Everything is wonderful here, a classic ambience that makes me feel like I am special.

Super hotel, we would almost think for Gatsby the beautiful so the 30s decoration is neat. The room service is delicious and special mention to Hadrian at the front desk for his impeccable welcome and professionalism. We'll come back to that.

This is a luxurious hotel with wonderful, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Location is near the Arc de Triomphe and plenty of shopping and restaurants are nearby. A special mention is deserved for the amazing breakfast buffet which was a daily highlight of our stay.

Stayed in an Eiffel view executive room and it was perfect for us. The executive lounge was great and sitting out on the balcony after a day spent visiting the sights of Paris was joyous. All staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

The front desk and concierge are good. Been here 2 nights with another 4 to go. The bed pillows are the worst so asked for 2 more and was told no. Sat down at open seating breakfast and during meal was asked to move because they were closing the section. Went to bar with nice bottle of champagne I bought at local store and was refused to be given 2 glasses and was told I would have to pay for them, so just took bottle to my room where glasses were free. Turn down service last night left wet towels in bunch in front of toilet. Paying a lot of money for poor customer service.

Very nice hotel with very nice amenities, a great bar with a good selection of beverages. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby as is the Arch de Triomphe.

The staff is so helpful. My granddaughter got a bad cut and they were wonderful and checked up on her health. They even sent us Easter treats to show their kindness. Love the location and courtyard.

We've had a good stay for about a week. By no means a budget hotel but the restaurant provided great food and the bar was efficient.

I have stayed here a number of times & each time I have found the service gets worse & worse. The rooms are dirty, AC never works, toiletries are not provided and the customer service is really bad. The staff have a bad attitude & roll their eyes at you, they don’t listen to your requests or have any knowledge of the the hotel services. You pay so much money yet you can’t even get a decent breakfast, cappuccino is a black coffee with milk… Don’t waste your money or time here, there are far better hotels with more organised and efficient staff who are friendly & enjoy providing a good service unlike this hotel.

The staff is nice and the rooms are what we wanted. The location is in a good spot with nice restaurants and cafes close by. There is also a really good park 3 minutes away.

Very well located. Decent size, clean and neat hotel with good breakfast. Taxis available always and close to most of the places in Paris.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the nice check in lobby area or the 5 star rating on most sites. The sink does not drain. The bathtub has cracks and looks like it’s from a rundown apartment. There were flees in the bathroom. Carpet is purple and filthy. Generally, it feels like you are staying in a flea motel in the 80’s. Owners of this property are totally ignoring upkeep. Stay away. This is truly a 2 star, even when judged by lacking standards. Place in need of immediate modern renovations. Stay away from this 2 STAR.

Not a bad hotel, the bathroom asks for more space.

The place looks nice save for a drab green in the hallways — it’s what I would consider a five star hotel by appearance. But the service was generally sub-par. We had booking problems for an extra nights stay that 3 receptionists could not rectify. Our room door lock failed and would not lock. The room was not cleaned on one day (in fairness I can live with that, but for the cost and reputation of the hotel it is disappointing). We also left our room at 9 one morning passing old room service trays still to be cleaned from the night before. The food is quite expensive, even though it is Paris. To top it off, the toilet was not even secured to the wall or floor! Pretty speechless and frustrated with the stay.

Excellent accommodations. Staff were great. One of the guys went out of his way to take my granddaughter to a public swimming pool. Breakfast is a must try. Fresh sheets every day. Worth every euro.

Best hotel in Paris. They go above the average boutique hotel by providing a handy phone (mobile phone with data) that you can take outside as you please. Access to the spa, fantastic breakfast buffet and gorgeous garden area.

The service was very helpful and some English well. The lobby had a very upscale and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned.

Five stars Great luxury, I advise to visit its public areas, to all the enthusiasts of the interiorism.

Romantic. Welcomed, with little attention of the chef in our lovely suite, which overlooked the garden, where the evening was aired a little music accompanied by some pictures projected on the Interior facades. An intimate Spa and very soothing treatments. Elegant bar, good restaurant and discreet rooftop lounge.

Great place to stay, perfect environment for family and friends trip. Hotel staff are amazing, Jeffery at the reception was very welcoming along with the other members of staff. Very close to the Courcelles metro station and walking distance from Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was on point, if only they had hash browns & baked beans — that would have been the cherry on top.

