Excellent hotel in good position for the sights of Berlin. A fine breakfast spread and the reception staff were exceptional. Would recommend highly in fact have done so already.

Price — performance is top. If you want a lot of luxury for relatively little money, you've come to the right place. Friendly staff and great facilities of the rooms. The breakfast buffet is rich and always available in sufficient quantities. You can't go wrong here. I come here more often.

Absolutely disproportionate value for money. It doesn't keep the NH standard, a Holliday Inn would have been much better! Shower without a wall because broken, welcome kit only the first day and in 2 you had to get enough 10ml of bubble bath in 3 days. Very rough room accommodation, from the bathroom management to the bed room estate: Towels changed at home, without removing the previous, non existent toilet paper and very noisy room. I recommend moving as a hotel to Mitte.

Central location, spacious well-appointed rooms, impeccable cleanliness, excellent Wi-Fi, concierge available and professional, very assorted breakfast and excellent quality.

Location perfect. Breakfast is great. Rooms large and clean. Unfortunately, the terraces have been left standing after which it was cleaned. Otherwise in the whole is very good.

Perfectly centered, near the Metro, a 10-minute walk from the mall offers Berlin, for those who love shopping. 15 minutes from Pozdammer Platz. 10 minutes from Checkpoint Charlie.
Impeccable service, but for this price it is expected this service, however breakfast is included cheap for my taste.
All in all, perfect.

Very nice hotel in central location near Checkpoint Charlie. Room and breakfast impeccable. The room was a bit noisy. Subway station 3 minutes on foot. Good starting point in Berlin.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was great, with a massive comfy bed and the breakfast had everything you could wish for.

Overall my stay at the NH Hotel in Berlin was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at reception and gave directions to nearby tourist spots and places to visit. The room was of a good size with a modern feel to it. Only negative of the stay was the slow service at the restaurant! On a Sunday night there was just 1 waiter along with 1 bar man covering 7+ tables. It took 20 minutes to get a drink and then waited over an hour for our main course to arrive. I ordered a side of fries for my main course however these did not arrive until my dessert. The food was delicious and of good standard but the slow services just seemed to ruin things. The bar man (Maximilian I recall) helped rescue things once the meal had finished in serving refreshing cocktails late into the evening. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Very central location. The standard double room is very well equipped and modern furnished. There should be something for everyone to eat. Clear recommendation.

It is very not unambiguous. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent, the location is wonderful! Staff. It's hard to say. Attention to the customer from the standard room is not paid. Three times changed room, as a result of our wishes for 2 separate beds and did not fulfill. The fact that the guest had a birthday (anniversary) in no way noted (though, perhaps it is not practiced by this institution).

We are quite satisfied!
The rooms are decorated in a modern style, as are the bathrooms. All around clean and very swept, just as a good hotel should be.
To the hotel bar: Very cozy and made for quiet evenings in a convivial round.
Breakfast: Healthy, fresh, tasty and balanced.

Services and cleanliness at the top like other NH visited. Rooms nice but small in my opinion.

Room smelled like smoke although I got a non-smoking room. Despite that, Overall the standard room is clean. Bed and blankets are average. Nothing special about this hotel though. Good location for shopping. Average 4 star hotel.

Very good, except for surprises in prices. A real Wi-Fi, ie, that can be used to work costs €10 daily. For a bottle of water bill me €8 and upload it to the room I charge another €5. In total, €13. The location, cleanliness and services is excellent.

Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the room, its size, the quiet, the location. The breakfast was impressive in terms of choice as well as the quality of the products. And to end up in a large hotel like this the reception was warm and personalized. Thanks to David and the bartender who made excellent cocktails and advised us rightly.

Very nice hotel with good location and super clean rooms. The wellness area with roof terrace is simply an eye-catcher. The wonderful breakfast with live chef and Pancake machine is highly recommended. I think I've never had breakfast so well. The selection was huge, it's just everything.
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable and I would love to come back.

Week-End with wife and children spent there. Room was clean and quiet to the courtyard. Breakfast for the hotel price is justified. Everything you need and it was even for our little one extra corner.

Very handy location to Underground network. Checkpoint charlie 5 min walk away. Other major sightseeing within easy walking distance for those able. Hotel was very clean and the rooms comfortable and a decent size. Staff were very helpful and you get popcorn with your beer if you want it. Breakfast was amazing.

But unfortunately everything stands and falls with the cleanliness in the rooms. Therefore only 2 stars.

The hotel is great, whether for business or pleasure, for a short trip to Berlin! I staff are super nice, great food. Most of all the breakfast is very delicious. From the rooms on the upper floors you have a great view over the city!
I can only recommend it to anyone, again and again!

The location of this hotel is great x visit the city. The rooms all in all comfortable although in my case being a junior suite at 169 Euro night I would have expected a spacious bathroom, while instead it is small, and a more satisfying room lighting. I also find it absurd that for this figure x night breakfast should be paid separately. Reception staff not particularly professional: poor English and information pulled with pliers. I expected more.

Just comment that there was not enough water pressure in the shower. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The NH-collection hotel is a great place to stay if you know what you want to see from there. The location is great. Comfort is everything you need for everyday life. Food, breakfast both dinners are plentiful keeping the heart converted. Very good fresh quality. Staff or service are always on the go to make the guest all right. The hotel is recommended and will be happy to come back for a short trip to Berlin in the near future.

Everything is fine, only the Internet is weak and slow (compared to Israeli).

Great location, great for sightseeing, shopping and visiting Christmas markets. Close to nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely rooms, clean and a good size. Friendly staff. Lovely to open room door and find a chocolate Santa outside.

