Great hotel well located and welcoming staff. Comfortable bedding and quiet room.

We had to reserve the place at a very short notice; the staff was very welcoming and the check-in process took almost no-time. The room was very comfortable and nice, the toilet was very clean. All the amenities were there, and more. They give you stuff you don't even think of any more like a sewing kit that proved to be useful. The location is great, it's very central in Montmarte so we found ourselves frequently visiting back the hotel to drop off stuff or to take a quick break before heading out again. It's also near a couple of metro stations and some bus stops and a supermarket. The area it's in is very lively; lots of shops, restaurants & cafes. The breakfast was not very good, so we actually only had it once at the hotel. We weren't early but we weren't super late either and there was little left and it didn't taste very good. And the lady serving wasn't very welcoming either.

Lovely little gem. Not to far from Gare du Nord so an ideal place for a weekend in Paris. Very helpful staff. Could not fault this place and will return.

Small rooms but not unusual for Paris. Front desk is nice and bilingual. Location is pretty central and within walking distance to the Metro. Louvre and Sacre Coeur are within a 30min walk.

Chic blender, extremely small rooms, when you turn around in the 1qm bath, you pick up bruises. No cupboard, no single drawer, good beds with about 50 cm of open space around it. Breakfast is not good. Two types of cheese, one of which is sliced in, are heavily accessible hidden in a broken fridge. Two ice-cold cheeses, — not worthy of a French 4-star hotel!

Small but very nice Hotel, friendly staff, room and bathroom small but very cozy and totally refurbished, breakfast more than enough. And with good communications from both Metro and buses nearby.

Céntrico hotel en París, cerca de la zona de Ópera. Habitación pequeña, pero cómoda. Desayuno correcto y variado. Personal muy atento y agradable.

A lot of ants in the beth room and also in the rooms! Tubes need to be changed as it get really bad smell even when taking showers : (

I was staying there 4 nights when it was + 3 degrees outside. I had 14 degrees in my room. I was complaining in reciption every day but is was not anything wrong with the room — it was wrong only with me. The staff was rude. I did not allow me to change to a room with heating. The hotel was better before the renovation and Best Western. I wanted a discount because it was so cold man I got no accommodating. I have stayed at the hotel about 25 times before during the previous owners. Now I will never stay there more.

A very professional friendly, pleasant staff. Finally a hotel friendly!