Very old and tired hotel in need of a desperate refurb. The buffet breakfast was a real flop — mostly cereals and stale croissants. Can't see how this is a five star property in comparison to others in the same category in Paris?

Great Hotel, helpful bed, room overlooking a very nice interior garden, something small but enough, bath tub and shower in the bathroom. Good size TV. Very well insulated you don't hear anything.
I do not put the 5 * for the staff, in my checkin we attended Hassan who told us that although by mail told us that we could have the room before would not be until 3pm to give us a walk and we would get our bags and call us when it was. At 15.30 we went back to the hotel the person who attended us was no longer there, and who attended us knew nothing, and of course the suitcases took 40 min to climb them were not upstairs. When checkout I had to download twice to activate the cards and laughed on top… In short, the hotel recommended the staff should take better care of the guests.

It's an excellent hotel with a wonderful, courteous staff. The breakfast buffet is very impressive. It's also a short walk to the Metro station at the Place de Charles de Gaulle which will get you to almost all the main tourist attractions in Paris.

A nice-looking hotel in a good location, but not the best stay. We expected more from a 5 star hotel — the rooms were far too hot even with air conditioning, the rooms weren't properly stocked (we had no tea or coffee in our room, and not enough mugs or glasses either) and everytime we would ask for more mugs, it would take at least 45 mins for them to arrive. One time they didn't arrive at all! We were also disappointed with the service at breakfast. Whilst we appreciate it was very busy, the tables were not properly laid so again, when asking for things like spoons or mugs or even tea/coffee, we would have to ask at least three times. Even then, we didn't always receive what we needed, so many times we just gave up with asking. All in all, the experience was very mediocre. Thankfully we still had a lovely time in Paris but the hotel stay was not a highlight.

Nice hotel, staff helpful, breakfast good, hotel room a little tired, could be cleaner. Rooms are really hot even with the air conditioning on. Had to have window wide open and then room temperature was still 20 and over! Very noisy with window open as the garden side of the hotel amplified all the sounds outside. We also had to share a bed with our 8 year old, not even a camp bed. Sleep has been very disturbed. Room service is very expensive. Location ok but would prefer more central. I would not stay here again.

Well located and Nice hotel to spend a few days in Paris. Price is more in the upper segment, this is reflected for example Also at the price of 12. €50 for a beer at the bar.

I had a very pleasant evening in the reception room of the hotel (in the basement). The hotel is really beautiful. Very luxurious, with a nice staff, helpful and quality. The lobby is also beautiful, it makes you want to spend time there.

Right from the point we were greeted by a gentleman at the door to the beautiful lady at the checking desk it was all blissful all the way. I recommend and would visit soon again. 5☆

5-star hotel but outrageous performance!
Dinner at the cottage for 2 people, one of the dishes arrives cold I find myself eating alone while my partner looks at me … in compensation the glass of wine of my girlfriend offered (commercial gesture but I would have preferred to eat at the same time as my girlfriend, it's just common sense in such an establishment) End of the meal 146 added (very correct price for the setting and the 5 stars of the establishment, the foie gras is excellent I recommend) The evening ends very badly after leaving my car at the valet not the blue card, no problem he had explained to me that there was a vending machine at the corner of Rue de Courcelles at 3 min, alas this was not true and I had to go down to Boulevard Haussmann to withdraw the money needed to settle the valet … If I put my car at the valet it is to avoid walking for 10 minutes and especially when I put the car and I am told that the vending machine is just 3 min and that this is not the case this is scandalous for an establishment of this size

I didn't feel at all in a 5 star. The elevators work fatally and everyone had to go up and down the stairs. Breakfast was horrible, almost intoxicant with salmon in bad condition. Very little variety of breakfast and bad. The room was normal for a 3 or 4 star maximum but they did not have the detail of leaving you even a bottle of water. If you wanted water it was considered room service and they charged you what they wanted.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Not the rest.

Bar very decent, although a little expensive (wine glasses from 10 to 17 euros: hello the margins! ).
Atmosphere a little weird: the interior decoration is very busy, rather dark, and finally quite sad and all-round, when it is obvious that there was an intention.
Service quite amateur, but friendly: big frank smiles and real candour to admit that we do not know very well what we sell …
In short, not so bad if you are around but does not deserve a detour.

