The worst hotel in Paris. No doubt.

It’s far and very hard to reach. I usually need to change two RERs to reach there. Handling these connections with few baggages is not straightforward.

The room was very good. Disappointing on its own and quality of service.

The rooms very good but cold restaurant (place)

The hotel is nice enough but just average in rooms, food and drinks but charges almost twice the amount for a good hotel elsewhere. For the price to stay here including the food and drinks I could have stayed in the centre of Paris with the night life and great restaurants, got a taxi to the Airport and still saved over 200 Euro.

This hotel is ok. I was here working for a few times and I never had something to complain for. I always was treated really kindly for the employees and waiters and I always had great experiences. I like the breakfast and the rooms there. The gym is nothing to die for, the weights were almost all broken, and just four machines to do some cardio which randomly stopped working sometimes. One time I was with one of my co-workers snd she got me up during my nap to tell me that someone came into her room while she was inside almost naked and started looking inside her suitcase looking for something to steal, so she called the police, the hotel called the police again to thell them not to come because everything was ok. I think that is DISRESPECTFULL for the costumer as we have the right to complain if something is not ok with the service that we are paying for. So we had to leave to another hotel in the middle of the night. Again, I don't have anything to complain about, as I always had great experiences there.

Nice hotel, good service, Wi-Fi available in the rooms at a cost of 15 euros.

Nice Hotel of good cocktail the restaurant and not bad damage it and permanently close on December 31st, 2017. And instead of planned parking.

Horrible a deplorable service, a welcome by the responsible I believe Quentin and an Italian at the reception more than contemptuous.
This gentleman was very autain we pay still €99 for a parking and €20 taxi because no shuttle no staff and the only one on break… Who more passes in front of the customers but does not stop. … too eager to go to eat you have to wait 1h + already the 1/2h at the airport. … After the flight and expectations. The overflow. … I explode… But 2 children in the rain the cold and sick and them no compation. … Speaks to me jokingly after and tells me that I will pay all of my bill and that the shuttle is only a service and therefore not obligatory no excuse. … I despise it and other hotel guests join me, they just live the same thing. But they sleep the we still 2 H drive… This director is laughing at our distress and anger.
Incompetent staff. His career will soon stop and if he manages litigation and customer conflict like this. Do not entrust him any more you go bankrupt a client must at least be listened to and understood a commercial gesture is an obligation in his cases of non-respect of service. … The minimum.

Big, clean rooms, great dining and friendly staff. Free shuttle to the terminal every 15 minutes too.

It's a worn out hotel. Everything is really basic relative to other Hilton hotels in Asia — I live in Asia. It seems to be a rule that the provide the bare minimum in the room here. We had to as for a kettle — they weren't forthcoming with the information or how they would solve the problem of us needing hot water in the room either. Beds are old and lost their comfort. TV is old and not providing a clear picture. Staff seem to be indifferent — maybe a French thing, but I would have thought the Hilton brand would have provided appropriately training? Check-in was smooth. On the plus side, the rooms seem to be quite generously in size, there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 15 minutes from 6am until midnight (please check). Wi-Fi for HHonors members is decent, not the fastest but it will do. Will update once I have breakfast and checkout.

Nice and quiet room, comfortable bed.

One arrived at the flashlight, no one to come and fix the light, a classic room without more but a very good breakfast.

For upwards of $100 a night you can have the privilege of paying for Wi-Fi in your dirty room that may or may not have functioning lights. If you want to charge your phone next to the bed… Well you're gonna have to move that sucker across the room because there's no wall outlets near the bed. The good news is, if you get hungry you can pay nearly $30 for a club sandwich that's guaranteed to round out the experience. Would not recommend over a barrel fire under an overpass.

Spectacular place. Good service from all hotel employees, good food, clean and comfortable place.

The hotel is well and nicely situated. The rooms are old and need a full refurbishing work. Not even a single bottle of water in it which is very desapointing knowing the Hilton brand and standards.

Hotel was nice, service was nicer! They assisted us through our stay, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

We reserve a king bed, we are given a Twin (2 beds Simple) … It starts well… We change without PB at the reception.
The breakfast is extra, everything is good, the bacon deserves to be more cooked.
The correct room.
The bathroom has a lot of lousy joints, it's horrible.
Good for one night, but it doesn't make you want to take a bath to relax.

Super comfy bed, nice clean room, very nice staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is good nice place for short trip near aiport bur surprice no internate in room and no coffee and tea machine this was quite diapointing.

