The room is really small and the shower cabine too. The bed could be bigger too — it's only 140x200. More over, there is no air conditionner in the room and this is a big problem in the summer. The breakfast was ok, but quite limited and a bit too expensive. Everything is clean and the hotel is not bad, but it's not *** and it's too expensive for the services they offer.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Ready a dusty fan through reception. Moon crescent-shaped elevator, if you are obese go your way, you will not enter their elevator. Staff not damned to know how to print an invoice. Very small room! Not to mention the size of the bathroom very limited and the water leaks from the shower. Only good point, the hotel is not on a busy street, so there is no closed window noise.

Great location to go to the fair.
Breakfast leaves to be desired, croissants not always available (in Paris! ), sometimes lacked coffee capsules X for the rest abundant and OK.

Great location, safe and close to the metro. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and renovated. Well deserved for the cheap price. I stayed alone for one night, had a double bed and a window.

The hotel is very well located, in a very quiet street and close to the metro and many small restaurants and shops.
The rooms are simple (completely renovated) very functional and well heated, the bedding is of quality. The cleanliness is at the appointment, nothing to complain!
All the staff are pleasant, smiling, accommodating and attentive to their clientele!
The breakfast is very full and offers a wide choice! And the little Plus with the concierge service!
A very good value for money and a hotel that deserves ample 3 stars!
I will definitely be back for my next trips to Paris!

2017 renovated hotel, room small but nicely furnished, clean, friendly staff, super central location with very good metro connection.

I loved Hotel Beaurepaire! I got a great price and loved the location, just 2min away from the nearest Metro, a beautiful square (République) and close to St Martin. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with modern decoration. Our room wasn't very large but more than enough and the bed was soooo confortable. After walking lots of Km by foot visiting Paris by day, I always had a great sleep. The breakfast is just amazing. With warm bread and delicious croissants, it was the perfect start of awesome days. The staff was also very kind. When I return to Paris, I'll try to stay here again.

The hotel is very well located a few minutes from the plaza of the republic (with very good communication metro). Reception staff was very friendly. The rooms are small but sufficient, and this recently renovated and was clean and warm, the bed comfortable, the pillows not so much, I didn't have a wardrobe but if a couple of shelves and a few hangers, and the bathroom very small (especially the space between the bowl and the wall). The lift is very small, only caught 2 people (150kg max) and very slow. The breakfast buffet 10€/head (there were 2 types of scones, 2 types of fruit, cereals, bread, yogurts), we are not compensated for bearing in mind that nothing else outside the hotel, you have several pastry craft.

Decent hotel. Good situation. We were able to leave our luggage from the morning of our arrival, it was very convenient! The room was very small, the cleanliness correct but could be improved (dust on the doors, hair on the walls of the bathroom). Moreover the sliding door of the bathroom was very difficult to close. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.
The hotel is not soundproof, you could hear the neighbors shower.
On our first night, towards 0h30 a customer rang for more than 10 minutes outside while it was snowing… We heard the doorbell of our room so we were going down to open it, when the receptionist finally arrived!
The other evenings we had no problem getting back to the hotel, the receptionist opened us up quickly.
In conclusion: mixed experience.

Recommended. The rooms are not large and we didn't have a big choice at breakfast. But the atmosphere in the hotel top and the staff at the reception can also be English. We had a corner room with a balcony where you can sit outside in the summer. Also the location is very good, around the corner is a bakery, supermarket and a pharmacy to me Doctor who is very friendly. There is also a very good connection to the subway network with the station Republique.

Positive:
The staff are pleasant and understanding: we were able to leave our luggage first as well as on the last day of our stay, without any worries, so we were able to change rooms without difficulty.
Breakfast is fine.
negative:
The rooms are small, so are the bathrooms.
For example, in room 23, I didn't have room to put my arm between the wall and the bed: there was less than 10 cm between the edge of the bed and the wall.
The walls are thin and very poorly soundproofed: the first night we were in room 23 and couldn't sleep.
For the second night we asked to change rooms, we went in 63, there we were woken up at 11.30pm by people in the corridors, while this room has a double door!
On the third night, we could not fall asleep before 22:30 because in the next room the discussions were going well, to be woken at 07:30 the next day by the alarm clock located in the same room. (all this despite earplugs in our ears… o-O" …)
In summary, this hotel is perfect for those who go to bed after 00:00 and get up before 07:00 otherwise, take a noise-cancelling helmet and sleep with it.

