Good location in Paris, many sex toy shops on the street though. Excellent service and a good selection for breakfast. Near a metro station for easy transport.

Located in paris central city. Rooms are quite big and happy to stay here. They do have a bar counter I this hotel. Its also near by arrivers metro station.

The staff is not friendly. Elevator down. Our room was not ready so we had to wait a while. Invasion of ants sticking out of the ground in the bathroom, unacceptable! Poorly soundproof so woke up several times, great at night! We're a long way from the four stars. It's stealing. A shame.

Rooms are a bit small but no big deal. Breakfast is tatsy and the place is pretty nice. No real complaints.

A great hotel. Close to metro either Pigelle or Anvers. The roof top terrace is the best thing.

Hotel very well located near the Sacré Cœur de Montmartre, the place du Tertre, the Moulin Rouge, the Grévin Museum. Close to the Metro Pigalle, bus nearby also which takes you directly to the Trocadero. The reception staff was very friendly especially marine who advised us for our visits in Paris, super nice girl! Breakfast very good in a nice room but the rooms would need to be renovated! Very nice stay!

Poor breakfasts, hygiene should be more cured. Very nice at the reception.

Good location The room was very good. The breakfast was very small and the staff were very helpful. The lovely terrace in front of the Sacre Coeur. The entrance is pretty crappy but the truth is that we have been fine.

Very comfortable, comfortable 4 star hotel in the metro area of Pigaal, in Montmartre. The hotel is known for its chic viewing platform, which is located on the roof, on the level of the 10th floor. From there you can enjoy a chic view of Paris! On the roof is a lift, there is where to sit, enjoy the sun and panorama of the city. The evening is also very beautiful! I liked the breakfast in the restaurant, delicious croissants, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice, coffee-above all praise. From the hotel on foot you can easily walk to almost all the sights of Paris.

This is the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Paris. Everything else in the block is out of business, very depressing street. The hotel smells bad, the rooms small, not clean and very noisy. Avoid this one!

Room OK, however when we take a shower, the bathroom is filled with water, very negative point and should not happen for a 4 star.
Bedding pretty good except that are two mattresses glued so there is a creu in the middle.
Washing Machine of the hotel which runs at 11pm which is located right next to the rooms how to say it is not restful.
For a 4 star hotel I expected better seen the price… correct breakfast and hotel locations convenient nonetheless. Staff not very smiling.

Too hot, too much noise, breakfast buffet that lacks proposal… A pity for a 4… proximity to the sacred heart does everything.

Nice hotel, very good location in walking distance from the Sacre Coeur (Montmartre), Pigalle, Moulin Rouge. Rooms are kinda small but comfortable, nice shower. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear what's happening in the next room if your neighbour's a bit noisy.

The view is wonderful, the staff is very nice but… Our room stinked of cannabis when we arrived, was cold like hell the whole stay, mold on the windows, leak in the bathroom, and you hear everything your neighbourgs are doing… If you stay there, save some money on the breakfast as it is frankly mediocre and expensive, there are plenty of wonderful places in the area for a brunch or breakfast.

The room size is good compare to other hotels around. Partly renovated hotel, receptionists are not too friendly. Every each towel in the bathroom had dirty stains …

One night stay in a triple room. The condition of the room was ok. Only thing to note is that the REMOTE control of the TV no longer worked. I was on the 8th floor and there is a beautiful view. The breakfast and very correct, there is for all tastes.

It's a very simple hotel and don't seems a four star as said. The neighbourhood sounds a little bit scarring. Despite that, the staff is attentious, the room is clean and there are 2 metro stations pretty close.

Well enough to be in Montmartre.

Super Hotel — Very nice location, the view of Paris from the terrace is beautiful! The rooms are clean and have the necessities, so yes the wallpaper makes the mouth in some places but this does not prevent in any way to have a very good stay! In terms of noise, we were not disturbed, we hear off the VMC (I guess) but nothing annoying. Friendly and welcoming staff. I recommend it!

The equipment is quite old and worn accordingly. All in all we had nothing else to complain About.

In general lines a good place to stay. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and the hotel is located in a good position to reach every important place in the city. The bed could be a little bit more confortable since the mattress was too "soft". Overall a good experience.

Very well located a few steps from Pigalle and Montmartre with an exceptional roof terrace that offers the most beautiful panoramic view of Paris.
The renovated rooms are nice the others deserve to be.

Nice place for couples. But the hotels automatic lighting system makes it creepy during the night.

It was okay but no more. For a 4 star hotel we expect better quality services. The rooms are small, the air conditioning is deliberately blocked at 18 °c and the remote control is useless. Short for a 4 star at over €100 at night I do not advise. Sorry.

Good hotel, safe area and close to Metro. Good breakfast, continental plus, included. Nice cafes nearby. Rooms not well sound proofed but staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not flawless, but a rooftop terrace offers a fabulous view of all bets.

The two stars are only for staff. Period Room It is a fact but the cleanliness for a 4 *… hotel is to be revisited! Especially at the price of the room. The wallpaper is peeling off as well as the Placot! The bathroom was room (the black gasket). I do not advise this hotel! Very disappointed for a weekend in Paris in Love.

I am going with my wife the Chamche6est quite spacious breakfast included in the price and at will we had a good weekend I advice to everyone this hotel.

Good location and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok but you're in Paris, I'd suggest going elsewhere and enjoy some of the great food around. Tons of amazing affordable restaurants in the area. Pillows could be nicer as they are small and kind of thin but the beds are comfortable. Rooftop has a terrace that overlooks Paris. They could capitalize on it more by adding some table umbrellas or something and make the seating more appealing to actually spend some time up there. Would be nice if they allowed food and drink up there as well.

Not bad, clean room but very close, not recommended for the claustrophobic, otherwise breakfast interesting.

France's first hotel, breakfast was good, the environment is also very good, is the bed is a bit small.

We had reservations at this hotel that were made over a month prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival to the hotel we were told that we should have received a letter informing us that our reservation had been transferred to another hotel because of "construction". We still are yet to receive a letter, and there appeared to be no work being done on the hotel. To make matters worse, we ended up waiting almost an hour for our complimentary cab to show up to take us to the new hotel. Overall, the new hotel ended up being a an upgrade, but the way it was handled left much to be desired.

Hotel Carlton's is cute and cozy. We had a room with beautiful view from the window. Hotel has an excellent location. Very friendly staff!

We say the ARBELGP is not five star but he deserves four excuse me but the tub was broken if you could fix it Rera better still bell Arbelgo but I like more hotel that I do not remember the name.

Had a weekend here 9th to 12th October 2014. Nice helpful staff who made it lovely to relax in the bar and we felt really welcome. We didn't have breakfast as we were a bit lazy and didn't want to be up so early but we understand from other guests that it was good. Our room was small but the bathroom/shower room was fine. Great shower. Room cleaned everyday. Tea/coffee but no ordinary tea only herbal or earl grey which is not really popular with UK guests, it would be nice to have some PG tips or English types available. Great location for Monmartre and amazing roof top views.
