After being installed in a room far from being cleaned recently so it was full of dust under the bed, I said what I was thinking about Vincent from the front desk who immediately dislodged me for a clean room.
Thank you Vincent for your responsiveness, but I am still amazed at the initial welcome that had been reserved for one of your regular and Silver customers!

For a departure or arrival of Orly c is the accommodation perfect, has a little more than 200m from the airport and the price / quality is very interesting. Has recommend.

Wallet stolen. Then on same evening hotel staff allowed another guest access to my room whilst sleeping as they were checking in. 5 mins later, a staff member called me, rudely spoken to me and put the phone down. Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! Will never stay with Accor hotels again.

I spent a night in this hotel, after a flight of 10 hours from Miami. Check in: a little sweet, no explanation of the extra (restaurant, breakfast…)

Bed: very comfortable, I slept pretty well, but when it comes to cleanliness and intrattimento of the tools I would say that the room is in need of a beautiful renovation. I got a hamburger at the restaurant, which I found good but expensive for how it is composed. Breakfast : the worst part of it, staff a little, smiling. I had to wait 10 minutes for a fork… Bref, for one night it is ok… Not more.

My companion and I spent two nights at this Ibis. A before our departure on holiday and another to return (by default). The bathrooms are not clean even with the presence of mold in the showers. In addition, they are very badly arranged, it is impossible to sassoir properly on the toilet because the legs do not pass. It must therefore be put through. The bedding is not comfortable, mattress and pillows very very thin. Anyway it does not really worth 3 stars, and even less the price of 130€ per night!

Okay for an airport hotel. Some rooms smell musty. Good bedding, toilet paper very cheap. Restaurant the impersonal, to the dishes correct without more. Good hearty breakfast. The essential services are there, perfect to catch his plane the next day thanks to the direct gateway to the airport and that is all. Paid Parking even to drop your bags… Too expensive all in all.

Disproportionate price compared to the quality of the service. Small and uncomfortable room, Lilliputian bath and under the limit of decency, breakfast just enough. Two stars only for the courtesy of the reception and for the bed, all in all comfortable.

Good to spend a night before you take the plane… Clean, modern and pretty room. The restaurant good but not great, good breakfasts. I will return.

Don't expect anything more that robotic service and the bare minimum. The only thing they did well with was the be and pillows, which were comfortable. The room was super small and so was the bathroom. The bath tissue was basically sand paper and the Wi-Fi did not work.

On a assumption of a certain airline (takeoff postponed from 12h), the reception is satisfactory, the rooms quite suitable and come to the essentials…
Restaurant coast, if you have the critical mind and desire to know a reference in terms of service, come take a tour through the dining room… In the wildest dreams, you can dream of getting pushed by the room staff seemingly in a hurry, if you dream of asking for a table, you are sent to a table already occupied without worrying about the customer's opinion, if you are at the table and you see the color of your table disappear under the flood of dishes of the neighboring tables cramed around your plate, …, if you get up to choose your dessert, and that when you return (less than 1 minute) you find yourself without a Chair, … And I'm on it. If you dream of experiencing these events, or have a reference in terms of place of restoration, go here. On this evening of May 7, I did not dream… You have to live experiences in life, I think it's hard to live this particular moment

We cancelled the flight and the airline took us to this hotel. The staff very unattentive and unsympathetic with the situation, rather than unfortunate customers, we were taken as a problem. They wanted to get out of us with the slightest indication. It was very late and I understand that we offered to dine only what was left (a little fruit and sweet cakes), but when you tried to ask for water, did not give it, directly told you that you had to buy. More than physical spaces, I think that attention is important in this type of business, so my valuation is based largely on the personal-client treatment.

Small room, tiny bathroom, hard bed. Good thing: You walk to the South Terminal of Orly, good dinner and breakfast.

Bon Air France following the cancellation of a flight. Buffet dinner and rich and varied breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room. Efficient staff.
A footbridge allows you to reach the South Terminal in 5 minutes. Otherwise free shuttle to other terminals.

This hotel is not a relaxing place to be! Here is what happened during my 3 night stay: -The reception staff is partly very unfriendly (being passive aggressive/ talking badly about customers in French when they think the customers don't speak French) -rooms are very small and the Wi-Fi is horrendous! (First floor, close to elevator) -I requested a wake up call and never got it (staff that answered the phone at night seemed to have just woken up from a nap) -shower is leaking so there is little pressure on the browse.