We stayed for 5 days at this hotel in Paris, the location is perfectly fine — a short walk and you are in the heart of Paris. The food was quite good, the staff were very rude. The next city trip in Paris we will probably spend in another hotel.

The reception at the car park has been laborious but the team knows how to adjust quickly and put its customers in the best possible position.
The hotel staff are kind, smiling and friendly. The concierge is good advice and useful, (it is representative of the Parisian French :D… very chauvinistic and pro Parisian: everything is better here in Paris)
The lobby is splendid, the rooms are well arranged and original, the cleanliness could be taken more seriously in view of the hotel's standing.
The hotel's amenities are nice and the Executive Lounge is appreciable with a wide choice, not like breakfast which is not convincing.
The management is attentive to the odds and give themselves the means to make us have a good time.

The hotel is very nice with good room services. The hotel location is nice and close to public transportation. The room has good furniture, yet it is considered to be old. The spacing is adequate and the rooms consider Muslims needs such as Qibla and Shattafa. Taxi is always available.

Booked a 4 night stay here and to be honest, basic hotel and far from 5 Star.
You’d expect the door staff, (and there was plenty of them) to at least acknowledge
you upon arrival instead of chatting and ignoring newly arriving guests.
Anyway, managed my own bags, thank you very much, but realised after day 2 and 3 you
don’t get acknowledged at all. Room was average but the best thing about it was the £6.30 kit kats in the mini bar. A price list would have been helpful but hey, if you care to indulge, prepare to pay and not complain. 40 Euro per person for breakfast is a bit steep but it is paris. Best head out to one of the many cafes and brasseris on the Champs Elyeeses round the corner for half that cost and a smile is free.
No repeat visit for me I’m afraid.

Nice clean room with big TV and friendly staff. The lamp on one side of the bed was not connected to the controller so it could not be switched off; the shower pressure was low; the TV remote control was not working; the sink was not draining properly. The most annoying thing was that whenever someone was closing a door the walls were moving and a loud and disturbing noise could be heard.

Impressive hotel, both for the guests and for their staff.

This is a nice hotel however for the cost it isn’t amazing. The staff were friendly enough and very helpful. Nice bar downstairs. Room service costs were very expensive but the service for room service was great. Our mini bar wasn’t stocked which wasn’t a problem however when checking out we were incorrectly charged for drinks and snacks from the mini bar! They quickly rectified but I had to sign a number of receipts to say the items were removed from my bill — but strange really but I’m assuming an honest mistake.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a very good sense of age. But Wi-Fi is too bad, and check-in and check-out procedures are more cumbersome, it is impossible to give full marks. Maybe that's the problem with the modernization of the non-group's old star hotel.

I'd put five stars in it. But so, so expensive, it doesn't seem right. You can't even take a soda because of how expensive it is. And they're not very kind, except the woman in the office outside, where the computers are, she is, she's super nice. They give free luxury water and a girl in charge for the night, also very friendly.

Terrible reception desk personnel upon arrival. Had to ask for a baby cot twice. Very unfriendly and lacked attention! Valet was great and friendly. Hotel decor itself was lovely. All in all the visit was marred by an bad initial reception. For the money one pays, there are much better hotels in Paris!

Endless wait at Check in, worse than Eurodisney.

I suffered a trauma! The gentleman of the concierge has me live a waking nightmare of which I am always not postponed. Qd we mix her girlfriends whores we make work and customer we do not know the difference! Be careful do not come JMS too late or too early at the risk of experiencing mishaps…

Location is good. Lobby is nice and beautiful. That's basically about it. The staff was neither nice not friendly. I had a similar experience to another review where they overcharged me some 400 euro for some magical unknown reason. The room … it is 3 stars, at most. Some pix attached of how "nice" and "clean" it is. The carpet is very old and dirty. This hotel is basically just a beautiful lobby.

A location worthy of its number of stars.

