I stayed in August and on second day of visit, my daughters had her 2 necklaces and 3pairs of earring stolen out of the room which her late father gave her before he died early this year.
on reporting it to the desk.
they did nothing.
I have been in contact with. The hotel via email, this has since stopped because they have stopped replying.
it's a cheap and smelly hotel with unhelpful staff. Who don't know what customer service is. And dishonest staff.
it's in a horrible area and. I wouldn't stay there again, and sorry I ever did.

Ridiculous, we are due to go Paris in 3 days time, hotel saying our bank contacted them saying card isn’t work however when we have contact the bank they haven’t made any correspondence with the hotel. They advise hotel never tried to take the deposit. We only received notification this morning that the room has been cancelled they didn’t try contacting us to use another card. Now they have no rooms. I’ve emailed and phoned no one helped. Ridiculous. We are due in Paris on Thursday with no where to stay now paying expensive prices for last minute hotels. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

The rooms are dwarfs, the bed for two people the same, are double by the hair, with the minimum measure. There was only one towel for the shower when we arrived, we had to go looking for the rest. According to the booking (via booking) there were sockets next to the bed, I continue to look for them to this day. Only one plug ("away" from the bed) and one in the bathroom works (as long as the bathroom light is on). There's hardly any room in the closet to leave clothes, he's still a senter. The shower artichoke is dirty and deteriorated, with mold including mold.

Finally if you highlight that the location is very good as there are 2 metro stops next door, and you can also walk to several places of interest for how close they are.

Friendly and helpful staff with clean and comfortable rooms. Handy that it's close to a supermarket and metro station.

The services, facilities and especially the humane treatment are absolutely unpleasant. We don't recommend any human being to stay one minute in this hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean had a comfortable bed and pillows, because of the building design the rooms are a little dark inside but it doesn't matter when it's only a place to sleep and use as a base because of its location close to Eurostar and within walking distance to most of the main attractions of Paris I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again, only gave it a 3 star due to lack of facilities but don't let this stop you from staying here local area was everything you'd expect of a cosmopolitan area with a welcoming feel about it.

Great place, nice and central, very clean. Only problem I had was there was no air conditioning therefore had to leave window open which resulted in it being noisy overnight. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Breakfast was available if wanted.

The reception does not obscure the lack of comfort of the rooms.
Bathroom in poor condition. Shower stall that does not close, watch out for people who are full or tall and who will not be able to enter. The tiny room, no closet, only a bedside.
Breakfast saves the stay, hearty and good.

Rooms really too small.

Center of Paris, could walk everywhere. Rooms are big enough if you only stay for a few nights. Kind of a weird smell in the room, but not too bad. Fiendily personal. Breakfast is nothing fancy but OK. Great price for the location!

The quality ratio is good. On the other hand the rooms are far too small.

It's one of the lower ranked hotels I've tried but if you manage to get it at the lower end of their price range (hi/low season) it's a solid deal. The area is a bit rough at night so if you're easily freaked out by drunk people or prostitution I would suggest another hotel. It's relatively close to two close to two metro stops so and the eastern train station is up the street so it's easy to get around. The hotel itself has very small rooms but it's renovated rather recently so it's cleaner than other comps. I wouldn't pay for breakfast since it's very limited to a few types of bread, boiled eggs and croissants which wasn't replenished often enough. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Ask for rooms that do not give to the inner courtyard. Metal stairs resonate too much and prevent sleep if you have light sleep (like me what). Not worth a 2/5 because everything was rigorous but not worth a 4/5 either. I recommend if you have a good price.

Hotel Brady is a cheaper hotel in the not quite so area of Paris. The rooms are very cheap and small. The beds are very comfortable. If you don't have kids and don't mind a semi-shady area this hotel is good for the price since you're be out sight-seeing anyway.

