The roam was ok, although I expected more from a 4 stars hotel (missing a mini-fridge was a minor issue for me) The breakfast which was included in my reservation was alright. Everything was fresh and tasty, aside from the coffee which I didn't care for much) Service and reception were very nice and helpful in some cases.

I got this hotel as a surprise hotel from hot wire when I had to visit Berlin. Most awful experience ever. I thought that things will be good as per the reviews but there was nothing I was impressed about. I agree that the hotel was at a very low rate but if you say you are a 4star hotel then the services need to be like that. Customer service at the front desk was beyond horrible. Any way I know for sure that I won't be using them again. Never again…

Clean, nice welcome, very well placed.

All too minimalist suitable for those on business and remains a max two nights. Then the trivial things begin to fail: a drawer for storing objects… The too-civilized bidet…
International breakfast but a waffle espresso could have made it to American coffees.
With a group of twenty Italian guests did not have the kindness to procure an Italian newspaper… Little care for customers…

Very nice hotel with warm welcome. Even late at night and night we were always helped by the staff (Thank you Mrs S. ). Her cocktails at the bar were great too! Unfortunately, the name is a bit confusing, as the hotel is not located at Potsdamer Platz but at the Anhalter station. Nevertheless, very central and easily accessible.

Very nice customer service, the receptionist guy Victor was really helpful! Friendly staff at all!

The hotel was very nice. Not much nearby if not Lidl… And no catering in the hotel to compensate nor mini fridge to store either. Breakfast OK it's not madness either. Clean, but uncomfortable bedding for my part and Wi-Fi network no I had to connect to the hotel network next door. At 15-20min walk to the Mall of Berlin otherwise there is a bus and the Metro is not nearby. As you feel my stay was penible.

Hotel very recommendable. It stands out due to a very good price performance ratio and its friendly and dedicated staff. I would also like to commend Mr. Sobko, who has looked after us very pleasantly with his professional and helpful manner. Thank you!

A contemporary-style hotel with good facilities, about 10 minutes' walk from Potsdamer Platz. Comfortable and friendly.

Good hotel with chic rooms and delicious breakfast.
Service sometimes somewhat overtaxed and hotel not really within walking distance to Potsdamer Platz.
So only good 4 stars.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
The only thing that bothered me, or What I was missing was the lack of minibar/fridge in the room.

Modern Hotel, again with excellent buffet and spacious rooms. Its location is privileged for the visit to Berlin.

Still well the good standard NH. They have gluten-free bread.

Due to its central location and proximity to the S-Bahn station, the hotel is a good starting point for business or weekend travellers. It has very good facilities and a small parking garage. The breakfast is good. But I would not spend a longer holiday here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything else is top! Gladly again.

Check-in is fast, nice clean rooms, and helpful staff. Places to eat and buy food or everyday items nearby. Location is not overly busy or noisy.

Super Hotel in a great location of Berlin. Rooms are top clean and modern. There is nothing to complain about at breakfast and small extrations are prepared. Small shortcoming are parking spaces for the hotel. Something little. Still, be happy to come back.

Good hotel, Metro stop near modern room, comfortable beds, bathroom with shower. All very new and clean. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful modern rooms and something away from the hustle and bustle of Potsdamer Platz. The rooms are unfortunately very light courtesy and even the glass doors in the bathroom were not such a hit. Unfortunately, you noticed everything that the partner drove on the toilet. You could perhaps improve on this.

Great location, comfy spaces and nice/efficient staff. That said — beds are so rigid that it's like a bunk.

Stayed here for a 3 day long weekend. Place is clean and we'll run. Staff is great. They care about the guests, make us feel comfortable, and try to answer everyone s questions. Breakfast was included in my rate and well worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel as it is within walking distance of the goal of the marathon in Berlin, is very good option has good amenities, is comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet has a cost of 16 euros I recommend it widely.

Decent hotel with clean, modern and nicw rooms. However, the rooms were very small and surprisingly didn't have an iron. I had to go to the front desk and wait for them to find the iron and bring it to my room.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good showers. The rooms are a bit small and mattress and pillows are not the best. Also the internet is very poor.

Very good, clean room well furnished. Everything worked except the air con didn't seem to actually cool and the Wi-Fi was rubbish. Very happy with my stay, all staff I dealt with were lovely.

Clean and modern, friendly staff, good location within walking distance (~20min) of Potsdamer Platz (to the north) and Bergmannkiez (to the south). Area is a bit sleepy, but there's both an S-Bahn and an U-Bahn station within 5 minutes walking. Breakfast buffet is good, but pricey unless you eat a pretty large breakfast. Would go back.

The location was good, not far from a train station. The room was clean but the pillows were awful, It was imposible to sleep properly and It was really dissapointed for a NH hotel. Breakfast was really good though.

Basic and renovated Hotel The rooms are averagely spacious but very comfortable and finished. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again for the good value for money offered.

The Internet connection is very poor. I have bought a 24 hours premium package for 10 euros and it won't even stream radio. The free package doesn't do anything. The reception desk tells you first that it must be your computer, then gives you a phone number to call, and finally admits that it is just capped. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you think Internet is important.

The hotel conforms to the standard, the beds are very getting. The breakfast is highly recommended.

The quality of the hotel is very good. Good location, with a metro stop 5 minutes away. Has a supermarket Netto in front and a Lidl very close by. In the hotel are bicycle rental, that is a very good option for visiting Berlin. Very happy with the friendliness of the receptionists.

The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The only but is the staff that does not speak Spanish being the hotel of Spanish chain.

Good price performance ratio as compared to nh on Leipziger Straße, where the breakfast cost 20 euros. Central location (10 minutes to the Potsdamer Platz). Wi-Fi transfer limit restricted, there. Rooms clean and appealing.

Lousy booking system, which could not reserve a room for me even I stood ifo the front desk. Was s rent to internet or hotline, which did not work either.
