We enjoyed every moment of our stay here, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, great breakfast, close to metro and buses and walking distance to laundries, supermarkets, great places to eat, and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast selections. Room was clean and quiet. Couldn't adjust the air conditioning because the wall control knobs were missing or broken. Nice neighborhood and close to the metro.

Great Hotel. Comfortable bed, great linens, very nice room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. If the weather is good, I suggest eating out on the balcony. The hotel is in a great location. It's on a quiet street, across from a bakery, and less than a half a block away from the Cadet Metro Station.

Poor air conditioning & lack of a liquor license dropped my rating by 1 star. Hotel staff were very professional & friendly, rooms while small were comfortable apart from being hot. Breakfast each day was excellent. Hotel is well situated with easy access to the Hop On Hop Off bus we used each day.

Fabulous hotel in a great location with the prettiest little Court yard like a secret garden in a city location. Staff were excellent polite friendly helpful I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff we met. Surrounding area has everything you need with great transport links. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in the center of Paris. Equipped with Car Parking. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Well-equipped rooms, if some are a little soundproofed by the noises outside. Intentional breakfast varies and abundant. The restaurant is missing but the area is full of open venues. Easy to reach because it is close to the metro stop.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was well appointed and serviced. It was at the front of the hotel and the one window opened onto the Rue Cadet which was very noisy at all times. The hotel is well situated and fairly easy walking distance to several different metro lines. The breakfast was particularly good. We were surprised at being charged a Paris per night per person "tourist tax" upon checking out. It would be good to warn guests of this on the website or when checking in.

The location was good, it was near shops, restaurants, and the metro stop. The room was VERY small, we couldn't wheel our luggage around the bed. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Atrium is great to sit in day and night.

Although this is not technically a 5 star hotel, our experience was 5 star.
The hotel staff is so sweet and nice. Jacques at the bar is so nice! The breakfast was complimentary and very good. The Coffee was great too.
This hotel is within walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants and little shops. It was easy and central to many fun things to do and see.
Les Follies Bergeres is aound the corner, Gard du Nord is a ten minute walk and from there you can walk to Montmartre (2 k away). I would stay there again in a second.

We had a positive experience and enjoyed our time there the room was clean and fresh the sheets changed every day. Staff was great and helpful very polite and prompt. The breakfast was very good too.

It was clean everywhere. People at the hotel were very helpful and had a very good breakfast with a variety of foods. Beds are good to great comfortable. Even though I did not use the metro system, the hotel is central located to many places. Easy access to a variety of restaurants. I will stay again there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Opera. Mike at the front desk was very kind and helpful, as were all the staff. The kids and I were happy to have plenty of power outlets to charge our device's. The room was small and cozy but, I suspect because extra space in this city is a commodity. Our location was perfect, with a small walk to the Cadet metro station. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices to pick from. I would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, great service, delivered everything that was promised on the website. Breakfast was good and the backyard was beautiful even in winter. Our room was also very quiet which I appreciated.

Very pleasant and busy boutique hotel. Good breakfast. We had 5th floor room but there are lifts and although small very clean and functional room. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

In this hotel I would stay a thousand times The Deposit is the staff extremely friendly and willing to help you in all of your requirements. The rooms, and he environment is really comfortable.

Hotel very recommendable in terms of location it is in a cut with premises such as bakery, food, pharmacy, etc Very close to the Paris Opera house, Coffee of the P, and Galleries Lafayette. It is quite outdated. You lack to get in tune with the times. It has small rooms. The care is very good. Willing to help you in whatever you need.

Do not recommend. The taxis can't find the address, the staff are nice but ultimately not helpful. The Wi-Fi wouldn't even load this page to write this review. It constantly cuts out through out the day and night. Motels have a better breakfast. The shower literally floods the bathroom when you shower. It's far over priced for the amenities and room size.

Very friendly both in reception and in other services. Speak Spanish and very solicitos. Room clean, toilet could be improved but clean and bed very comfortable. A detail in the room, kettle, tea and infusions. The street is lovely with small shops and restaurants (the prices are high that if). There are supermarkets near, MC Donald's etc… And the mouth of the metro very close and is much more comfortable to move around in Paris without walking much. In short, a hotel highly recommended.

1st time visiting Paris (my dream trip) — beautiful clean room, very quiet hotel, close to restaurants, a delicious pastry shoppe is across the street. Delicious breakfast buffet professional and courteous staff… planning another trip in 2019 — — plan to stay at the same hotel.

The rooms I am not spacious and the bathroom is more of the same, the shower I was very uncomfortable and low. But they have a good breakfast and is well located. The Wi-Fi signal is good.

It's not like it seems small bathrooms small rooms and personal to unfriendly acceptance I don't want to speak English.