Don't deserve three stars at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very noisy dining room, average breakfast and restaurant menu far too expensive for what is served. Small room and shower room. Two beds of a place arranged in a room so small leaves on one side only the width of the bedside shelf to settle. The Ibis budget is much much better from every point of view.

Very nice hotel, it's inside Orly airport, Paris. We were staying there, because by the stoppage of Airfrance operators the flight was not out. We had dinner and breakfast. It's a good option for when you don't have a combination of flights on the same day. It's economical. Amazing breakfast!

I stayed there to rest and decided to eat. While waiting for a table my briefcase was gone. I informed the front desk, they told me to go to police, they cannot review the security camera without police. The police was not at the airport, I had to go into town and report the theft. This is amazingly crazy. They stated there is nothing they can do, they were not allowed to call anyone or review security tapes because the law does not allow them. Some fast thief at the lobby was able to disappear with my Apple tablet, my many items including legal documents and other things. Liberalism or stupidity at its best. Crazy France. This is the second incident I have not even a minute my belongings were gone.

We ate at the restaurant only, with relatives passing by. The staff were very friendly but not our dishes unfortunately. Our dishes arrived after more than half an hour. The meat was at point instead of bleeding, all the dishes were cold and overcooked. That said, once alerted, they offered us coffee, tea and dessert to everyone (we only took coffees because we had eaten all the same).

Clean room. Nice breakfast But staff at the reception absolutely unsympathetic. Not able to know who they had assigned the rooms to, did not hesitate to wake us at 3am to find out who occupied which room. If you wait for a smile, you will wait a long time…

The location is perfect if you are in the airport for a night. It's comfortable, the room is clean. They have a restaurant if you want to, have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very nice common areas also has computers in case you want to look at information.

Nice room, friendly staffs. Sound proof could be better. Quite a bit of walk from the airport, especially if you come from Orly Quest.

Tiny, super tiny room, not to spend more than 12h, literally just to overcome a wait for the next flight. Just missed the dinner, so had to order from the bar, ended up with defrosted in the microwave food, was not bad, just a bit overpriced. Surprisingly populated hotel though. There are some games at the sitting area.

It's raining, it's cold, it's late, there gateway is closed, the direction of the ibis knows that Taxis do not take us for so little travel it does not send not even a shuttle to retrieve its customers and in addition staff will get back to you " see with the airport! Don't ask no questions!

Recent hotel but, alas, very badly finished, uncomfortable and with a poorly trained staff. The room is tiny, with a kitsch decoration that wants to be modern, but that is just in bad taste. The bed is finally quite uncomfortable, contradicting the advertising of Ibis hotels, the air conditioning remains difficult to settle. There is nothing to store his belongings, the sockets are scarce and to recharge two telephones, it is necessary to use. The TV remote control does not work, normal the batteries have not been checked and changed. The icing on the cake, the parking lot, a real vacant lot not lit, but well billed!

If I could not put any stars it would have been with great pleasure. Unable to get out of the parking lot, payment terminal indicated in maintenance. Technical service call, no response. And the staff unable to do anything. Obliged to leave the car in the parking lot, no commercial gesture was made. I would not recommend it.

I understand the new kitchen, but the Hamburger without the bread is really a novelty. Then €15 a hamburger is really expensive. The waiter spoke so quickly that I had a hard time understanding what he was saying. The spritz was like water. Given this I will not take breakfast in this restaurant tomorrow. The room and the hotel in general very good. A 5-minute walk, with the new pedestrian walkway, from Orly Sud airport. You can get there even with the trolley since there is a lift available. In short very good to sleep so 5 stars very bad to eat 1 stars. I put the average for this evaluation.

How this hotel is at 3.5 stars I have NO idea. Fake posts? Crack addicts? Is the average customer blind and/or normally staying in hostels? This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in quite some time. There are two positive things I can say about this hotel and then I'll leave the detailed nightmare of my stay. First — there's no bugs/rodents/insects… so that's a plus. Second — when I had to pay for a second room because the first room was too small for two people they had another room available. Those are the positive items. Here's why you DON'T want to stay at Ibis Paris Orly. To start — if you're parking a car here you can't park anything about a midsize in the garage — it's impossible. I had a VW Passat and cleared the corners at the entry by no more than 2-3 inches when turning in. Also the entry to the garage (which is for three hotels — not one) is marked with a very small printed sign which is somewhat difficult to see when it's raining. After checking in and getting to my room, there was one double bed. I reserved a triple room because I was travelling with my 18 year old niece. I called back downstairs and they said I'd have to come to the lobby to get another room (any decent hotel would've brought the keys to me… but this isn't a decent hotel). After getting the keys and going to the second room I opened the door to two twin beds.