Hotel is very tired. Closer to a standard regional town 3* hotel. And worst of all, the food is terrible. Whilst the staff are friends and polite, don't expect any assistance with your luggage, which I thought is standard fare for a 4* Hilton. We ordered a €23 burger at the bar and was asked how we want it cooked, I asked for medium rare towards the rare side and was served a beef jerky burger after a 30min wait. The barman and the manager who happened to walk by both agreed that it was terrible and should not have been served. This was at 11:30pm and I wasn't about to wait another half an hour for a burger with an early morning flight the next morning. The next morning: we go downstairs to catch the 6:30am shuttle bus at 6:15am. Checked out briskly but the 7 seater shuttle "bus" was full. Wasn't told at check in that it was a small van. Couldn't even put your name down for the next one, instead having to lug my suitcases out on my own and wait outside. Other hotels I've stayed at have an actual bus and you could reserve a seat.

Old room, unworthy of the sign. Relative cleanliness and very limited service. Always avoid addressing the pseudo superiors, too zealous to be pleasant. In case, there are ibis and mercury not far… For the price…

Terrible stay. Corridors and communal areas run down and shabby; rooms are of good size but have no fridge; Wi-Fi is not free (unbelievable in this day and age) ; food is overpriced, lukewarm, and of limited supply.
But the worst? The fact there was no air con in the reception, bar and restaurant. When it is 36°, no air con makes for a painful experience.

Comfortable though a little dated!

Pleasant, with friendly people. Nice bar and restaurant open pretty late. Rooms are American-sized and have solid air conditioning. Not cheap, expensive Wi-Fi etc. But that's not surprising for a hotel like this. They run a shuttle to the terminals and are happy to leave early if you leave a signup request at the front desk the night before.

You can't even open the windows to get in some fresh air, which you would like to, because the room had a smell of an old smoking room mixed with strong detergents. This hotel needs a complete renovation. It might have deserved 4 stars in the mid 80's but not today. I rate it as a 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast was good but also over priced at 24€.

Do not think this hotel is at nornmal Hilton standard. It is at French standard. They do not speak English (of course) They refuse to understand what you want Rooms are old and not maintained Beds are rock hard Only cold water in the shower if you start early No coffee or tea in the room Wi-Fi not for free Air port shuttle runs if the driver feels like driving POS-hotel.

This property is located near Orly airport in an optimal position for those who have to wake up early to leave.
It is an outdated and I would need a little updating.

Dinner poor (Burger and green salad no flavor and absolutely not in line with a restaurant inside a Hilton albeergo) with waiter who barely spoke English.
We expect better from a Hilton property.

Yes in 2016 you have some places where wireless Internet is still not free… Hilton Orly for instance. Atmosphere is quite sad there. Rooms are ok. Staff ok too but not the best place In Paris for sure.

I was wonderful hotel and services.

A little old hotel, small TV in the room with poor quality of reception for some channels and not a bottle of water in the room. For water, it is charged and pay also €6 tax for bring her back you in the room. Very good reception staff.

I hate here. Awful service. And you have to pay extra to use Wi-Fi!

Hotel aging requesting to be renovated in the style of the day.
When at the restaurant' it is better to do without!
Dish of the day of the dinner: Linguistics in seafood: €23. In other words, 50 grams of spaghetti with 5 molds + 2 mini saint Jacques and décor of a leaf of parsley. In all honesty, not worth the detour.
It was the first time at the Hilton, but it will be the last.

Internet is blocked for all chat apps. They don't say that on the tin.

Very comfortable, convenient and accommodating! We stayed here to catch an early flight from Orly, and it was wonderful! At check-in, the young lady was so nice to speak French slowly enough so that I could understand everything clearly. My husband and son had a panini at the hotel bar (huge portions) and really enjoyed it. Later I asked for a special room service order, and they graciously accommodated. The hotel is modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. In the morning, a friendly shuttle driver took us to the airport at 530. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel and staff were. I'd highly recommend the Hilton Orly.

I stayed at this Hilton the night before my flight to Naples. The facility is well maintained and conveniently located near the airport. My room had a kingsize bed and a spacious bathroom. I know that the staff are busy but a more personal approach can go a long way. The frequent and quick shuttle survice was a fine touch.

I had to stay at this airport hotel for a night with a friend as we were flying in the morning. They gave us a renovated room with two comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. We were hungry so we stopped at the restaurant. Food was great as expected from a French restaurant, a bit pricey though. We had a good time.

Stayed at this airport hotel for a night after a long Atlantic flight. The service was good at both the restaurant and the reception. However I was expecting more from the guest rooms but they were still sufficient. Food at the restaurant was tasty but it could be cheaper. I had a great stay and am looking forward for the next one.

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business meetings. The rooms are spacious and the wooden floor makes them cosy. There wasn't any airport noise. The food at the restaurant was tasty and I specially enjoyed the deserts. Not everyone spoke English but overall it's a good quality hotel.

Room was tatty and threadbare. However was reasonable price and very convenient. Staff were pleasant.