Wife and I went for a getaway. The staff were helpful and they even have us a welcome package which was very welcomed after a long trip. It was a block away from the 7 train which got us everywhere and was extremely convenient. The bed and bathroom were cozy and comfortable, every for a larger man. Also, the neighborhood was perfect with excellent dining across the street. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast every morning as well.

The room is adequate for 4 of us 2 double beds and well supplied with shower needs. The breakfast came with our room rates and were adequate and satisfying. The staff were responsive and delightful and eager to assist in any way they can. We want to commend Mr. Alexander for taking the time when we had an issue with a taxi driver we took from the hotel on our second.

Very nice stay. Our room was clean, new and modern. For a family of 4 the room itself was a bit small being that we had very little room for our 4 travel bags, but other than that it was perfect. Loved having the Cadet metro a short 1 minute walk from the hotel so coming and going was so simple. Breakfast was great with a good variety and very friendly staff.

We spent three nights at the Opera Cadet, couldn't fault it, rooms were small, but that is normal in Europe, they accomodated our granddaughter. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite, the breakfast was just fantastic. We had a pre dinner drink in the bar … each evening, the barman was great, can't recall his name. Our granddaughter had a mocktail each evening, he went out of his way to make it an enjoyable experience for all of us.

The people at the hotel (The staff's) made our stay memorable. The hotel was very well kept and comfortable. It made our stay enjoyable. Looking forward to visit Paris again and would love to stay in Opera Cadet. Not to miss the Breakfast spread and the excellent coffee. Home away from home.

Our stay in Paris, at the Opera Cadet Hotel has gone wonderfully well. The hotel is conveniently located, and everything, whether it's the reception, the breakfast or the rooms, was perfect.

We had a very good experience at Hotel Opera Cadet. The location, the staff, the resources available, the food and service — — all excellent! We would highly recommend it. Only drawback we noticed was that the room was a bit small. However, it had everything we needed to call it home for 10 days. Loved staying there.

We were recently at the Opera Cadet Hotel in Paris for the bridge on December 8, 2016. Great Central strategic location. We enjoyed both with the staff, who like cleanliness (great), quiet at night and a good breakfast in the morning. I will also recommend it to our friends… and hope we can return! ;-)

Excellent rooms with the perfect layout for families of four, which can be hard to find in Paris. The staff was very nice and helpful and all were fluent in English. The location is great on a street with a lot of great restaurant and is very near a subway stop with access to the excellent Metro system with the Louvre only a few short stops away. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff, friendly, very kind and helpful they guide us to the ideal places to go every time, giving us advices all the time! They arrenged a room for my aunt who lives in france just next to our room and for a really good price! breakfast was really good! The location is just Perfect, and we rented a car and they have parking for 25$ per day, very important in Paris if you rent a car, because is so difficult to find parking! Thank you Opera Cadet for making our experience in Paris more comfortable!

I loved staying at the Opera Cadet. The location was good, within walking distance to much of the sight seing and the Metro was right across the street. Also we loved the little bakery across the street with the fabulous Quiche Lorraine and eclairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was delicious.

Just stayed here with a number of friends on a trip to a few cities in Europe, and this hotel was definitely my favorite. Beds and climate control in the room were very comfortable, comparable to what I would expect in a very nice hotel in America. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, the staff spoke English and were helpful, and there was a metro station at most 100 yards away. The hotel is also located near various restaurants, stores, a pharmacy, and a laundromat if you happen to need one. Five stars for sure, would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I would give the Opera Cadet five stars. We enjoyed our visit and the excellent customer service that the staff provided. The daily breakfast was outstanding and our room was comfortable. We took a side trip and were able to store our luggage safely at the Opera Cadet. The staff answered any questions we had as well as suggestions to enhance our stay in Paris. We hope to return to the Opera Cadet in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, generous and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, atrium to enjoy a quiet drink at the end of the day and a great location close to metro all went together to make our stay so enjoyable. Didn't want to leave, would highly recommend this charming hotel.

I spent a pleasant stay in this hotel that I discovered by accident. Comfort, location, staff, breakfast, services… everything is there. Really top.
Small flat anyway, the room where I stayed had 2 flaws that bother.
The TV could be placed in front of the bed. It's embarrassing. You can't take a shower in the bath, the doucette is far from 70cm. She could be placed in the centre thus avoiding to take the shower head in hand. It was not comfortable.
I'll be back that's for sure. I'm on Paris for this week I've not found availability.

Developing structure with limited traffic, convenient to the metro station (less than 50 m). Room very spacious with double bed 140 cm, width minimum Cabinet, sitting room with table and 2 chairs.
Bathroom with bathtub.
I would have preferred a shower cubicle closed.
Continental breakfast varied and limitless.

