Terrible management cheated me and ate my cheesecake! And that's not all. Upon arrival management charged my credit card in dollars rather than Euros without asking at a bad exchange rate. After asking to be charged in Euros they refused. I had to talk to three different people before someone partially refunded the money, but I did not get it all back. Then, on the second day of our stay I was forced to check out and check into a different room that night. The reason given was that a large group was arriving and would be given priority. The management should have placed me in a room I could stay in the entire stay. And to top it off, I had bought a cheesecake and placed it in the common refrigerator. It was gone the next morning! When I asked the management about it, he said that the cake had been smashed and he had to throw it out. But there was a piece OF MY CHEESECAKE on his desk that he ate after our conversation finished. The place was clean, but I would not recommend anyone stay here unless there are no other options.

I stayed for 4 days at the hostel and it lived up to expectations. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, there is plenty of places to eat nearby as well as clubs and bars. It's also located near metro stations which makes transportation easy. I would stay here again during a trip to Berlin.

By L price s ideal for students who need to spend the night N Berlin. The bathrooms are clean and l place is quiet… aunq really comfortable is not, the best thing is to go in group and occupy several beds of a room.

Offbeat hostel/BP hotel in an old factory building. Nice flair with international guests in the middle of the Kreuzberg neighborhood. Civilian prices and friendly staff. Nice also the possibility to eat in the café iron goods in the front part of the building.

Was only one night but was very cozy and slept wonderfully.
The night's sleep was met by all the residents, if you ever got any of them:D.

Spacious hostel with industrial vibe shared dorms, and private rooms, a large courtyard, and small lounge area. Public transport links are close. There is no available kitchen. Showers and toilets are clean, though separate from rooms. There's plenty of shops and eateries in kreuzberg and some of Berlins infamous nightclubs within walking distance but it's not a noisy neighbourhood.

Staff were friendly & helpful and the room was good value for the area. No kitchen but there are cheap food places nearby (and a bar/restaurant in front of the hostel, but we didn't try it). The room and bathrooms were clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Great Hostel, even the dorms have good privacy but there's no kitchen.

Very unfriendly staff, the keys to be left at the reception and mold in the miserably equipped rooms…
That such a place can carry the word hotel is absolutely incomprehensible to me. Especially then at this price!
Never again!

A simple but very cosy hostel.
Toilets per floor. The beds creaking, however, and the showers are visible from the hallway when someone enters.

Fehler mit Booking… Man muss Badewäsche bezahlen auch wenn man das gar nicht benutzt hat… Personal ist nur ab und zu freundlich.

The place was secure and comfortable enough for the price. It was clean and the bathroom was kept a clean also. The location was great and the staff were friendly and allowed me to store my luggage for the day when I checked out. I would recommend the place.

I stayed there for four weeks for a study abroad program. The staff was generally friendly and would refill my water bottle for me with tap water (because mine wouldn't fit in the normal bathroom sinks). The main issues were the dirty floors (carpeted) in the rooms, the not-so-comfortable beds, and the Wifi issues. The Wifi was the biggest issue for me, because for a good portion of my stay it wouldn't work in my room at all and sometimes I had to sit all the way down the hall by the front door to get connection on my computer. Decent place to stay, but some issues to be addressed to make the stay comfortable.

+ Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, cheap — No Wi-Fi connection unless you sit near reception.

Great area/location and open spaces, Wi-Fi doesn't work too well in dorm room and not too many plugs.

Excluding the staff, very kind and rest and had a (5-star). I want to point out that in 3 days not been clean the room, not even 1 time. The room on the fourth floor, and in some plans, the light was absent. Also the area I liked.

Inexpensive, easy setup, little comfort, but for the Hotel to explore the ideal base to Berlin, speaks clearly.

Also at night is often a Party atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi. The Heart Of Berlin!

Friendly staff, good price, and hood location. Staying in a 4 bed dorm which is a little on the cozy side, but with friends it's enough space. Can't connect to the Wi-Fi at all though.

Very reasonably priced and furnished accordingly. Very rustic-style rooms, but clean. The sanitary facilities also clean.

It's a very cool hostel where you can meet lot of party kids The hostel sell booze so it can be a little bit loud at night.

Location is easy to get to on the U-Bahn! The prices are very cheap and the area is cool. The staff in the hostel are incredibly polite and helpful, it is clean, comfy and spacious. An absolute steal for the price! Would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone on a budget who wants the most out of their money.

Great service, amazing people and it's very central; loads of food options and public transport around.

Good Wi-fi, great vibe with people chilling in the communal area, playing pool, having a drink etc. Good kitchen facilities. Hot water for showers which were clean. Bedding was fresh if not the best quality but overall good value for what you pay. Like any large dormitory, you may struggle to sleep with the noise, so bring a earplugs! This place attracts cool people so you'll make friends.

We had a very nice stay at baxpax. The location was good, in de middle of Kreuzberg. Rooms were Clean and the service was good.

To explore just one of the best places to cross Cologne, and hammer staff ;)

The Baxpax Kreuzberg is like the Name suggests in Berlin Kreuzberg housed. It is located directly at the famous metro line U1 to the station Görlitzer Bahnhof. Since we have only searched a few days for a short Trip a cheap way in Berlin, we happened to come on the Baxpax. We informed extensively on the beautifully designed website. Since we are not ready to be a bathroom with the whole hostel were decided to share we us for a shower and a toilet in a double room. Arrived in Berlin, we had to find that the staff put in rather a smoke break than it is to deal with us. The disaster took its course. Out of the bathroom in their own room with a bathroom in the hallway, which was extremely dirty! Rest after 22 hours? Wrong! There was a party atmosphere until 7 o'clock in the morning. Conclusion: location in Kreuzberg (focal point), poor Service, the power to tax, ACCORDING to! Baxpax? No, thank you!