Small but very fine hotel room in the middle of Paris!
We stayed at 2.4 nights at the Hotel Brady. We were looking for a city hotel that was not too expensive, not quite run down and had breakfast.
Here you definitely make a good grip! The rooms are not big now and with 2 suitcases it will be cramped, but with that you can live at a Städetrip I think!
The arrival from the airport worked without any problems and the reception was very friendly. The breakfast is very small — but fine!
€400 for 4 nights with breakfast I find is very reasonable. Especially an extra wish was met here without any problems and gladly. On the last evening — lay a large bouquet of roses on the bed and decorate it. Thank you!

It was mediocre at best. They never changed our sheets or brought towels, and worst the toilet was 2 feet from the bed.

Great location, very clean, albeit small rooms. Only complaint was that the outside door would slam as people walked in. But overall would stay again, the price was a plus!

Nice staff, good location. Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and quiet. Price is excellent for the quality. Breakfast is good, but a little expensive.

They only have one room with bathtub, which promised us that we will be having it. In the end, they do not have the room for us. Their picture shows that they have bathtub. It's a scam. And the hotel itself is not that nice either.

A very affordable hotel in a great location. The rooms are quite small with only a bed, bathroom and small desk. Room includes a TV, heater, small wardrobe and safe. Very cozy, modern and clean. Helpful staff and breakfast for ~€9, paid shuttle to airport available as well. Would recommend.

Unique establishment. Located in urban part of town, so keep your wits about you. Clean rooms in need of minor maintenance. Helpful 24-hr staff. Close to resources and art district.

El desayuno decente, pero el hotel en sí está en una calle no muy segura, y las instalaciones no son las más románticas del mundo. Habitaciones pequeñas y paredes de plástico. Solo lo recomiendan si vas por trabajo y no necesitas disfrutar de un buen hotel. Eso si el servicio muy bueno.

Nice staff, Bedding was not well placed out (getting duvet on pulls sheets out), room was not best standard (wall was marked, stain on one of the sheets things), But overall was good as bed was comfy and its was good temperature.

The breakfast was good and the person who took care of the refill and us as guest did a great work. The rooms where less good.
Warm and little wierd placed, the two bedrooms were cut of with a bathroom. The shower were in the corner with no curtain. … But if you looking for good service in a budget hotel you have to consider this one!

Friendly staff and a nice location. Downside is that there's no park. But the rooms look nice.

Effective and efficient hotel. Well positioned close to the Gare de l'Est and well priced. Helpful conciergerie.

The hotel is wonderful — small but efficient rooms but great modern decor and facilities (best bedding and shower ever). The room was cleaned on a daily basis, and as a compliment from the hotel we also had tea and coffee supplies for our room kettle. The staff was extra friendly, very helpful and were behaving as true professionals. The hotel also provides you with free maps, leaflets, newspapers and informative materials that offer discounts for tourist attractions and leisure activities (be sure to go through them before you start sightseeing). The hotel is located near three metro stations that gives you plenty of opportunities and great connection to the city. Plus the Louvre museum and other city attractions are on a walking distance of only 25 minutes which is also great for discovering the city by foot. The hotel offers continental breakfast with tasty fresh baguettes, croissants and other French pastries. Taking into consideration the prices of food in Paris, I would highly recommend you to include breakfast with your stay, it's worth it! Overall we are very satisfied and we recommend this hotel. For me the only thing missing in the room was a wall hanger for coats and bags.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Brady for two nights on the 9th Jan 2017. We were located in a double room and a family loft room at the back of the hotel. It was nice and quiet away from the street noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and exceedingly helpful, especially Fabian and Siva at reception. The location of the hotel was a nice stroll to Notre Dame and the Louvre, and the Metro station was just around the corner. We got a fabulous rate. There a cafes and convenience stores in close proximity. Although the hotel is not 5 star etc, it is definitely very comfortable and cosy, especially in the middle of winter. We'd stay there again for sure.

