Exquisite staff. They understand you in whatever language you want or know how to speak. Great location to reach by train or metro all of Paris. Clean rooms. Great décor colors (Mi Han conquered with purple) Recommended!

Small room, multicolored ceiling due to leaks, shower clogged, luggage rests folded because no room, breakfast space limited to 6 people at a time.

Average rooms for reasonable price. Wi-Fi is available without any extra charges. Extra charges are applicable for breakfast. Hot water facility is there.

It s a bit small but cute and the metro Station gar de est is very Close 1 min by Feet.

2 min walk from the main east station and 10 min walk to main north station. Staff was very friendly. It's very old and tight though and no elevator to the 5th and 6th floor where I was staying. They did ask me if my luggage was heavy suggesting maybe they would have carried it up for me. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet because it looked very small and probably was not worth 8€. The bed was comfortable and the room, bathroom, and sheets were clean.

Room is very congested … it is walkable from Paris east railway station. Opposite to this, you have bus stop also which is very easy for transport.

The hotel is very well placed, very close to transport restaurants… Clean, nice room, good management to let our luggage has Lacceuil and the whole team at top very friendly I highly recommend!

A pit. Front desk guy was a charmer, but hotel in disrepair. Breakfasts terrible, and you pay a lot for it. Ate there only once.

Hotel Tres Sal, water flowing from the ceiling. TV too high, currently I still have a sore neck and still dizzy.
I deconceille this hotel, I still prefer the dorms of Hufflepuff. You deserve not even a half star.

They don't provide toilet paper, bring your own. I ve requested paper roll many times, on the day of departure they put paper, useless. Rooms are cozy, tiny you can't find AC, there is some box inside the room. I had bad experience staying with this hotel and I saw nice pictures on website but story is different, I have paid 500 USD for 2 night which was big mistake.

Besides some positive reviews by others, this hotel is of really poor condition & the worst hotel I've ever been to. Very expensive — €100/night, including a breakfast that you can't really call breakfast. Very poor breakfast food choices… super basic to hostel level & it only starts from 7.15am. Never seen such a late start to breakfast service! People smoking all over the hotel, besides "not allowed"… so really unpleasant. The smoke was on all floors & corridors. My room was on the top floor, according to the receptionist, the "VIP" room… I couldn't really see where VIP, but voila! My room had 2 double beds, besides my booking for a single. No or very little space to move around the room… basically just enough to walk through. Furniture blocking the opening of the balcony doors & some lights not working, nor was working the room telephone. The toilet very very small… difficult to move around. Furniture old & falling apart in the toilet. Toilet also smelled mould quite badly. I had to keep one of the balcony doors opened to ventilated the room, the one that could partially open at least. Fire extinguisher poorly maintained in the corridor with a loose hose. The public staying in was varied… from loud people to some few business travellers like myself. There was a lot of negatives, but I just wanted to mention the positives too. 1 — Good central location, within 9 minutes walk from Gare du nord station, for Eurostar travellers like me very convenient.

Very noisy hotel during my stay.

Bad Hotel! The rooms are pretty pretty but moissie in the showers, the sinks don't even aim so on! Moreover the breakfasts are taken in the reception! At this level the night managers are just yelling at each other on the phone! And if you want to spend a good night C is impossible with all the rafus that there is outside! Only housekeeping women are suitable, they are polite and you clean the rooms when you are away at the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel for families wanting a good weekend with the family.

No AC, no ham nor cheese in the breakfast, very small.

Small space room with no air conditioning, elevator for only 2 people not suitable for family.

Very good price and close to the Gare de l'est. But disappointed by the quality: arrives in a room with window having broken tile and no longer closing. Change of room for a smaller one with a bathroom with complaints torn off…

Excellent location to move in Paris. Being a popular neighborhood you will find cheap and provided supermarkets and shops, restaurants of all kinds at good price for Paris which is pretty pricey.

Friendly and helpful staff and service. The room we stayed in was clean and neat. Adequate toiletry supplies. Children were happy with the room. Had the top floor room — beautiful and excellent view from the top floor. Convenient and walkable distance to train stations, bus stops and food outlets. Will recommend to others.

Dirty, sketchy but close to the station hotel.

This hotel is awful, do not waste your money! There was no hot water. The walls in our room were full of stains. The toilet did not have a door! The hallways were stinky and the heating was broken so it was really hot inside. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful! When we complained, the guy at the reception blamed the manager, who coincidentally is "unavailable" to respond to complains on weekends. It was really unbearable so we had to leave in the middle of the night and they refused to give us a refund! Do not trust the pictures, they are a scam! I am outraged and hope that sharing my bad experience will save some people from being ripped off. I would give this hotel zero stars!

Hotel dirty but close to public transport.
The Manager (I think that it is not the Director of hotel contrary to what he was able to claim) fixed rates to the client's head.
Not d ' lift and household very badly done in the room.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is falling apart, outside smells like urine, inside smells like feet.
The plants lose water and ignore the problem. Faulty lighting, do not change the bulbs in the room (shave was a problem

I had booked a room at the hotel d'Alsace, Paris, by telephone. As I at night around half one arrived with my family there, the doorman found no reservation in my name; anyone had the name Schmitt (typically german, but not my name) scrawled in a book. Said Porter then called a buddy in ' nem at another hotel, a room without shower and toilet was going to offer me for the same price, which I refused. The man was then quite energetic and told me that I anyway no room more would get around this time in Paris. I then for more money still in the Mercure busy conclusion: impossible behavior.
