm), the excellent food, the love for small details and the always very kind, welcoming, attentive and professional staff. We can also recommend the Ono Spa on the 11th floor and the wellness technologie. Besides that, public transportation as well as some top monuments such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial are within walking distance. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stays.

We had such a great experience in The Mandala Hotel. The staff was so thoughtful throughout our entire stay. They ran out and helped us with luggage at check-in and even brought us hot towels. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a big bathroom, a nice large work area, great wireless connection, and a spectacular view over the Sony Center and its changing color dome. The location was great — easy walking to the Brandenburg Gate and public transportation. We highly recommend Mandala Hotel.

We travelled here in May from Seattle and had a great experience. The hotel is located in a great, central location with close proximity to many attractions. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

Great hotel in the center of town and pretty central to everything. The staff were very professional and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious, modern and quiet. I didn't check out the restaurant or get breakfast, but the bar was nice. There are a lot of options to eat around the hotel, but no standout restaurants in my opinion. You have to get in a cab or take a train to get to the more diverse neighborhoods, but that is fine. But the hotel is fantastic!

We stayed 5 says in your good hotel and we liked it. For that reason we made another reservation from 22/05/2016 to 01/06/2016. Your location is excelente for both business and entertainment. The rooms are largue and confortable. Furniture is bright and nivel. May you you leed to have more light (electrical) in the rooms. Aldo we recomend to have arabic TV chanels in the hotel. If we come to Berlín again the Mandala hotel will be our first preference to stay. Also will advice our friends to come to your good hotel. Finally we should acknoledge your personales at the front desk who are very representable and cooperatives. Many thanks to them and to others behind the sceen.

Very good hotel. Beautiful, large suites with great work. Great shower and breakfast. In addition, the hotel has a perfect location and at breakfast one sits in a cozy room, with thousands of people… Really cool, I will return there in any case.

Wonderful customer experience : from the minute we walked in, help to unload the taxi, fresh towel as we were checking in, great concierge services, … Very large bedroom, great view, super confortable bed. We love the moder deco all around from bedroom to the restaurants. Room for improvement : a proper nesspresso machine and a complementary water bottle. On a more personal note, I am still surprised that customers would care for a bathtub as opposed to having a nice big shower.

The hotel is really nice, location and convenience. We stayed in the Executive Suite, very good, want to take the bathroom home … Working area of Wi-Fi signals in the room is very good, and you have a delicious breakfast each morning. This arrangement was so intimate, the service impeccable!

Over the weekend, I had a suite on the 10th floor. The rooms were attractive, clean and due to its location to the Interior area (vast) could be sleep without noise when open balcony doors.
The breakfast is excellent.
Room service prices are slightly higher, as one would expect (Hausburger €25), but it was delicious and everything was homemade.

The hotel was nicely designed, clean and very comfortable. Two main things that bothered me — 1. The blankets were very small (narrow single duvet for a nice double bed). Yes, I ordered a single room, but in a 5 star hotel I'd like to have a nice large duvet. Had to ask twice until I got a larger one, and then discovered that my friend staying next door who had a large one, got a small single one instead. Very unprofessional! 2. The breakfast was kind of boring and dull. Would have expected a bit more fresh vegetables, more variety of cheeses (maybe cream cheese for example), etc.

5 Star plus from me for this great Hotel. With an exquisite location at the Potsdamer Platz this hotel ticked all my boxes. I have to admit when I arrived I was for a moment disappointed about the small entrance area and reception, but they proved me wrong to believe that this is what the whole hotel will be. The breakfast area is like an huge conservatory full of natural light and nonetheless it feels very private. The breakfast choice was amazing. Our room was extremely spacious and so well contemporary equipped that I didn't wanted to leave. But than the SPA Area… I can just say WELL DONE. So relaxing and enjoyable with the relax area, feet massage zone outside the saunas. A big Thank you for that. And no I am not payed by this hotel. Just really liked it.

. Phone Support, poorly expresses the people away!. Problems with the customer Support Crazy staff just press the keys several times and hangs up and says, kiss my, Sleep because never again, food tastes like garbage, people the work can Not speak German.

Boar… it is not at all the woman sara, or as the even more is not even the right place to suck. The animals in the room, or the hairs under the bed prefer not to be there!

Very nice room but the Breakfast for external guests is simply overpriced!

Great location — right next to Tiergarten park, sony centre, restaurants and shops, short walk to the brandenburg gate, Reichstag, checkpoint charlie, memorial to murdered jews. Hotel room was very nice, modern, well equipped — had a small kitchen area (stove top, sink). Breakfast was good — lots of breads, cheeses, meats, yoghurt, eggs to order etc. Service was okay — not the friendliest reception desk.

The hotel was excellent. I'm not sure how, but we got upgraded to a top floor corner suite (thank you, Mandala! ) and the room and views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, period. Great location not far from the city's historic sights and Tiergarten. The room was more than adequate, with a living room area and bedroom area separated by a TV and shelving. Large balcony, large bathroom, big walk-in closet, kitchenette and 2 smaller closets. The front desk people were friendly and helpful and their restaurant recommendations were all excellent. We were completely satisfied. Two minor complaints: Wi-fi was spotty inside the room and the light system to alert the maids whether or not to come in or to not disturb was quite confusing to operate.

Incredible 5 star hotel in the business district with very large rooms. The location is central to all popular neighborhoods. The staff was great and were always more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended for a business stay.

Excellent location, within walking distance of many sites. Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. The personnel is friendly and efficient. Their Michelin restaurant is recommendable, but I am not quite convinced that their performance was up to the two star rating. The price quality ratio for this hotel is the best ever.

Was great, location is good employee very nice food is good just need some improvement on the internet.

Good location, easy access but no turn down service as a 5* hotel is supposed to have. Cleaning is not the strong part of the deal, breakfast is limited and expensive, not sufficient towels, lack of glasses in the mini bar and visual communication is poor as for calling a maid or have the do not disturb button on. Would not come back.

It was a wonderful vacation. Great hotel. Courteous and professional staff. Excellent value for money. Recommended. I will definitely return.

"Location and style" The hotel is very well located — in front of Sony Center, have style without being over. The rooms are modern, well equipped, tasteful and has a sink and cooktop. The bar is beautiful and the restaurant also. As for the service, almost excellent if not for some details such as forgetting to spare towels, carpet cleaning and the most curious was that, staff person knocked on our door stating that came to repair the defect of the refrigerator, it promptly informed I had not requested such a thing, but what really bothered me were the various attempts that this person to look into the room, really uncomfortable. I complained, but it was just the inconvenient employee, so. But I truly recommend.

Scoring the hotel! the attentive staff. A very convenient location. Nice bar and restaurant at the hotel. Beautiful view of the Sony center. Minus one at the Spa, no pool or even a Jacuzzi!

In the course of winning the game, I was allowed to spend a night in this hotel. It was wonderfully relaxing and completely clean. I must zuegeben, private, it would have probably blown my budget, but who finds a good night's sleep in the middle of Berlin and is entitled to higher-end standard, is right in here.