When I entered the lobby, I was very impressed at first! Unfortunately, my picture was not confirmed in every way: good: — quiet, clean room — uncomplicated help when my room card was lost — top service in the hotel bar — very central location less good: — very bad free Wi-Fi — only mediocre breakfast — skimpy R service in the breakfast area — considerable waiting times on the elevators.

The hotel is clean and located near the centre of the city and most of the sightseeing locations. There is also a big Mall nearby and some smaller shops. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are normal sized with everything you might need. 2 person bed, bathroom with toilet, shower, hairdryer, towels and complimentary soap, shampoo etc. The option to open your window is one feature which I really like because I want fresh air while sleeping. Breakfast is good with fresh bread rolls, sliced bread, fruit, cereal and fresh small pancakes. If you want you can order a omelette or other freshly made egg. Coffee, tea, water and several juices to compliment the breakfast. The only negative point I can find is that, even when I cancelled it, they still did the wake up call. So service is sometimes a bit too good.

Comfortable Hotel in central area. The breakfast service is extraordinary. It has a gym, sauna, showers and locker room. Bicycles can be rented for 12 euros per day. Ideal for touring the city.

Very centrally located, many shops are within walking distance. There is a friendly atmosphere with nice large rooms. The cleanliness is great and the hotel in and of itself is clean with great extras I would recommend it to anyone there to make their own experience.

Good hotel. Business (trade fair) booked. Close to the city centre. Breakfast OK. Room OK. In the evening you can walk to some interesting corners of the city centre in a short time.

Great location. The Metro (Stadtmitte) is just around the corner. Walking to the Brandenburg Gate and the museum Island. Minor carelessness details that takes away points.

Great hotel with surprisingly excellent food. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom sink smelled malordorous though — could use a cleaning. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. They could supply more toiletries in the room and more coffee, those are a bit scarce! There lobby is very modern and comfortable with a good supply of candy, water, apples and cookies! I would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel with basic but adequate rooms. It very quickly begins to feel like home. Easy to navigate, very centrally located and with lots of places around to go to. I found the front desk staff very warm, friendly and helpful. That sets the tone for a stay here. If anything, I found the breakfast overrated and just too few options to eat in at the hotel's bar/restaurant. The room service has a charge of five euros which is a bit much for what you get. The service charge was probably more expensive than the teabag with hot water that turned up, for example. Despite the odd little thing not working in the room, I found staying here perfectly comfortable. It isn't luxury, but it's definitely comfortable.

Rooms are nice and clean as is the hotel. However customer service can be improved and also communication between staff during busy periods.

A truly pathetic excuse for a Hotel. 1:Check in was a true mess with inexperienced and condescending staff 2: was given a dirty room just because why not 3:when I was moved to my actual room they didn't even care to clean it in the 4 days I had to stay Amenities are mediocre at best but the service was truly disgusting, you are better off buying a camping tent and staying somewhere else.

I had a reservation, but as all other rooms were occupied one gave me a disabled room.
But was all in all OK.
When a 2nd I had to sign something overnight, "everything has its correct" I was told. It was that I was informed of services and other prices. The stupid, I was not informed about…

Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück war sehr lecker-große Auswahl, von english breakfast bis le petit dejeuner. Warme Speisen mittags und abends waren auch sehr lecker.

Location friendly and competently, reduces breakfast top, service the whole bit, needs the wind chill 5 minutes to toast 1 toaster, 10 min wait for a bowl of cereal is also no go. Otherwise very good.

Moderate Hotel to the upscale price. The location of the hotel is very good. The room size is great, but the cleanliness is kept within limits. The Controls for the air conditioning has been probably since the installation is no longer gereinig. Dusty and "greasy". Spots next to the toilet and pulled out the socket, a NO GO!

Liked this hotel, pretty central location, the staff was nice and the rooms were decent. Only issue I'd say was how expensive the food and drink was, you can easily walk outside and turn left and you'll get cheaper food and drink of the same or higher quality.

I chose this Hotel due to a workshop booked and was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel has a very Central but not noisy location. From the Outside, it seems not particularly, but the rooms are very large and well maintained. I had a free Upgrade to a Suite and were very well equipped, very spacious and clean. The staff was always friendly and the food in the NH is very good, has a great selection and is always fresh. I can this Hotel with quiet conscience to further-recommend. Thank you for the nice stay, I shall gladly come again.

Calm and Clean hotel, but their not offering room service after 12 o'clock, not even cold food and not even drinks, never seen such problem from any hotel in the world. Doesn't meet the price their charging.

Great location, free but slow Wi-Fi, standard rooms (23m2) was okay, but with 2, 5y kid it was too small for us, upgrade to bigger room was cheap.

ThIs hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing being so close to Checkpoint Charlie and the u bahn. There is a newly opened shopping centre nearby. The Jewish Museum which was the highlight of our visit is within walking distance. The reception staff are very helpful and speak good english. The room facilities are excellent and I would certainly stay there again.

Very good hotel in the center of Berlin. From here you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 5 minutes. The hotel is very large and spacious. To rest it is very good site and are hardly heard noise. Our room overlooking main street, no noise, and good views. The room was quite big, with much room to leave your luggage. Always attentive staff care, giving us indications that see or where to go, and trouble to leave your luggage to leave the hotel and come for them later, taking advantage of the day.

Good quality price. Very confortable room. Sauna free after walking and going cold all day was a marvel.

Central location, room clean and good. You will not go the limit Wi-Fi transfer limit for free – also with extra charge. Expensive breakfast (20 euro for normal buffet quality).

As Office golf — event agency events, we have very good experience with the NH Berlin Mitte.
The team is knowledgeable, service-oriented and top notch breakfast. Like we be held again in this great House! So check in and enjoy.