The tiniest room. Tripped over our luggage which covered the only remaining space on the floor not taken up by the bed. Claustrophobic and stuffy. No Air conditioning — we were so hot and couldn't sleep but maybe that was the sucky bed. My husband couldnt even fit in the shower properly. Every time you go down for breakfst they ask your room number. One morning they asked and we told them and infront of everyone they said "this isn't free you know". It was very embarassing and even worse since we had paid for breakfast as part of our hotel stay.

Superb hotel! Our room was clean, spacious and luminous, again with a beautiful view of Paris. The price remains affordable. The staff is friendly. Hotel I would recommend!

The hotel seems clean and nice, but the rooms are small (even by European standards). This place is probably great for an economic short stay, but really not great for vacationing since there really isn't anywhere to keep your luggage; especially if you have multiple suitcases. I haven't seen all the rooms, but this was just our experience.

The hotel is not lux, but it is inexpensive. It's pretty well located, but with the Metro nothing is far, anyway. The room I was in was shockingly small. Whoever took the picture of the room for the website did a good job of making it seem bigger and better. The bathroom was small and the shower wet the floor. Not much of a view out the window, but I didn't care. The room was clean. No a/c, but the room has heat and the window opens. The attendants at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early. I wouldn't stay there again, but it was a fine. Also, there weren't enough surfaces to put things on.

Simple and no frills, but ideal for the central and metro very near.

The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful, the room very small and not at all like in the Internet: instead of a smoking of room we had a smoking room when we wanted to switch it has been to only stupid us (a smoking room was booked). The entire hotel does not match the photos from the Internet. A do not disturb sign on the door was simply ignored. This hotel is not recommended! This hotel is simply junk and without words.

Not clean there are cheaper hotels in Paris better than this hotel.

I went there in April and go back in November. The hotel is modern, clear. I enjoyed its quiet, spacious room and breakfast — breakfast… Great location for evenings at the theatre Antoine, as it is right in front…

The room is small and without air conditioning, staff is a love, polyglot is amenable, clean bathrooms, do 4 stars for the Porter, 2 star hotel, as are so many willing person.

Small room and bathroom, absolutely clean and comfortable. Quiet and close to city center. Nice staff.

The hotel is small but cosy.
The location is pretty good (walking is reached in 20 minutes to the Seine and Notre Dame) is also two minutes from a subway line.
The hotel staff is friendly and attentive.
I recommend include breakfast in the reserve since it is very varied and economical.

Remodeled, small room, breakfast very simple, but is only two miles from the city hall.

It was ok … but I didnt go to Paris to sleep in a lux hotel, I went for Paris D and honey moon… yes how much money … that much joy D.

Comfortable rooms for 1 single person, the Wi-Fi is fatal, for fall and winter this well-but terrible for the summer because it is not equipped with air conditioners in their rooms… Leaves much to be desired…

Pros: simple Hotel and very correct. Ideal for sleep, rest and visit Paris. 1. The double room and the bathroom is small but it is clean. 2. The bed was very comfortable, sheets clean and there are no noises that disturb sleep. 3. Hot water without problems. 4. You can watch TVE international in the room. 5. Free Wifi (you have to ask for a password that expires after 7h and re-order a new one). 6. The hotel staff very polite, although none speak Spanish. 7. Metro stops very nearby and with quick access to downtown and areas of interest. Against: 1. Breakfast is poor (bread, croissant (the best breakfast but not comparable to the bakeries of paris), cereals, jams, iogurt (few, are exhausted quickly), milk, chocolate powder, coffee, juice orange and grapefruit (a bit bad) and a little more… but it serves as a pa to eat something before the start of the route. 2. The neighborhood is not the typical parisian, a lot of immigration and many hair salons african that does not give very good impression but that does not meddle with anyone. In a day you get used to it. I highly RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL but do not expect luxuries. Have a good trip!

Bath room is very dirty and the room is very dirty and smells bad. VERY NOISY! I cannot sleep… all night! The birds kept shooting and la contruaction du batiment. People in the Acueil are not sympa, they are very bad. I cannot change my rooms… Breakfast is bad too. I recommend nobody to stay this hotel! A EVITER A TOUT PRIX!
