We stayed at New Hotel Roblin last week. We really enjoyed it. Our room faced the courtyard with a lot of light and was quiet. This hotel provided breakfast and coffee in the room. We stayed in another hotel which was 15 minutes away. Similar price, but no breakfast nor coffee/tea in the room. Most importantly, the front desk men, stephanie, the other man with waive hair and concierge were very helpful. We can tell they have proper training and know how to provide service. We appreciated it and really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Strongly recommend.

Clean, cozy, stylish. Center of the city. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast misses some of the essentials (ie vegetables, etc)

Hotel fine. No bar or restaurant on weekend? Strange. Was a holiday but still. Madelaines was lovely.

The hotel is located in the heart of Paris. A very convenient location, walk you can walk to all the famous sights. District 8, next to the Opera House, is a very clean, intelligent, beautiful area. The hotel is small, 5 storeys. Breakfast included (buffet, drinks, French croissants, baguettes) Rooms are small, compact. The room has everything we need, we took a single room for two, but the room had 2 sets of everything — robes, slippers, towels, utensils. Wifi works smoothly throughout the hotel. There are no balconies in any of the hotel rooms as the view inside the courtyard, but if you are not going to sit in the room all day, it doesn't matter. The service is good, the staff are responsible.

Boutique hotel in a refurbished building. Very small rooms. Good location.

Nice Hotel in a good Location, Breakfast and Service could be better. Room under the Roof, romantic, but very small.

Friendly staff. Good price for the area. Rooms are well appointed and cozy.

Second time back this time for a week and still love it. Clean rooms. Lovely staff and awesome lobby to chill in and have a cocktail. And very centrally located to all the sites and local shops.

Address to know for who wishes a good kitchen in a space and very central in Paris.

This was our first visit to Paris so we didn’t know what to expect. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we just loved this hotel, lovely staff, beautiful decor, very cosy, net best of all the perfect location for seeing the sights of this stunning city, all within walking distance, we shall be back and recommend to all our friends, thank you.

The room was extremely small and dark!
If anyone wants to experience how it feels in a prison, please leave the hotel after one night!

Nice, comfortable, quiet and central. Rooms a bit fair size, as in all of Paris, but well organized and functional.

I stayed for one month the hotel was so nice, clean and comfortable. The whole staff was friendly. When I come back to Paris definitely I will choose it again.

Staying there every time I am in Paris for business. The location is perfect, staff is very friendly and it is usually easy to get upgraded when better rooms are available. The main issue with the hotel is the noise, there is work being done in the street which starts very early so not great when you stay over the week-end and some rooms are rather small. Overall, still very good value but they need to sort out the noise issue.

A very nice hotel in the center of Paris.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Paris. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is Good. A nice establishment that makes the whole thing quite comfortable. The prices are slightly elevated, but where is not the case in paris, and the prices in the restaurant are not expensive compared to surrounding locales. I would choose it again.

Stayed for two nights. Very comfortable bed, clean room and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Restaurant beautiful space within a hotel formula of the day inspired staff very helpful.

I asked them to reserve a taxi for me to go to the airport for 8:45 am. The my did not get a taxi till 9:30 causing me to miss my flight and rebook with an indirect route and poor seating. Very very frustrated!

Amazing shower pressure. Comfortable beds. Smallish room but fine. Breakfast is so so. Skip if company not paying for it. Great location. Easy to get to Louvre, musee d'orsay, Eiffel tower, sienne, etc.

Very nice Parisian hotel, kept the style but with friendly and fast service. Clean and cosy room, perfect bathroom and comfy bed. On top ideally located if you want to visit the Louvre, Place de la Concorde etc, all within a short walk. Metro just around the corner as well. Just make sure to take into account costly parking space (40 euro a day) if you come by car.

A very pleasant hotel in a prime location. The staff is outstanding. For arriving by Car: the hotel does not have parking spaces. An underground car park is right next door under the Place de la Madeleine.

The rooms were not as lighted as I would have wanted but it's something I can do with. Bathroom was spacious enough. The staff in the front desk had excellent service. They were very accommodating and always found time to answer all our questions. I would definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.

Very good hotel location of the Madeleine.

Hotel very nice, fine, friendly staff, room that gives on the courtyard is quiet, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom… (The fact that it is a short walk from the office and that in low season falls within the limit of the expense reimbursement makes it perfect)

Nice charming hotel that has a lot of class. Cosy atmosphere. Tastefully chosen decoration. Very nice lobby.
Hermes toiletries. Bathrobes. Beautiful slippers embroidered with the logo of the hotel (pity that the sole is not plastic to keep them! )
Bed in 140cm for standard rooms.
Very shocking for the hotel standing: Nespresso coffee pod sold 2, €50 the unit! Knowing that the purchase cost is between 25 and 40 cents the unit, that the hotel manager chooses to increase the hotel night price by 1 or €2 and the tour is played. Astonishing, especially since the hotel offers two delicious mignardises of quality: nougat and fruit paste, as well as two glass bottles of Evian water!
Do not hesitate to dine in the hotel's Restaurant (Café R. Paris) : Refined cuisine in an elegant setting. With the "fork" reduction, this is one of the best addresses in the area.

Lovely chique interiors, fabulous staff — friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The bar especially was really great, so few hotels in Paris have a communal area… central location. Will definitely visit again and happy to recommend.

A really nice hotel in the center of Paris, cared for in detail and style, it feels like going back 50 years, but the rooms are fantastic and modern. Affordable price and good breakfast, though not overly plentiful. Recommended!

Room size is reasonable but a bit dark, which seems to be the design. Staff is friendly.

For me it was a great holiday … I felt at home … clean … quiet … relaxed … and great location both for those who travel on foot … or do you prefer the metro … okay for both romantic vacations … that to work … and even families.

I stayed here one night from 20 June 2010 to 21 June 2010. The location of the hotel is very good and breakfast is good too. My original plan was to stay here for 3 nights (6/20~6/23) but I couldn't because the hot water line of the hotel malfunctioned and I couldn't have been served hot water. On 21 June, it was not fixed yet. Because the maximum temperature of Paris was just 13℃, the malfunction of hot water was critical. Moreover, I was a honeymooner and my wife cought a cold. I complained but a hotel staff just said. I was really upset by the reaction of the staff. From a common-sense point of view, the staff should have apologized the malfunction but he might look down on me because I am an Asian. If you have a plan to visit Paris, I recommend you to find other hotels. There are about 2, 000 hotels in Paris.
