Price too high for a dilapidated structure! Old, dirty, mold everywhere… Tiny bathroom with huge holes on the floor… To be avoided absolutely!

Very noisy, the bathrooms are from another time. The reception is unpleasant, the only good thing is the breakfast staff who are friendly.

I put two stars only to the staff, because he was very friendly. The room left a lot to be desired, the cleanliness also, it touches renovate the interior already of already, to paint the walls again, to renovate the bath.

Excellent Service at the reception and has good price. Located near the Metro Place Republique and barely a few minutes walk to the Seine in a pretty quiet place. The only small thing is the appearance of the rooms: some marks or stains on the walls as well as the general appearance which is rather simple but still a good compromise to visit Paris.

Cramped room, non-existent wi fi, but very close to metro and bus stations, price is relatively good for the area.

Wouldn’t call this a hotel. Awful, beds and matresses. Left us 3 hours without water and we weren’t able to shower. This holding us back from our day. The area felt very dangerous. The size of the room is smaller than what it appears online.

Negatives: A breakfast with few choices; Traces of mould in the water room due to breakdown of the ventilation (reported at the reception) ; The bedding is uncomfortable.
I pass the other details like the sink that is not level, the towel bar that turned up, as well as a panel of the shower enclosure that does not close.

Horrible. The only good thing is that it is well located. The rest is disastrous. The receptionist barely speaks English, the rooms are small, very dirty, the bathrooms ramshackle, no soundproofing, with the broken blankets, the dirty carpets… A hotel that has not been renewed for more than 20 years. Very unpleasant. Find another one.

Very well located hotel (1mn from the Place de la République). Close to Metro stations.
Room clean, quiet, nice, perfect bedding.
Very welcoming staff, from the boss, to the receptionists, to the women of rooms. I keep a very good memory of my stay. To be redone with great pleasure.

Great staff! Good place if you want to stay close to the city at a good price. Rooms were small but cute. The elevator was very small it can only fit one person with a suitcase.

Close to the Republique metro, line 3 not too cheap €60 per night for two (better to look for deals with Grupon or other).

Good location, Metro stop 2 blocks very clean small but comfortable room, as seen in the photos, you can walk to Notre Dame and Barrio Le Marais, good heating, good attention.

The carpet needs to be changed. Very small shower… the personal very well. Hotel very well located.

Small Hotel not very luxurious but very nice welcome. Ideal for weekend visits to Paris, for a good value for money.

I stayed there for a week and it is an excellent hotel, very discreet and friendly, the price is cheap for the capital and the staff was also very friendly and responsive.

Good option if you would to save money and be close to the city centre.

The room was clean and the location was good. Staff is nice, however, the room could be cleaner and a second roll of toilet paper would have been good.

Tiny, basic rooms. Ours faced into a courtyard, except you can barely call it a courtyard. No view of anything. Just the exterior of the round staircase. Showers are tiny, with very little room to turn around. It's a place to lay your head, nothing more.

A decent place to stay in Paris. Very conveniently situated for tourism, while keeping the night noise to a minimum. The reception was very helpful and pleasant. The classic double room we booked was exactly as advertised, comfortable and cosy, albeit small. The only disadvantage was the lack of bedsheets — had to sleep under plain blankets. Overall — strongly recommended for people looking to visit famous places in Paris and a cheap and quiet place to spend the nights in-between.

This was pretty much the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. EVER! Considering the price it feels like a bad joke. The bathroom is very unclean as is the rest of the room. I asked them to do something about the disgusting (deeply brownish) shower curtain. But nothing happened. There’s fungus all over the walls in the bathroom. But I think they won’t care as long as people are still willing to pay 100+ euros : (.

They ripped off my money for one extra night because I was just a teenager and hab no idea how things work. Don't visit the hotel! The doubleroom had a single-bed and was as small as my warderobe.

The hotel is okay for business trip users, best thing in hotel is wireless.

So I was there for 1 month. About something closely, as in this class hotel in Paris usually. The Setup was simple but new, room in order. Even plaster ceiling, which, however, flipping off, because in the room about a water damage was caused by the guest, clean better than average. Staff very friendly, breakfast so la la. Very good for this price range. Very central location. Walking distance to a lot. Convenient to Metro and train stations Nord and EST.

Very small room but cosy, quiet for sleeping, the flaws are noticeable with a magnitude of about 3 square meters where he stayed a shower stall, sink cracked including 2 in the middle of a water where you can sit rocking fatigue. A person fatter than me would have serious difficulties.

A very small room with crooked walls so that I was literally rolling down from the bed. Just impossible to sleep (considering also. Undecent sounds behind the wall). The sheets have never been changed for 8 days until we asked the owner to do that. They didnt clean floor or just fix the beds. I didnt recognize the room in 2 hours before cheking out. They took out sheets and dumped all our luggage without permittion. Awful.
