Nice hotel with friendly people and convenient location. Few minutes walking distance from metro station.

A nice family hotel in a not-so-nice neighborhood (still very safe). According to the owner Francois, you get a whole picture of the cosmopolitan (thus the name? ) of the city because Paris isn't just about those glorious museums (many within walking distance or easily accessible through the subway system), and real Parisian life is more diversified. The location is good: very close to the intersections for four subway lines (for rides to Château de Versailles, Arc du Triomphe, Tour Eiffel or Sacré-Cœur Basilica) or walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, La Marais, Garnier Theater, and Galeries Lafayette. The hotel room itself is fairly-sized in European standard, though the shower area could be better organized with a bar or hurdle to prevent the water from flowing to elsewhere. No lift (but three floors only in total), so those with heavy luggages beware. There is a safe and mini-fridge in the room, and we asked for a water kettle. The reception desk has been very friendly throughout our week-long stay in Paris.

Fantastic staff members and great location in the middle of the city. The price is pretty much the same as anything airbnb has to offer in this area. The building is old, but the room is really, really clean. Of course the good location also means more noise from the street outside — — I had to sleep with earplugs. Otherwise, we were happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again.

Nice friendly helpful staff, tell you about the area and where to go in excellent English. Desk staffed 24 hours. Rooms clean and comfortable though a bit too warm for us. Breakfast standard European buffet.

Good location, no shady people on streets, cleanest room I ever seen. Two parking options (after a booking they send an email explaining) : one parisian under a house across the street and another couple of blocks away. The first one is challenging, it's tiny:). Friendly personnel.

The hotel is very clean, neat and inspired trust. The staff are very friendly and considerate. Suitable for families: Quality Baby cot short we are very satisfied.

The location is great, next to the metro station, and it's a fast gentrifying area of Paris with lots of theaters. The staff was beyond amazing, with service standards closer to Asian 5-star hotels than European hotels. That said, access to the reception is only via a narrow staircase, so you're out of luck if you're in a wheelchair. Also, the rooms are extremely small, but the prices are reasonable.

Nice hotel. Clean, perfect home 24/24. The hotel is very well located and really quiet. On the other hand we were on the third floor and to take the elevator you have to climb a first floor to go to the reception and then a second to get to the elevator, with two children and suitcases it was sport! But if not really well.

Great location near theatres, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Lively environment and it's safe. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has the basics, clean and quiet although the room is quiet small. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but bed is comfy and clear. Parking is narrow to drive through and down the levels. For small medium size cars are fine but also good driving skills is an advantage. Lidl and corners shops to buy foods and drinks.

The location was very convenient to the metro and the rest of the city. The service was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that though we were on the first floor, we had to go up and down stairs to reach our room, so it wouldn't be handicap friendly. The breakfast was very good but an extra charge. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

The staff is great, and the hotel rooms are pretty nice for the price. Pretty close to the train station and a bunch of cafes. The owners were helpful and explained the area around us a bit, gave us a map with common destinations and walking routes.

The room is in a perfect location, and for my family-first time European travelers — the Owner of the establishment was amazingly helpful, friendly & I have never had service like this at a chain hotel. Rooms are small, but that's typical in Europe. Very clean, withing walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see, and things that were not close — the Metro was close and you can get almost anywhere. I can't tell you enough how wonderful the establishment owner's were!

All the receptionists are kind and willing to help you. They explained everything to me and gave me maps of the city. The hotel is simple but cosy. It's very clean and smells nice. I would definitely come back.

These are small rooms by US standards but they are clean and well kept. The best part is the staff. Don't know how they could be more helpful and friendly.

Extremely friendly staff with good service in mind. The rooms are adequate to price and quite nice to stay in. The Wifi always worked reliably and fairly fast. The only culprit was that there's several stairs you have to take with your baggage to even get to the elevator.

Clean room. Bathroom spotless but too small. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to metro at a 2 min walking distance. Kfc at end of the road. Safe locality. Overall a comfortable stay for short breaks.

Very clean and welcoming, Staff on reception are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and go out of their way to try and help you. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast as there wasn't much available and was 9 euros each. Nevertheless, the room was very clean and bathroom was spotless! Would recommend this hotel for couples on a quick city break! :).

Handy for Gare du Nord and good value for central Paris; rooms fine, very comfortable beds, lovely views of leafy street. Surly and unfriendly staff; building work started at 7.45am the first morning, the next morning a fire alarm went off at 8.15am. When asked if it was a drill, the manager shrugged his shoulders and didn't even offer an apology. Our things were moved to another room without our consent and an expensive bottle of conditioner went missing. On balance, avoid if you can.

Positives: Good Location to train station and subway. Clean rooms with frig in one of them. Cleaned very well by housekeeping. Reception person was very nice. Negatives: Room rate went up once we got there, so verify before traveling. Rooms a little small, but not sure if that's because I'm from the US and used to bigger rooms. No elevator for luggage :0.