Staff friendly but unworthy bedding. For the price it is possible to tolerate smallness or a little defect of soundproofing, but the purpose remains to be able to sleep and for me it is totally missed: I take my plane broken and my holiday starts in great fatigue. I do not renew in this hotel, it is breaker. A second star for humour: The next day an employee sympathizes and regrets that I did not call to change rooms with my wife and children at 5am.

Good location if you go to the airport, room clean and with just the right thing to spend the night.
By cons: High price for what is offered, little number of towels (2 when it is normal that there are between 3 and 4) and shower enclosure with two holes made bet that make the water, of course, go out in the shower.

Really a great brand of Accor Group. The parking is very convenient. Never disappointed with the nickel reception. And the staff super friendly and very professional and with the smile this becomes rare congratulations. A restaurant quality products and value for money really excellent. A bar or we can eat pretty late awesome. The breakfast buffet was very good. The small room me for a night its the fact I highly recommend the establishment.

On the Dell standard. Ibis, we took advantage of the breakfast service. I was a bit skeptical about the noise since it is in front of the runway but the room was absolutely soundproof, slept like a pebble! Very convenient for those who arrive late and maybe want to take the car the next morning.

Really a great sign from the Accor group. A well located hotel close to the airport and parking. A very friendly bar where you can eat a little late at night. The classic restaurant nothing to complain about. The breakfast formula as usual nothing to complain about. The room a little small for one night its going. The staff super friendly and very professional and with the smile it becomes rare. A big thank you to the kitchen that one forgets quite often I highly recommend the establishment.

Check in was slow due to a lack of staff and what appears to be a complicated procedure. Welcome drink was for one person even though there were 2 of us in the room — that's not very welcoming at all. Hot and cold water pipes were inverted compared to symbols on the tap. The buffet dishes sounded quite appetizing but weren't. The saving grace was breakfast, especially the home made madeleines.

The room was good, but the breakfast was a complete fiasco. They ran out of plates, coffee cups, spoons, knives, juices, … I hope I can still make my flight after wasting 20 minutes for waiting in line to get breakfast.

Your rooms are too small. You are located in the middle of a construction zone with very difficult access and terrible navette service. Your air system in my room was terrible. It was sweltering even with the A/C on maximum. The shower was so small I could not turn my body in the stall. Your TV was locked at a volume so low, I could not hear it. I would prefer to sleep in the terminal than in your hotel.

They cancelled our flight and we stayed at this hotel the airline, the staff made no effort to understand each other, the dinner we were prepared were leftovers from the hotel dinner buffet, the Justito breakfast and the lousy attention, they didn't answer any questions, the room is clean.

Signage to find parking invisible at night. Need bigger signs and illuminated would be perfect. Shower clogged making swimming pool…

The hotel is right next to Orly's Sud terminal.
The rooms are small, just to put your suitcases and go from bed to bathroom.
The service of the restaurant takes a long time when you ask for a la carte, but the breakfast buffet is very varied and good. Take into account that there is a special restaurant for Asians.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to overnight in Paris. We arrived late and the staff was really nice and helping. Dinner and breakfast were a buffet with a lot of choice. The room was clean and quiet. The day after we could walk to the terminal S (10mins). It's a good solution if you want to be close to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel to have convenient access to Orly. If the pedestrian walkway was complete and if I was in Orly Sud that would have been true, but it isn't done and I was flying from ORLY OUEST. A hotel with a shuttle would have been far better. If that was the only issue that would have been ok, but the service was horrid. I know France and the USA have a different approach and that is fine, I speak French and rarely have issues. I had to call twice for towels and it took an hour to get them and a hour to get a baby bed. The flier in the room said there was a 15 minute guarantee but obviously that was not true. The air conditioning did not work properly and dripped water. On the positive side, the dinner buffet was very good and the kids menu very reasonable. The rooms were clean and well organized.

Old and small room, hardly ran water in the shower, the dirty towels… I don't usually put bad scores but in this case a star is too much.

Small room, high prices.

A completely shameful service. Rooms are good, food the same and in the end they charged the agreed price for one night which was 123, 40 euros. Until then everything was ok and correct, now almost one week after we left they decide to charge 180 euros of the deposit. We used the room one night, left everything in the same condition, no damages, key was returned, room was payed and still they withdraw from our account 180 euros with no reason whatsoever. A complete shame and disgraceful attitude! Truly believe that there are out there similar hotels that won't go for this scam, so chose carefully!

The location was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Good value for money.