The hotel is tiny, but clean and staff friendly and collaborative. About 4 km from the centre (Notredam). I liked it!

Location is fairly close to a metro stop. Room was very small, but equipped well enough. It was clean and clearly retrofitted from an older living quarters. Decent two star hotel.

I was in June of 2017. The care was excellent and warm, the breakfast delicious, the rooms were devoid of cleanliness, brilliant location. I want to go back! Greetings. I Love Paris!

I asked for an iron and ironing board to be sent to the room (not too sure where it would have fit, see below). I was told that I could go to reception and they would show me where I was able to use them. I was took down into the graffiti filled basement that wasn't tall enough to stand up in. Then into a room full of washing hung on a line. I wouldn't expect this at hostel, let alone a centrally located hotel. I expect small rooms in Paris, but this was that small you couldn't pull the chair from under the desk as the bed stopped it and you had to open the bathroom door to be able to open the shower door. The lift can only fit one person in at a time and breaks down if you try to fit two people in.

It's a perfectly clean room, but the room is hilariously small. I am 5'1 & 110 lbs and I have to side step in the the bathroom and have to take turns walking around with my husband. But whatever, it's $65 for one night! Oh and when you go out, you have to return your room key to the desk and pick it up when you get back.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was small but to be expected in Paris. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was worth the money.

A very basic hotel…
The concierge is friendly… but it does not solve the problems you are creating…
They hide behind the fact that not knowing the language… they pretend not to understand everything thoroughly…

A place well located. Allows us to rest well.

Convenient, safe location only 3-5 minutes walking to to Republic metro station with several lines branching out all over Paris. Patisserie, coffee shops, restaurants all within quick walking distance. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean with a full shower and good water pressure. Location is on a quiet side street very near to the square. We were on the fifth floor and there was no street noise. I wouldn’t expect much on the lower floors either. Balcony with our room so you can stand outside. Front desk staff spoke good English, were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The elevator is comically small and spiral stairs with minimally lighting so they’re not ideal either. Elevator fits two average adults but it’s tight. Wifi service was quick and accessible from the room. I will definitely check to see if this hotel is available next time I’m in Paris and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

It has an excellent location, close to metro stations and bus
The rooms are very small and in Square of the Republic there are often demonstrations and homless that makes it uncomfortable to get to the hotel.

We got upgraded to the penthouse suite! Yeeeuuh! But they were really nice and helpful and obviously the room was ridiculously nice. It had a private jacuzzi which we told them we wanted to use when we got back. We were then gone for like 3 or 4 hours and when we came back the spent like an hour getting it ready. Would have been big nice if they did that while we were gone but I don't feel like I can really complain about having a private rooftop jacuzzi.

The best service, friendliest people, and best location (1 minute walk from the Metro, 10! mins walk from Le Marais). Great food and rooms. Highly recommended.

If you want the best service possible, stay here. This marriott was the most friendly hotel stay I have ever had. Where do I start… well before anything the location is perfect for a traveler looking for a cultured experience. The metro access is great and in a very low tourist location, no wait times at any local eatery. The front desk greet time is immediate, along with them showing us our room and how to use it (yes it is high tech). The navigator is the best perk ever, gave reccomendations and helped with travel tremendously. Housekeeping is like having a mother with you, they will fold your clothes if laid around and make sure they never bother you even if you sleep in till 12. The hotel itself is just gorgeous and any view from any room is great, whether it is the outside garden or the street view of the square. Great job Marriott. Bravo.

Honestly the best service I have ever had in my life. We asked directions to the nearest metro station and Emma walked us to the station so we wouldn't get lost. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff upgraded our room, gave us a handwritten note and generally treated us like royalty. Thank you Guillaume, Carla, Amber and others!
