This place is awesome! clean, classy,. Food is great. Nothing to complain about.

Really disappointed. I never come back to this hotel.
First of all we get called to steal because at the delademde payment of the room, we affirm with written proof (mail confirmation of the hotel) that the payment of the room has already been made. They don't believe us. And of course no commercial gestures.
Room with sweltering heat, we are first told that the air conditioning works, and when we are told that it is normal, that it does not work. The wind tunnel was hot and no way to stop it, window close blocked, impossible to open.
Expensive and not terrible breakfast.

I went there to take a competition. It closed the next day for renovation work. I was not notified of the booking or on my arrival. I'm telling him. I do not find it normal (see unacceptable) to have to pay parking and in addition at that price there is 4. €4 for about 2 hours 30… we are not in Paris and after work the hotel is not easy to access when you do not know. This may be a lack of experience on my part but this is the first time this has happened to me. Otherwise the restaurant is very good and the staff very welcoming.

Clean, cosy bed, friendly and smiling staff. The rooms are spacious.

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable with great service even when we checked in late. Breakfast was decent but a particular staff member there made rude remarks about patrons in French when she assumed they couldn't speak the language.

Terrible! Collaborateurs peu competents. Cuisine pas terrible. Burger sec, étrange Risotto. Service should be much better for a Mercure hotel. I can only explain this with the region the hotel is located. Wuerde ich nicht wieder buchen! Essen war auch eher schlecht!

Beautiful hotel nearby by Paris airport. It looks small from outside, but the truth is rooms are all below ground level. There are lots of rooms and it kinda feels like walking through an endless maze getting to your room. I don't mind that. The room is nice, bed was comfy, the TV was nice. There is tea / coffee maker and ingredients if you wanna make one. Free Wi-Fi is available. I would stay there again.

Absolutely appalling smell from almost all areas of this hotel it smelled like the drains have gone wrong when I complained I was offered a can of air freshener which was completely inappropriate once I did get to my room I found it to be dark dingy outdated and fairly not nice. This was not a cheap hotel and I do not consider it to be worth the value at all that I paid for the room I promise never to stay here again.

Too close to the airport, the windows of the rooms not open not because of the noise. It really looks to be locked in an airtight box.
The parking is expensive (15 euros the night)

I have gone a lot for work and I love it, super clean, super attentive workers, a little cold in the room but you can ask for blankets. Very cozy!

I already gave my opinion. I don't see what you can do to compensate me for all the inconveniences I have encountered in entering your hotel. Not Porter, while I had the assertion to the contrary on the phone by your hostess, no smoking room reserved, that I have waved a photocopy of his assertion, I had to wait 1/2 hour in the lobby to be ready after 12 hours, whereas I had booked it for two days, you 17 and August 18, no ashtray in the smoking room obliged to remind reception twice to get satisfaction, breakfast (apart from the fruit salad! ) and happiness; the shuttle drivers are responsible to unload and reload my luggage. A plus however. Cleanliness and silence.

The staff at the reception was nice. The room was big enough, well soundproofed, with a fairly modern decoration (in the standing of the chic). The hotel is well placed, less than 10 minutes from the airport by car.
