Good breakfast, friendly staff, cleaness.

This hotel is a great location to access the main attractions in Paris. You can walk to the Louvre if you like walking or the metro is only a 10-15 walk away. Gare du nord is within walking distance, if you are travelling from Charles de Gaulle. The hotel it self is clean, we had lots of space in our room (3) people, which looked out onto the street. Could not fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice. If you want to eat out there are many restaurants 10 mins from the hotel. Would definitely come back again.

Rooms compact but pleasant only draw back the air conditioning is not effective. Staff couldnt be more helpful went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Welcome to this hotel. We had taken a privilege room and had a Nespresso available, coffee, tea, slippers, bathrobes, shower gel and company as well as drinks in the mini bar offered (water and sodas). The room overlooked the hotel's inner courtyard so we had no noise. Hearty breakfast with lots of homemade things.

These apartments are a scam we were given an address. Rue De Saint yosef 3. Where no one showed up after a three-hour wait we called Takeoff and were given the phone of a person who gave us another address Rue D hateuville 36 where we were finally able to rest the building was under repair and the most precarious apartment could not be. The next day we went to another hotel with the bitter taste of the scam as we were made to pay in advance. I think the company will take it off. COM would have to know what they offer.

It was a clean room and in a great location. Elevator was a little tiny though.

I stayed in this small but delightful hotel, when it still belonged to the previous brand, or Best Western. Convenient location to visit the city. Cozy room with exposed beams and breathtaking views over the rooftops of Paris. Diligent staff in solving a heating problem, as it was the bridge of December 8 with a cold polar. Breakfast I hope that kindness, professionalism and courtesy have remained unchanged.
I hope to come back soon.

Our stay was nice. We stayed in the apartment which is separated from the rest of the hotel and gives the feel of actually staying in a real Parisian apartment (but with housekeeping). The spiral staircase was hard for young kids and getting the luggage upstairs where there is more room, but overall a nice stay.

This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, yet it definitely has the look and feel of a low-end 1-star hotel. Sleeping in a dodgy motel in the middle of nowhere would, beyond any doubt, be a better experience. Poorly isolated rooms (we could literally hear everything our two next-door neighbors were saying and doing…), poor staff and terrible, terrible management. The only plus to sleeping here is the area, with some nice restaurants, bars and cafés right across the street. I think I'll try the hotel on the other side of the street during my next stay… it definitely had a more warm feel to it.

We slept very badly because of the noise in the street, it seems that there is a nightclub in front of the hotel. Too bad because the rooms are nice. To flee.

Very nice room only downside 42 euros parking for 10 hours parking.

Simple Hotel, nice decoration of the rooms, comfortable bathroom, good breakfast, the next streets are not so nice… But it is possible to walk and get walking to interesting places. The Metro at 400 meters.

Very nice hotel almost in the center of Paris. The staff is super nice and tried to solve all the problems. Unfortunately they also have to be able to rely on craftsmen and since they were lost, so the elevator didn't work for three days, but we got half the travel price refunded. The room is large enough for hotel rooms in Paris. The disgusting blanket of the day from other hotels was, thank God, missing. In the room is a large flat screen TV with 45 programs. Unfortunately, 42 were in French and 3 in English, so those who are looking for German TV programmes were looking in vain. But you're mostly on the road anyway. It is about 500m from the metro. But there you are also on a beautiful boulevard, which invites you to stroll. We made no use of breakfast, there were and 17 euros too expensive. The baker next door actually too and there are several supermarkets in the area, the food can be kept in the fridge.
We would definitely come back and have felt very comfortable there.

The hotel is located in the Porte Saint-Denis district, a popular and lively neighbourhood just a few steps from the poissonniere and Bonne Nouvelle Metro stations.
The Mercure Paris Opera Grands Boulevards is a renovated hotel on the theme of jazz music and the Blue Note. The décor of the room, but that of the establishment as a whole, is both modern and original. In the room there is a podcasting station, a free bar properly provided and a Nespresso coffee machine with a tea and coffee tray. This is a "privilege" room. In the enclosed closet you can find a safe, two bathrobes and two pairs of slippers. The room was very clean and comfortable. One can regret a very small bathroom, but in which the comfort elements composing the Toiletry Kit are present.
The breakfast, both sweet and salty and served buffet style, is OK. The service, smiling, is discreet and attentive.
You will notice positively the decoration of the ceilings and that of the central staircase that gives, decidedly, want to take a few more steps. We regret the lack of soundproofing between the rooms.

Some rooms are small you feel claustrophobic. We asked for change and they did, the room was much better. Breakfast is great and location as well.

Nice wee hotel 10 minutes walk from gare du Nord. Comfy bed. Our room overlooked courtyard so very quite at night. Couple of decent restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast choice. Only "complaint" is very small bar selling bottle beers only. Would be nice to have somewhere to relax other than room.

Excellent location and decent renovated rooms for Paris. Lots of great restaurants around plus walking distance to many locations and subway stations. A bit odd showers, rest is just great.

Great location, good small hotel with good room interior. Breakfast is above the standard of Paris and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Close to several Metro stations, pretty decent Wi-Fi, and a quirky Jazz aesthetic in places make it a pretty good spot. But the hotel is small generally and the bathroom is a bit odd with no partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Nice narrow-ish building on the street but rooms big and very plush. Staff were good and helpful.

Small hotel but very close to gare du nord and gare du l'est.

Very good quality for the price. The room that we had was normal, neither lavish nor pobretona, with some French touch and the size is practical for two people. The breakfast area flirtatious with a small buffet. Very good location to get around Paris on the metro, in addition to just in the door we had several locals to make and taste something. What we have noticed is that in Paris everything is very expensive, even to make purchase in a grocery store, and on the contrary to enter the Louvre is very cheap (12€), taking the interest and importance that it has.

Good hotel, just shopping, clean, rooms are small, but for a young couple, acceptable.

Interesting location, between two metro stops, personally suggest that Poissonnière, you avoid bad encounters.

Good value. Decent pricing. Breakfast ok. Great shower. Minibar with free drinks. (the breakfast staff could be treating guests as. Guests instead of. Beggars, that would not hurt). Walking distance from gare de l'est but it is not in the close vicinity. The street was very noisy and it's true, it was very hot.

I used this hotel as part of a business trip. It's all in the standard, comfort of the room neither more, nor less. Asset: location.