Very nice hotel, not amazing, but nice, and good location. Walking distance to high end shopping, but it's not on a very interesting street. Staff is very nice. The big issue is that the hairdryer in the hotel bathroom has a super short cord, so you can't look in the mirror while blow drying your hair. I decided to use my flatiron in the main room. Apparently you need a transformer for the US appliance to work in France because of the voltage difference (the hotel just informed me of this when I called to question them), which I didn't know and there are no signs to that effect, and my flatiron blew up — ceramic pieces melted away from the plastic casing causing billows of smoke and it appeared to be seconds away from actually catching on fire. I unplugged it quickly and called the front desk, but of coarse the ceramic panels left burn marks on the desk it was sitting on, and the hotel billed me $500 Euro. The desk is NO WAY worth $500 Euro. It's a crappy piece of hotel furniture, so that's ridiculous in and of itself! I always keep my flatiron on the table at home and because the plastic is what touches the surface, it never makes a mark on anything. I'm so angry that the hotel billed me. They said they tried to call me, but I never got a call, and they said they emailed me, but I never received that either.

Attention is a super luxury hotel, since you arrive until you leave.
The rooms are spacious, with very spacious bathroom and all sorts of attention.

March 2015 we came to Paris to stay in this hotel. I believe this is a very good value for money hotel. Five-star. Then no refund rate is $ 262 per night without breakfast. Here is beautiful, spacious, King size bed. Modern art deco style. Large marble bathrooms. Excellent location, a bit far from the city center, but a short way to reach the Arc de Triomphe. There are two metro stations nearby, lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. Reception of ALICE, the French or the United States …

Quite disappointed in the end.
Services do not follow from other palaces of Paris.
And the gap is quite big for the same price… I don't speak of the poverty of digital services… No Wi — Fi, televisions from another time…

"May I see your bag!? " That's the first thing I heared when I entered the door. This is not a 5 star greeting that one would exspect at a such hotel. Why can you just say, " Hello, how was your day? May I see your bag please? " You really have to work on your hospitality!

They advertise free internet. It barely works. I paid the 20 Euro per day fee to try and work and it's still crap. If you need Internet for work or to stay connected don't stay here. The intern connection is worthless for free and paid. This is 2015 and there is no excuse for the to not pay for a decent connection. Mobile service is 10X faster than the 20 euro per day connection fee. If you count on the Free guest network save your time it's useless.

Just reached today and discovered that no interconnected rooms been reserved! I'm in one room and my kids of 12, 8 and 4 years old in other room, 4 meters away from me! They have promised me to solve the issue by tomorrow,, let's see otherwise I'm thinking to look for other hotel by tomorrow early morning, a hotel which will take Customer convenience seriously. : ( Today is the third day and I haven't receive neither reply to my complain nor apology Seems that this hotel doesn't know nothing about customer service or satisfaction! I would not recommend. This hotel to any one.

This winter the collector hotel has exploited its interior patio deployment of a huge transparent bubble that made office bar champagne and tea room for the afternoon.

Saffron is a Tunisian restaurant with a good kitchen décor that makes us travel in Tunisia the kitchen is very good unfortunately their toilet are not very very clean their service is friendly and very simple because you feel immediately draw sheet.

Pars was the second stop on my family trip to Europe — — 3 days in London, England and 5 days in Paris. From the moment we walked into the Hotel, the staff was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. My family consisted of 8 family members traveling together — 2 rooms with at least two pieces of luggage per person and the rooms were large enough to move around without falling over luggage. The staff provided easy to follow directions to anywhere we wanted to go using the Metro system or ensured our cab driver knew our destination. I had the pleasure of meeting two members of the Concierge staff I communicated with via email before our arrival — — Katrina and Mathieu. The Purple Bar in the hotel was manned by Wen who was an excellent bartender and appeared to be training another bartender who was learning fast and also provided excellent service and I was impressed that they remembered our drink orders from the night before! I took advantage of the spa service the night before we left — — and it was heavenly. A complete body massage (1 hr) that left me relaxed and refreshed. It was a perfect end to my trip. I would definitely recommend L'Hotel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe Paris to my family and friends. If I have the opportunity to visit Paris again, this is where I will stay! Merci pour un séjour agréable.

Buffet salé chaud : œufs brouillés, saucisses de volaille, bacon, viande à la découpe, nuggets, légumes, et trois plats chauds (pâtes, viande et poisson). Buffet dessert : fruits frais entiers, salade de fruits, tartes au choix maison, entremets sucrés, brownies, madeleines, financiers, yaourts, et verrines. La terrasse donnant sur la cour intérieure a ouvert ses portes.
