Very good for groups and school classes, but well suited for young and young-at-heart tourists!

Everything actually, close to the arena and the Ostbahnhof. So everything is perfect.

Everything was great. Rooms are a bit small but for a few days just great… price performance top… very central.

We stayed 3 nights as a family with 2 small children. The hotel has a great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Under the bed and in some places, however, it looked as if it had not been cleaned for 2 weeks. The windows were also very dirty. The Polish cleaning staff probably can't do more according to the schedule. We would come again.

Super location and super home even in this difficult period, it's all for a price that is hyper-competitive.

Super check in, friendly 5 minutes took Breakfast very much selection, good location mid-Central Ostbahnhof railway station, directly opposite a very recommendable TV in the room Wi-Fi, free shower we will come back.

Friendly staff, Hotel and room would have been great, had we not purchased directly over the entrance to a room, it always smelled of cigarette. Unfortunately, we also miss our son's favorite stuffed animal. Our arrival was on 02.01.20
So our cuddly looking animal: Unfortunately, it's so fluffy and cuddly.

All in all, super. Friendly staff… everything around it. Super.

Great location & room for the $$

Great location that combines the possibilities of a hostel with the pleasant comfort of a hotel. Super location, free parking all around (but you have to take a closer look where it is possible), very friendly and dedicated staff, a communal kitchen where you can get to know people from all over the world, shopping, restaurants, cafes, train station and above all the Spree directly around the corner and much more.
The price-performance ratio was unbeatable!

Good location, nice staff,
cheap, good Breakfast.

Great place at top location — it's about 20 minutes walk from Alexander Platz and it gives great options for exploring the city. It has nice lobby bar where you can have a drink at night. The staff is frinedly and rooms are very clean. Strongly recommend for few days stay. Hope to come back soon :)

Clean, rooms okay, but the number of lifts are not designed for the number of persons and at the time of Check-In and Check-out, we needed each half hour, as the reception is always occupied only by 1-2 people.

We stayed at the Berlin east side gallery Hotel. Really nice hotel, everything is relatively new, although it looks like it is not finished, was really fine.
The rooms are really modern, the design is not for everyone, but we liked it.
The connections to the city through the Ostbahnhof are perfect.
We wanted to eat breakfast one day but when you need exact Information seems like there is not enough people to tell you or they assume you should know everything. The signs in the Hotel are not good enough.
Anyway we ate breakfast and decide to pay it at the counter, but once we go there the receptionist was very rude, had no patience and seems like she doesn’t liked it there.
Her name was Valeria (blond). Almost ruined our day because of her rudeness and lack of skills in treating with customers. People that don’ t like to handle with other people face to face really should look for another job.
Would give the hotel 5 stars, but the lady at the reception ruined our stay in there.
Breakfast is really an issue they should work on.
And a good manners training for some of the Staff there.

I was in the hotel in Leipzig. Very clean, decorated new, and the attention of the staff, of the best that I've found. In addition to the location, excellent. Very close to the train station.

A room 1 m in width and breakfast dishes you have to bring away yourself. Lifts are extremely long waiting time was easier to take the stairs. What a joke for the price they changed.

Wonderful place, nice hospitaliy, very clean and nice rooms…
