Nice Hotel. Good breakfast.

First we wanted to cancel because of a change of plan, but that was not possible (payment of the entire price). I thought that was quite doof. We had wanted a room overlooking the Gendarmenmarkt. Someone was already lying asleep in the room we were then assigned. (Even if the view of the Gendarmenmarkt had. ) This was a very unpleasant shock. The lady sincerely apologized, but the "equivalent" room was then significantly smaller and only had a window into the ugly courtyard. What a pity. The breakfast room was also small and had zero panoramic views (again the ugly courtyard view).

Great location and well connected, comfortable and well appointed rooms, staff qualified, polite and helpful.

The hotel itself is lovely and the main rooms are also nice as well but be aware, when I checked in on my first day they had booked out my room to somebody else and I had to sleep in the basement next to the laundry room when I asked the manager if I could have a reduction all they offered me was a €10 off my bill. To have to sleep in a damp smelly room with no shower working for over €100 a night! In my opinion it would not be worth the risk coming here as it happened to another couple the next day…

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, so you can reach all the sights well on foot! The hotel is a great place to stay.

Very nicely decorated and nice staff however you can not close the bathroom properly as you can simply make a mirror "Davorschieben" The breakfast buffet was also a bit small but trtzd good overall but good and cozy.

Silent rooms, Berlin Charme in the middle of Berlin. Nice place, but no bar or restaurant. You have to go outside, which let you breath the Berlin life.

Great room. But the Wi-Fi didn't work and no one seemed to care when we told them…

There's nothing to complain About. Room was Clean. Cool entrance Area. At the desk the service could be a little bit better. But everything in the Frame. Good option to be centrally located in Berlin.

Next door to Hilton, at half the price, if you are visiting Berlin and just plan to sleep in the hotel you will get your money's worth, while keeping the access to the center.

I love its central location in the city. Makes visiting many different landmarks quick and easy! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location at the Gendarmen Markt. Right next to the chocolatier Rausch and in the opposite street side of the Hilton near subway station Berlin Mitte. This modern hotels has average sized rooms with high ceilings, mintemoorary design. Outstanding if small breakfast buffet that include salmon, range of specialty cold cuts, different traditional buns and bread slices, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage etc. Personable and friendly staff give this hotel a feeling of a well operated, local hotel chain of 3 hotels where employees feel deeply responsible and care. Price is very competitive, especially for this location, and about half of what the Hilton charges but still with a very comparable service and experience without the glamour of a grand hotel. No gym.

In January 2004 I was the first time in this hotel. Sensational memories. Super!
