Amazing location, great atmosphere created by friendly staff and interior makes your trip unforgettable. Next time of course I will stay at Hotel de l'Arcade. For those to whom taste and quality matters, this hotel is a best place to stay.

Hotel very conveniently located behind the Madeleine church in Paris, offering comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi, and quiet surroundings. A step away from buses, metro lignes and great to walk to Faubourg St Honore fashionable street.

Nice location and clean rooms. It was the best quality-price I managed to find in the city centre. My only complaint is that when I called in advance the person who answered the phone didn't speak English and hung up on me. In person the staff did speak English.

Nice and cozy hotel near the square of Concord and Louvre. Quiet room, comfortable bed, kettle can be asked at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Near the Metro.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are spotless. Continental breakfast is standard but I believe it's standard for the French people (light and eat bigger lunches or dinners). The are several restaurants in the block, we were there long enough to try almost all of them. You can walk the streets at night safely. Some people may have complained about the noise but that's outside the building when they're picking up trash early in the morning and they keep their streets clean, which has nothing to do with the hotel. I felt the price was reasonable and I would go there again.

A very pleasant surprise. The location is perfect to visit Paris, the rooms are quite big for Paris' standard (we rented one of their apartments). The place is very clean, the personnel is friendly and helpful. I highly reccomend this place.

Nice rooms. If a little noisy. The road although a back Street is well used. Continental breakfast is ok but pretty standard. The staff were very helpful.

Great place for a stopover rooms are nice and the breakfast is good, the train station is handy to wherever you want to go and the sites and only a couple of stops away.

The hotel has a great location and the roons are cleen and quiet. Is a bit expensive and breackfast is not include.

Clean, comfortable and charming! The location was prime. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Busy street, but quiet room. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful. Ritz Carlton style customer service. We arrived very early for our check-in and they went out of their way to get our room ready. They held onto our luggage for the day after we checked out and went on an excursion. The hotel itself could use a little refreshing to match the quality of service. The room was lovely, but could use some updating. That said, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was $16 dollars additional. We chose to eat out. The great things outweighed the not so perfect. I would gladly book again on my next trip, knowing we could count on the friendly faces to greet us.

Overall OK but they should review their carpets which is not the cleanest (stained)

I made 2 coffees with friends and partners and develop the relationships between us and our associations. The place is nice and quiet and allows trade in the serenity.

Stayed a couple of nights while wandering through Paris. The prices were reasonable for such an excellent location. Madeleine Church is a minute away. The staff was very nice and spoke both english and spanish. The service was excellent, the rooms are quaint and small, but very cozy. Everyone was helpful and was willing to guide me in any way. I even left a sweater there, they called me back in Colombia and offered to ship it over! Wonderful service!

Quiet and good hotel in the centre.

I may run out of characters to describe how fantastic our stay at this hotel was. The room is quaint, as I would expect in a Parisian hotel but adequate. Private bath with shower/bathtub, hairdryer, all the amenities. Wi-fi included in the price of the stay, the internet was very reliable and fast enough to stream Netflix when needed. Located perfectly in the Opera district (Postal Code 75008), it was close to all the attractions, the Metro, the RER, tour buses, local restaurants, Starbucks Coffee. Very clean, air conditioned room with safe. Bed was comfortable, albeit it was two twins pushed together for a double room, again it is Paris. The absolute best part of this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, charming, accommodating, pleasant, informed, helpful, perfect in every way. Clara and Cecile, the two front desk attendants were amazing. Helpful in French, English, Spanish (maybe more) and willing to assist in anyway possible. I witnessed them making reservations for dinner for guests, acquiring tickets to shows, going well beyond the need to ensure the guests were looked after as best possible. I was having trouble with my prepaid mobile SIM card and Cecile called the French-only support desk, she worked through the issue, and helped me sort it out, all with a smile and charm that is truly appreciated.
