I stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. Very nice and caring staff. Gourmet dinner room service and breakfast. Just 2 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées. Loved my stay, will definitely go back!

Awesome and the staff. Are very helpful great food and breakfast bar the breakfast should have been included in the package… and thr mini bar should have been in too. Without a charge. But I do give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

This hotel is far from 5 stars, poor reaction to our noise complaint that was happening during our stay (12-14 June 2019). We wanted to check out early and they wouldn’t let us, saying that due to the policies that they couldn’t let us check out without any penalty. We know that it’s not their fault that their neighbors are undergoing a major renovation. But a nice early notice would’ve prevented this, and the manager is simply saying: “that they’ve just stop making the noice … ” and sadly it wasn’t the case, I am deeply disappointed of the way they handled the compliant, and I am pretty sure I will not be staying at this hotel ever again…
There’s always something you can do to compensate your customers if they are having a bad experience, a sorry is just not enough.

Nice and luxurious hotel. It is very clean and cozy. There are big and very well designed rooms. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. People are very kind!

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, although the panorama was not very attractive due to the location of the hotel.

Rooms were superb. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic. All the extras are very expensive.

Stayed at the hotel for one night and what a great experience. Staff knew exactly how to look after you at a 5 star nothing was to much trouble. Loved the decor the ambience and will definitely stay again.

Although I loved the beds and my room (30) at the hotel and the staff, I slipped and fell badly from the shower. The shower was built incredibly wrong as there is no drain and the water just drains out of the floor. Not knowing this, after turning on the tap — the tiles were immediately flooded with water and were incredibly slippery. Just by stepping on the tiles — I dramatically slipped with a terrible fall. As I have not fallen ever before such as I did — this issue is a serious concern. I have deeply injured my knee which as of today a couple of days later still has not recovered. This is a very bad design flaw with consequences.

Kids friendly and nice dinner menu from the cosy restaurant. If you are too tire to go out again after shopping this is not a bad choice. The location of the hotel is convenient. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and numerous of fashion stores along the Av. Des Champs-Elysees (Champs Elysees Avenue). One thing worth to highlight of this hotel is the vintage lift. It seems older than my granny… LOL The reason why I did not rate them 5 stars is the front desk staff only speaks French.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. Because it was our honeymoon they gave us a voucher for two glasses of champagne in the bar. The room was spacious and comfortable. Set up with rose petals. The bathtub was amazingly large. The hamam and spa were perfect for relaxing and the staff was super friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous room for my wife and I to stay at on our honeymoon for a night. The hotel also prepared rose petals and a single rose for the room. Thoughtful and a great experience.

Bad breakfast, no concierge services. It's not more than 4 stars hotel. You can find much better hotel in paris in the same rate.

Not bad but I don't think it warrants five stars. The rooms are ok, it's quiet and the location is good, but the deluxe suite is overpriced.

Excellent service. Love the classic feel. Breakfast could be better. Would stay again.

Fabulous hotel! Fabulous staff! Michael was an absolute delight and I was fortunate enough to stay in the Prestige Suite, Which was absolutely gorgeous! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great room, stayed in a junior suite. Only complaint, and certainly a minor one, was that coffee made in the room was awful.

The rooms are very beautiful. The reception is very nice. Everything about this place is top up notch.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and well apportioned, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the gym/spa is great.

We have just stayed at the hotel Champs Eleesyes plaza to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday.
I can't recommend the hotel enough — simply stunning, beautiful rooms with exquisite decor and welcome treats.
We also enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival.
Each member of staff were so welcoming — the guy on the front desk is such a beautiful man, I wish I could remember his name, but you will all know who I mean, so thank you. Keep doing what you are all doing, you are doing it so well… see you again in the future. Xx.

Frankly nothing to say to the little care.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. I was visiting Paris from the States with my boyfriend at the time, we were in town for the Rugby World Cup. We were greeted by a very warm and friendly staff, they even had our suite ready before check in time. The very spacious room was upscale, Parisian chic as well as classic in design and decor; very cozy and comfy, particularly the bedding. We hardly left the suite in fact, that's how much we liked it! Great bathroom like new, with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Excellent, Parisian style breakfast. I really liked the gym as well, motivating for a smaller boutique hotel. It definitely made our weekend in Paris more memorable! I will be back the next time I'm visiting Paris and want to stay near the Champs Elysees.

I want the ordinary apartments, accommodation is very good. Hotel very close to everywhere, and quiet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was Hermes. Hotel staff couldn't be more friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

Despite a remarkable and very friendly staff.
Many false notes in the service of the rooms.
For my part to make the sofa bed at 4 in the morning because the evening service to forget to pass in the two suite we booked is not party D a Hotel 5 *.
Of course everyone C is excuse for the next morning.
Other false notes always concerning the services in rooms that forget to replace tissue boxes.
The services of breakfast is not either extra (€32) to get coffee it takes a little too much for my taste.
The bar to constantly get up, go to the staff to ask that the bartender would come.
Otherwise in all we will say that such a good 4 star hotel but not 5!
This m can't go back!
