The décor is not really modern. The performance of the air conditioning system leaves a lot to be desired. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Clean.

Find the hotel grossly overpriced. Don't see how 4 stars are justified here.
The room was spacious, but the shower was broken, I was greeted by insects in the bathroom and the air conditioning was disproportionately noisy.
The receptionist served me chewing gum, uninterested and raunty.
This was my last stay at this hotel.

Minimal hotel with OK rooms in a great location for a fair price.

In the hotel, only the price level is reminiscent of 4 stars. Cleanliness and service though ok, room and generally everything about the building a little old baking, breakfast something mau for 10, — No recommendation.

Nice little hotel in a central location, just a few meters from the Ubahnstation town centre. Very nice reception and absolutely clean and spacious rooms. Absolutely worth a recommendation.

Was perfectly located for us. Very friendly staff. Had a room to Seitensraße out, which was not noisy.

Nice and cheap hotel. The rooms are of the size in order. The mini bar offers ordinary snacks. The room was very clean. Also it is very quiet, so the next to busy road does not bother. The WLAN reception was immediately available without a long log in, they connection was stable, did not break down and the speed to work, normal surfing was quite sufficient. Breakfast is relatively expensive, price is missed, so even 4 out of 5 stars.

Simple and good. We didn't try breakfast. To sleep perfectly okay. Reachable also by subway not far away from there.

Rooms clean, staff helpful, I stayed one night with friends for a weekend and everything went smoothly, recommended!

Undone beds from day one, dirty sheets, lousy customer service, suitcases left next to the entrance/exit door after the "Check out" (no specific room closed, anyone who comes street can catch them), very bad Wi-Fi connection and coverage 3g/4g too. Worst of all: by suggesting that these aspects be improved at reception, no interest was shown. The four stars are definitely left very large for what they offer.

The hotel is very centrally located. The adjacent parking garage also offers a considerable advantage. The rooms are clean and tidy. Due to the large panorama windows The rooms are also very bright.
As the hotel is located in the heart of Berlin, the value for money is also very good. In addition to the standard rooms, there are also four and six bed rooms, which is very interesting for larger groups or teenagers.
The obvious change in management is positive. The criticisms of the staff are therefore probably the past.

Good and comfortable hotel but not very fitting for English-speaking guests as the employees didn't know English. Labels on bunkbeds are trying to explain that you shouldn't lay in a bed that isn't made or you'll pay extra, but as it wasn't translated by someone who knows english that was unclear.

Wifi is a paid service (2€ for 2 hours). The staff were generally not very welcoming. The rooms are mostly small. Breakfast was served for a price of 15£ each day. I don't recommend going back, but it's an option.

Not great service, Wi-Fi is not free either. Dated rooms.

It's a nice hotel. By all measures.
A completely nondescript building turns out to be a great hotel inside!
