Good central location but rooms and service is not what I would have expected.

Good attention, are cordial speak French and English and some words in Spanish, good Wi-Fi, small rooms but very nice just for those who want to rest after touring Paris, we do not need more. Breakfast option from 6.30 am till 11.00 am for €10.50 x person, near the Gare de l'Est train station which integrates nearby trains and the RER which is the local… Easy to use, and in the corner of the hotel there are bars with option of meals. It took approx 25 min from the hotel to the Eiffel tower with an easy transhipment (Gare de lEst Line 7-> Chaussée d ' Antin — then line 9 to Trocadero very easy:)

The staff ranges from hospitable to almost hostile. One guy was terrific attentive and professional the others not so much even rude. From the front desk to the breakfast servers you never knew what you'd get. The air conditioning did not work for our entire week there. We were told it could not read would not be repaired this was the month of May and some pretty hot days. We had to take our toddler to the emergency room with dehydration. I am not making this up. Do yourself a favor look around there must be better places to stay in Paris. I do not recommend this place.

I stayed at the Ibis Gare de l'Est 10th. The room is accessed by a tiny elevator that can hold only one person. Once arrived, the room is small and antiqued, the mattress is out of use and the sheets were not repassed. A foul smell emanated from the sink. To top it off, no Wi-Fi and non-existent telephone network. In short, far from the standards of a hotel group agreement.

The hotel is located a few minutes from the Gare de l'Est. The rooms are quite large and clean. The breakfast was delicious On the other hand, there is only one elevator for 7 floors.

Female Receptionis was very good service.

Does the job — handy for the stations (Est and Nord), nice staff, clean room.

The reception in the evening can gain in warmth and conviviality. Get a handicapped room in the being a pity… otherwise comfortable hotel. Good welcome to the service suffers lunch.

Small Hotel, small facilities, too expensive for what they offer, remote control broken, the water comes out of the shower… in the end something of a disaster, the only thing that is 5 min from the station.

Good value for money. The bed is very comfortable. A downside: the shower is not very accessible to people of a certain age with less mobility. The staff is sympathy and especially Mrs. Chantal.

Of the hotel I have little to say. Fairly mediocre and with few amenities but quite in line with Parisian hotels. The reason for the 3 stars is the location in a poorly frequented place.

Excellent location, friendly staff, small but clean rooms. Did I mention location! 2 min walk to train or subway. Everywhere is a short walk if your near The train hub.

A bit cold, especially the tiled floor of the entirely unheated bathroom. Fairly slow service. Perfectly serviceable, but a bit tired.

Location horrible. Weird people in the surrounding area. Single bed uncomfortable type camp bed in triple room.

It was good for a one-night stay, well located near two major train stations. Would not recommend this as a base to visit the city. Comfortable bed. Poor amenities in the room: only one towel per person, no kettle of cups to make a quick coffe, no bottle of water provided. Wi-fi barely working in the room. Friendly staff.

Everything was fine and I would stay again, but it wasn't more than 3/5. The staff was very friendly and had the kind forethought to book an accessible room on the ground level for me as I had my dog with me, which also meant a bit more space which was great — though it did make it sound as if the other rooms are tiny, since it was still very small. (Huge bathroom in that room though of course, which I loved. ) There's great food nearby (Japanese restaurant where I had dinner twice, two brasseries), currency exchange 2 mins away and of course Gare de l'Est right there. I wouldn't recommend the location for single female travellers on their first trip though because I did experience quite a fair bit of street harassment even in the day. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good choice of foods, there's no mini bar or room service but you can get 24h small meals via reception which was very convenient. I found the room to be clean, too, and had enough storage for my short trip.

Hotel very central, comfortable and as described. Spacious room and good level of cleanliness. If you come to Paris for a few days may be an excellent option to stay.

The rooms were small but cozy, and they did not have a good view. About half the hotel staff spoke English. The breakfast service was complimentary and delicious.

A 3 star hotel very avarage, enough to go to rest after exploring Paris all day. This on a very quiet street little traffic and a bit noisy what allows you to sleep very well; has a metro station very close, just a couple of blocks and also with restaurants nearby.

Very nice receptionists and clean rooms. I will repeat.

Stayed there in July 2013. Rooms were bit old but spacious and the room we got was in the building opposite to the hotel reception. Staff was helpful, check in/out was smooth. Breakfast was fine.

Ah hotels 3 stars Paris… Finally it seems!
I resided there 4 nights, the room has been made that 2 x by the household staff.
A pillowtop mattress 4 cm which make sure you backache.
A non-existent insulation, with noisy neighbours.
The breakfast? Any small spoons / plateau available (to claim everything), frozen pastries, of the honey/jam tasteless acidic fruit…
The elevator can hold only one person (and again) but displays a plate: 3 people max (the joke).

Quality rooms, breakfast, Wi-Fi is average at best, other than that, very pleasant hotel next to a major metro/train station for easy travel around paris.

Hotel to avoid! As a loyal customers (we have the Accor card), we travel often and this is the first time that we are all disappointed by an Ibis hotel. The room was dirty, slabs of the ceiling stained and broken, without smoke detector! There was a horrible smell in the room and the hallways. No towels at night on the way home. The first day, a little friendly, when we asked a ramp for the wheelchair to the front desk told us not to have, on the second day there was one in poor condition and the third day one pulled us one out right! We felt so comfortable that we had no breakfast in the hotel and despite financial compensation granted by the direction the last day before our discontent (€ 124 per night, it's scandalous given the State), we strongly advise against you…

Me and my wife stay in this hotel for a week at the end of October til 6 of November. Like it very much. Stuff is very friendly, great breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms, Safe box in room. And as pleasant surprise we got ticket for boat cruise as courtesy of hotel. And we like location too. Close to subway, close to center of Paris and to railway station walking distance. Gare du Nord from there train going to airport. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Below the range IBIS (and still they are of past hotels reserved for prostitutes, which allow the group to blanchier money from prostitution).
A normal client cannot pay according to the path of the "CEO" or masquerading as "only after consuming". But used what and what evidence of consumption…
We believe dream but it is the reality.

The rooms are in order. Buffet Breakfast has not much selection. Condition very friendly. Who comes with the car, can the car is in a Garage. The Garage is very small. Four days in the Garage for 100€. Overall, I found it but in order.

Excellent location for this hotel. Very central location because if you want to go as a tourist; from this hotel everything is near and you can reach all sites in just a few minutes in the center of Paris. Although there are not many good places to eat near here.