In itself everything was good except for the water, it was strongly choral. Unfortunately, I cannot say whether it is a temporary matter or not, but this has been very disturbing to me personally.

Great hotel with small rooms.

Ah my favourite hotel, where the welcome is warm and the staff so friendly. No one would ever think that I've stayed here for 11 months and contributed approx 20k to the hotels profits or that the combined contributions of all the contractors runs to approx half a million. We're still treat us like sh*t, they still don't know my name and they still charge us full price at the bar On top of which the Accor hotel membership, a club that rewards loyal customs appears to be lost on the staff here. No offer of the room upgrade expected with Gold and Platinum membership, no welcome drink offered, no obvious benefits at all. Not even a "good afternoon Mr Henderson" — my names on the f**king card I look forward to "Le Club Accors" response S'il Vous Plait.

I found this hotel very friendly staff very helpful room small but comfortable and clean, food was good, recommend easy access to airport both south and west just need to use shuttle bus for West terminal. Overall very satisfied made my business trip less stressful.

Hotel quiet and close to the South terminal. Areas and warm lobby, rooms however any and a little dull. Cleanliness at the rendezvous. Very good breakfast at will for a ten euros.

I did two stays of one night in this hotel. Can not say that the home is nice when you arrive the evening… It was really the feeling to bother… Then at the level of the rooms: the first time I went in "old" hotel and the room was really average, clean, clean limit (but the bedding was ok! ). The second time, I had the right to go in the new part of the hotel. Here the impression is quite different! Nice room, clean, quiet and Nice.
So a mixed note because you pay the same price and you have a chance to be good! This hotel is attractive just because it is at the foot of the slopes!

Receptionist was completely detached and unfriendly. Room small. There's a 10 min walk to free airport shuttle.

Go your way… Restaurant worthy of a bankrupt school canteen but prices are not far from the hilton… Eat at the airport you avoid gaffes rehearsals, a horrible dish and feel the need to work the place of some servers (despite the friendly)

After making seven film this ibis hotel is by far the most can no space in even less room in the sale of water or everything is compact. But the reception is rather nice.

Smells of paint on the floor! Work on the floors! Exorbitant prices for rooms and especially the parking! Frankly! Go your way.

The building is in construction and simply awful outside the rooms. Electricity wires are out of the walls, no ceiling, horrible smell. Can't wait to get out of here.

Horrible hotel! very expensive for what it is, the shower on the floor, almost no towels or soap, dirty and very ugly! the only good thing is that next to the airport, although there are that ask you to reach out and that the beds were very comfortable. There is nothing to eat close by, the hotel is very expensive, only recommended if you have a very early flight and have to spend the night near the airport.

The bar staff is friendly and helpful.
Lunch and dinner service at the restaurant is OK. On the other hand.
When we arrived at the hotel at 11:40 am after a long night journey, we were asked a supplement to access our room on the pretext that the access is normally at noon. If we understand that it takes time to the floor for cleaning staff, where several rooms are ready and available and visibly exhausted clients arrive at an airport hotel after a long journey, it seems to us that the slightest gesture would be to give quick access to a room.
Then, when we arrived at the first floor, a strong smell of moisture became apparent.
In the bedroom, cut nails lay on the ground, the temperature was freezing, inefficient heating (2 hours to heat a room of 15 m 2), tiny beds, blocked shower, no trash to disposal and the bathroom so small that it was impossible to sit down right on the bezel. Wake up with a hammer and drill was not the best effect either.
The breakfast is very correct but non-existent service and staff very little courteous.
In short, by far one of our worst experiences (considering the price and the location).
Seeing the average comment, we expected to better, difficult therefore to recommend this hotel.

Very small rooms (I measure 1 m 62) woe to adults.

In this hotel I was there 4 days and the experience is great, but with certain things to keep in mind: •The rooms lack of closets as such. Behind the cabinet of the TV there is a 2 gaps of about 50 cm deep 150cm high and 30cm wide to put the suitcase and the clothes. •The bed is comodisima. •The bathroom is quite small •Despite being near the airport is not perceived by any noise. •The staff of the hotel is charming •The breakfast is abundant in a variety of products (free buffet) and the high-quality products.

It was ok. Only compaint not enough towels! (maybe only 1) we were 2 persons.

Very functional. Bar and food close too early given there is nothing close. Service was friendly and prompt. Decor is sort of IKEA style. Beds comfy.

Arrived at 22:00 the restaurant dont serve anymore and the 24 h service they saeeve only alcohol all food was finished that was their answer.
