Ok but typical lower end accommodation in Paris — cramped, hot in summer and old. Noisy with the window open, bearable with it closed.

Tidy perfectly placed friendly hotel. My favourite in Paris. Great starting point. Stayed this week and Charles was so helpful. Thank you Ibis.

Ideally located in the centre of Europe… Connection to gare du Nord, Germany, England and the northern countries! And not to forget Paris with the RER lines B — E — D + Connection Roissy Charles de Gaulle… What did u expect?

You must choose this hotel for your stay in Paris. Hotel location in front of the North station, walk 3-5 minutes, very convenient, a lot of choice of restaurants nearby, "Carrefour" in front of the right side of the hotel, cross the road to, is to buy fruit to add drinks to supplement food a good place. In recent years, it is recommended to visit friends who prefer to travel in France or in the UK where they must choose to stay.

Room 302 very small, next to the elevator and without sight except a courette. Zero acoustic insulation. I would recommend another room…

The rooms are clean but very small. Friendly staff. The hotel is a classic building nothing special.

We used this hotel for its location for Gare du Nord and for use of the metro. The surrounding area is clean and respectful and we felt at ease staying here. The hotel serves a continental breakfast at an additional cost and we felt it was worth it, considering the alternative to leaving the hotel hungry and finding a good cafe. Hotel staff are English speaking and very friendly. Cost of hotel is very reasonable. Free Wi-Fi. Clean and tidy hotel. Definitely stay here again. No lunchtime or evening restaurant.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Recently renovated bathrooms! your view is either horribly boring or great. I'd stay here again!

I stored my luggage there via nannybag. All fine.

Idéalement placé à côté de la gare, accès facile au métro. Chambre au rdc spacieuse et propre, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner bien. Lz personnel est aimable. Par contre, vous entendez et ressentez les vibrations du métro qui passe sous l'hôtel… Un métro toutes les 3 minutes. Le premier métro passe à 5h20… Pas besoin de réveil matin.

The staff so friendly, breakfast simple & good, the hotel in front of train station, many halal restaurant here. Hop on hop off bus just in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect. Just outside the train station. It's typical ibis style. Can't expect more. Room is tiny. Bathroom is good. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast for EUR 10 was decent.

Literally used as an overnight stay when waiting for a train the next day. Would not stay here for more than that. Does the job, but nothing more. Fair price though.

The hotel is fine. Good location, close to the train station, lots of cafes and restaurants around. Staff is rather slow (check-in took 40 mins considering that there were only 2 customers at that moment) and not particularly friendly, which is a common problem almost everywhere in Paris. Rooms are very small but clean. There is no trash bin in the room and it is not supposed to be there, according to the reception staff. By the way, as the building is old, rooms can be different in size. The same standard double room can be very small and rather big. We got a very small room initially, with a bed of almost single size and a very old bathroom. Upon request, the room was changed without any problem though. The other room was good, big with a balcony and a proper bathroom. The general impression is good, I would definitely stay there again.

Much more pleasant stay than the last time I visited This part of Paris. For starters, this hotel room has enough space for 3 of us. It has a bath and a table. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I had believed till I got here that I was going to gave a room where we would struggle to get into the shower. Location is convenient. Down side, no coffee making materials and the Wi-Fi has its moments of aggrivation. No english at all on the television but we have tablets and netflix, so when Wi-Fi works, no problem.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment, convenient for the proximity to the Gare du Nord and the Metro.

We only stayed one night but we didn't have any problems we didn't hear noise from the outside even though the room windows gave the street wing enough space.

Wi-Fi isso slow it's completely unusable (complained, to no avail). No proper mattress on bed, merely a tin and cheap mattress topper on an uncomfortable box-spring. Only reason I didn't leave a one-star review: location is great for Gare du Nord.

Little electrical outlet, and once again at Ibis, 2 beds side by side that are not even the same height!

Location is good but not very safe. The room was fairly large and comfortable however it was worth its price.

Stayed for three nights. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Wi-Fi was good. Shower was good and bed was comfortable. We did not have the breakfast. We did not have any room service. This hotel is basic but this is reviewed in the price. Our room had no kettle for hot drinks. The hotel is located excellently. There are a number of places to eat and drink. There is also the usual chain restaurants/fast food. McDonald's, subway etc. There is a couple of supermarkets nearby also. We would stay again.

The staff were pleasant and the room was nice, except it stank really badly as if the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. It was clean, but there was a real stink problem. Hopefully it was just a problem with our room and isn't typical.

Excellent reception, correct … individual room OK but a bit expensive. Clean room, comfortable bed … I paid 116 euros + 10 euros lunch … my room deserved 80 euros because very small, poorly located (stuck to the elevator) small window overlooking a kind of courtyard with huge pipes … problem of magnetic keys, impossible To open my door, although the staff reacted well, I was waiting for a commercial gesture.
I am ready advised this hotel, although the neighborhood is still poorly attended … but convenient because very close to the North station.

Service poor. There is not even a kettle in the room. No trash bin. Thw worst was when nothing was given even after request. Only one staff for the entire hotel. Very poor.

I love it! Clean & cosy bedroom. Conveniently assessable to d buses & metro. Easily to find halal food.

The bed in room 605 has bugs. I was bitten and woke up in the morning to find at least ten in the bed. Lifted the mattress. Big mistake. A nest! Obviously never cleaned properly. Disgusting.

A tiny hotel located a stone's throw away from Gare du Nord. Unfortunately, this is as good as it gets. Although the public area's are clean, this hotel is small, even the rooms barely fit 3 adults. Be aware, if you book a double and a single bed, your single bed will be a cot.

Excellent choice, clean, great location and you get free Breakfast… ask for the large rooms in the Six floor, they have balconies with great view.

This was the most wonderful, comfortable, convenient, affordable hotel, I have had the pleasure to patronize! The two guys we met at the desk (one at night and one during the day), were so damned helpful. We were visiting London and took the Eurostar to Paris. The whole experience was fantastic, thanks to our Hosts at the hotel. They acted as travel guides and even taught us some of the language and customs. What a great place to stay! In the words of the Terminator, I'll BE BACK! Scott.

Very convenient location. The room was small but very clean and well setup, with good quality furniture and equipment. Wi-Fi is free, without an annoying portal, and works well. Breakfast is also included and was fine, with nice things like a fresh orange juice machine and good cheese. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit expensive but I can't think of a better hotel in Paris for the 100 euros I paid, while a lot of not much cheaper ones are very bad.
