Rooms are extremely small. No place to move around. We had 2 beds, space between beds was not enough to stand freely. We could not fit our baby buggy in the room we had to carry it above beds. Ceiling is so low that when you have shower you will hit the ceiling with your head. Talking about shower, you have to hold the shower head in your hand as the cable is not long enough to be hanged. About cleaness very average.

Fair deal! A small hotel situated in a convenient location in Paris, near Paris Opera. Rooms are clean and comfortable but too small, Lobby areas are congested. Breakfast is in Basement restaurant, not enough varieties but good enough to start your day. All in all, if you get it in cheaper rates, worth a deal for short stay.

Staid in many three star hotels but they where clean as for this one I don’t know how it get the 3 stars. The hotel very small rooms. The rooms was horrible & dirty and something is in beds, bed bags or others insects I had second room and was the same itchy skin and did not sleep. The towels they were left second day holes on the floor and Bathroom mould / leaky pipes and smells. We all as a family getting to be seen by our doctor in Uk. moved out to better hotel asked for refund with proof of photos on travel agent and was refused and they mentioned they have no other visitors complaints. My advice avoid this hotel it will be your worse stay in years. As for me in 18 years travel first horrible experience. Avoid even if is free.

A nightclub opened in front. Can't sleep. Hell. The hotel was not good. Stained duvet and dilapidated bathroom. Deserves 3 stars.

Great location, surrounded by 3 different metro stops and not far from the north and East station. A three-star that would actually deserve barely a star. Felted carpet on the flight of stairs, slow lift, sheets with hairs, bathroom with mould and broken siphons. It is worth only as a support for a few nights and nothing more. Not recommended breakfast in the hotel, are 9 euros thrown to the wind, much better to do it along the way where you can find many good bars and bakeries with freshly baked croissants and fresh orange juice.

OK good location but this does not compensate all the mildew and the smell of moisture whether in the room or in the bathroom that does not even have a VMC that also works, even no duvet cover only the quilt filled with stains surrounded by a Dr Ap…
Anyway I will not make the list… nothing to do with the photos… I advise.

The room minimum. Said that I had a desktop and had no. Could not be to tightly regulate the temperature. Only one person waited on us very well, the rest…

Is quite good, it have the necessary for a tourist just to be there to sleep.

Very friendly staff who are kind and helpful. Stayed here twice now in different rooms. Both were cosy and modern. Good location about 10 min walk from Gare du Nord and 2 mins walk to nearby metro stations.

I would strongly recommend you to visit here if you'd like to experience the WORST hotel in the world. I dont even understand why here is named "hotel" and got three stars. I could make an encyclopedia with bad things that I've experienced here. Worst service and worst workers. Here is one of my terrible experience here: they gave away our reserved room to another guest on the day we came, so we had to stay in a really bad room. (plus, we prepaid the fee and made the reservation like a month ago) No one in this hotel is responsible at their mistakes and all of them says "our manager did it, talk to him" but they refuse to give us the manager's contact and tell us to talk to him in person when he appears up. None of them has never said a single word "sorry" to us. (the guy one my first day here, his attitude was terrible, smiling with sarcasm, couldnt find any apology on that face) Whenever I saw a new person on the counter, I asked if he is the manager here, no one said that he is. I stayed in this hotel for five days and I still havent met the manager. Funny thing is, there was another group of guests who had the exactly same problem, and they couldnt meet up the manager and they had to leave too. I REALLY dont understand five star rate reviews here, even one star is graceful for here.

Hotel with basic amenities (lack of plug 220 V). The sound comfort is void. Water noise permanently in the room (leak and bathroom adjoining room). The soundproofing being so lame, that I was in the next room with the couple in full action, if you see what I mean …

I am iranian. I was there in 9 month ago. I loved it. They had very help full staff. I will choose there again in my next trip. Delicious breakfast!

We stayed here in 2007. Was a great experience especially with help from the receptionist directing us to good restaurants, sights and transport bookings.

We were first time European travelers and the experience was great! Receptionist went out of his way to be helpful — breakfast was good — location a little off the beaten path, but we still walked most places. Reasonable food right across the street. Clean rooms reasonably sized for a European hotel.

Hotel УЖАСТНЫЙ! When my friend and I entered the short number we were just in shock. The room was even a tiny Cabinet — a piece of iron was nailed to the wall and our stuff hanging right on the coffee table. From one of the beds to the toilet was exactly step 1, and the distance between the beds is less than one word, the head or legs rested against the neighbour, or was provided strictly opposite the door to the toilet (the toilet don't want to speak — дистрофичному лилипуту there do not turn around! ). Move number, we could only if one of us jump on the bed with legs the other way. The room stuffy — box can not be opened, because on the street day and night noise from the Arabs, air conditioning calmly at night could turn off and you Wake up wet as a mouse sweat in a stuffy kennel. In the end, we almost every night just slept on top of the blankets, since they were down and tightly sewn into the duvet cover. Food is so so — on the 5-th day from yogurt and bullock us just sick. The area is not a gift — mud everywhere. In short, if possible it is better to overpay 200-300 euros for the hotel and spend the rest of the HUMAN condition.

Hotel 3 with a minus, because now there is repaired. The entire hotel is in the forests around the dirt. The area is so-so, around dirty a lot of Turks and Arabs, to the subway and the Opera station. All площаль room is 10 sq m! To good restaurants to go to. Generally there are hotels and better. And Paris itself is simply amazing city.
