Some of the employees of the Concerjeria during the night time, were not at all friendly. Otherwise it is in a relatively cheap hotel in a city where it is not easy to shut up. It is a few meters from the Metro which makes mobility easier. The area being a few meters from the Gare de l'est is quite noisy.

Really nice place. Very close to Gare'l est metro and about 10 min from gare du nord. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are nice and clean. Good value for money.

Location is great, cleaning ladies are nice. Don’t expect too much. This is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at with a curfew. They lock doors @12am and don’t let incoming/ outgoing traffic afterwards.

I was 2011 here on my graduation trip. The staff were friendly, but no one dared to use the elevator, as it looked like it was still from the times of the revolution and also had a corresponding layer of dust on top of it. The rooms were I. O. I even had a attic room with perfect views of the Eiffel Tower and the white Church Sacre Coeur.
Each room had a medium sized flat screen TV, on which one could only look at the German and once the French version of Arte.
However, three points are to be mentioned negatively: 1. The key cards… We stayed a total of 2 weeks at this hotel and in the first week we noticed that with our key cards we could open all the room doors. After we noticed this, we explained the problem to the friendly gentleman behind the reception who immediately apologized and recoded the cards. After that, unfortunately, half of our key cards were still usable as a general key.
Security concerns are quite justified here.
2. The "Breakfast"… Our half-board breakfast consisted of a baguette and a small 10 grams of butter, as well as a small pack of strawberry jam. That would actually work, baguettes in France would not be significantly bigger and drier than those with us in Germany. The end of the song was that you could not even make a half of the baguette and therefore you had to eat half a baguette dry. Not so tasty.

Good Hotel. Very good service and fair price. Near the Metro.

The location was great, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I give him a star for giving him something. The hotel smells strange, I mean, bad. It is not in the best area of Paris and for breakfast you are charged 7.5 Euros a day.

Corecte for the price very nice bathroom and close to the Metro I will return.

I really liked the location. A few steps from the subway.

Really for the smallest budget.

The rooms were a little bit small, bed sheets wasn't 100% clean, bathrooms are bit smelly, but the workers were helpful and the took our comments as orders, it has a superb location a bus station just infront of the hotel and metro 30 secs walk, 1 min walk to the trains station and definately good price.

It was a nice hotel. Organisation of the Resa to be reviewed.

Average hotel. Nothing good nor bad about it.

Confortable for real budget coz easy access to public transport ie bus and train. Clean but staff okaylah. Value for money hotel.

A budgeted hotel with friendly staffs but the toilet is way too small, also very small and slow lift which is inconvenient for carrying large suitcases. If you want to stay in Paris for a day by yourself, this hotel is for you.

Nice view of the Eifel tower, room small but clean. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.

During my trip to Paris I stayed here for a few days, it was okay. Top floor with Nice view to the Eiffel Tower…

Pretty clean, nice window view, but the lift is very slow.