Fantastic! Very friendly staff who speak English and are patient with attempts at French. The rooms we stayed in had ample space and were very clean and well lit. Location is beautiful — a walk in any direction takes you to eateries and shopping. The little pastry shop just across the street is to die for. Breakfast included was a nice plus and very tasty, plus it's available until 10am which is great if you want a relaxing morning. We walked to the Tulleries, the Louvre, all our meals, the Hop-on-Hop-off Bus, and many shopping destinations. Would most certainly stay here again.

The staff was all very nice and helpful — they even surprised us with a fruit basket and wine since it was our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is also located really close to a metro stop. Overall, a very good experience.

A unique experience. Downtown site, service exceptional and very good food. With the metro station just next door, area with many local eating, McDonald's, small shops, the galeries Lafayette, a 10-minute walk.

The included breakfast is delicious and is everything you'll need to get your day going. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are clean. Great hotel and I will stay here again!

I loved it, the situation of the hotel very central, very attentive staff, especially in reception who made possible in helping me speaking Spanish, very clean and very complete breakfast, so on my next trip to Paris I repeat.

Fantastic location, a short walk or bus ride from Gare Du Nord and also very close to bus and metro stops giving access to all the best sights and shopping areas. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby too for all of your needs. Room was wonderful, beds were comfortable and bathroom functional and clean. Fruit basket and bottle of wine on arrival were a lovely touch. All of the staff very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I spent 7 days with my wife and the truth is that the hotel is of very good quality, very friendly and very accessible location.
Only there is an aspect I would like to suggest, and refers to that it should be considered learn and handle the Spanish language. It is a language that speak more than six hundred million people worldwide and which has equal, or sometimes, more important than English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, etc. This would enhance and facilitate more attention to those who are of Spanish language

A short walk from Gare du Nord which was great for us. The hotel is nicely decorated and has the personal touch as it's not too big. Our room was excellent and beds were so comfy. Breakfast offered everything you need and the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely go back and have already recommended it to others.

Recently I was in this hotel for 5 night. It is in Paris Opera district centre location. On our street there was a store, a grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, and sale of liquor store and wine shop in the Cadet Subway Station entrance next to it, from there you can go to Paris any place! Our room is comfortable and clean, but very small, I believe it's 201 rooms. The hotel Concierge was very good! Most of them can speak at least four languages, in any respect, to help. They told us how to use the subway, the toy store where, and help us get on a computer, the Internet (for guests free). Roman, Mike and Erin've been a big help-they are always very patient, gracious and friendly. I'm a travel agent, I'll do that for anyone booking this hotel.

Comfortable, clean rooms, we had an excellent stay. We were pleased with our experience at Hotel Opera Cadet. The room was very well kept, clean. The beds were extrememely comfortable with down comforters and comfy pillows, we were able to sleep very well. We did experience some outside noise from the street below, loud people, which woke us up. The bathrooms are a tad bit small, not a deal breaker as it still had a full size bathtub. The breakfast that is offered was quite delicious and goes beyond the typical "continental breakfast. " Meat and salami, scrambled eggs, crepes, an array of cheeses, croissants and other breads, as well as juices are provided. We were quite surprised and very pleased and we ate at the breakfast everyday during our stay in Paris. A fabulous experience.

As a family we were in Paris in August 2013.5 days Paris. The hotel is very centrally located. We were welcomed very friendly. The room was ready from 14 00 watch. With two young children we were given a suite that was big enough and clean. The bathroom is very new and had even a Jacuzzi. Breakfast jam, fruit Orangersaft, Grapfruitsaft, Croissant, baguette, ham continental fresher. All very tasty. It is approximately 3 minutes to the Metro station Cadet. A very delicious Brasserie is located across from the hotel you can get great stuff. In the vicinity of the hotel there are many small bistros, cafes, MC Donald's right by the Metro station. Walk to reach the Opera House on the Boulevard Hausmann Boulevard la Fayett get la Fayett also to the sensational attractions worth seeing.

We were in August 2011, we were four people and I recommend it widely.
Their staff is friendly and speaks Spanish. Excellent room and breakfast. You can take all the means of transport in and out of Paris. He would stay with the family the next time you restart. Jomiroh.

We stayed for a week in June 2012 as a family of four with our two young children, and in our experience the hotel was excellent. Great location, with an easy walk to many interesting places and a subway station across the road. I loved the quiet little street it is on, giving us plenty of choice for food without dragging the children too far. The staff were incredible, and are what set our stay here above everywhere else we stayed on our trip. Multi-lingual, courteous and exceptionally helpful, even going out of their way to help us with a Sunday morning medical issue. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the Opera Cadet for six nights on our honeymoon in April 2012. It was excellent. The breakfast was sumptuous and scrumptious. The service was fine. They even provided a bottle of wine and fruit when they found out we were on honeymoon! The local area is quite interesting. Rue Cadet is semi-pedestrian and has everything one could want. Access to the tourist sights is easy from the convenient Metro station. The Gare du Nord is not too far away. Staff were friendly and competent. Highly recommended.
