Establishment PITIFUL dirty and work outside and inside.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years, but this current visit will be our last, Noise due to hotel upgrade? Also construction of a new holding cell for the Police station right next door, carpets left with dusty foot prints, general cleanliness not up to scratch for a 4**** hotel. Room is in need of some tlc marked wallpaper, cracked paint work, marked carpets through out the hotel, bathroom has mould in the grout, and on the bathroom ceiling.

Do not give them your credit card / debit card for deposit while you c/in, because they do not pay you back… I gave them 100 € — 2 months ago for deposit, they should deduct city tax and pay me back but unfortunately they ignore me and not paying… There a lot of hotel options around them, go and stay there… At least you can save your 100 €

Very comfortable hotel, exceptionally located near the centre with brilliant staff.

Friendly. They forgot to unfold the 3rd bed, however it was soon done. It was a huge hassle, though. The breakfast was also good. Great location, near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Rooms however, were rather small.

Perfect service, so kind. Delicious breakfast. Just a 5 of 5 stars in beautiful Paris. Close to everything in Paris and the staff are really welcome and help you with everything you want. Really recommend this to everyone who will visit Paris.

Home away from home … only heaven is perfect. That is why I can not give it 5 stars. I have never given a hotel 5 stars. I have stayed here almost exclusively for the past 9 years. I always get the same room. The area has lots of wonderful restaurants, markets, coffee shops, and I feel very safe and comfortable in this area. I walk regularly. You are close to the subway and can walk to several banks with ATM's. The new manager is rather standoff… ish, however the front dest staff is very helpful. They speak good English. They do have a morning buffet that is very substantial and good. Make sure it is on the room package. If not, you will pay separately. Keurig coffee machines in all the rooms. Oh, if you're in the need for a Starbuck's fix? Your in. Turn left out the main door and down the road … it's not to far. Pleasant short walk … WALLA! When it is all said I have a great affection for the hotel, and for many good reasons.

I had a great stay here. Staff is somewhat friendly, I was misguided and spent 5 hours in the hotel lobby. Food is not upto standard and most of the time cold. In conclusion, I’d never stay here the next time I’m in Paris.

Very nice hotel fully renovated rooms, friendly staff, good location about 7 min to the champs elysees and the hotel offers happy hours (free sweets)

Excellent location, fantastic room with balcony. On the other hand, ask for identity card, fingerprint of credit card when we have already paid on the site, it is very limited… but the worst is that we can ask for a fingerprint of CB of 100 Euros… you are explained that this is in case you are using the minibar… except that E The minibar is empty… it is only in Paris that we see this… damage otherwise it could have been perfect, but all this is very unpleasant for a first contact hardly arrive at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English when it was obvious my French was lacking. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, although we did not check out the Happytime because we were too busy sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was huge! My only complaints are that the pillows are uncomfortable and the room didn't have air conditioning, but that was fixed with an open window.

Everyone here was very friendly! I was pleased with our stay. My only negative comment is that the pillows were very small and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice spot, near the center. With modern decor and professional stuff. Very old building, wooden flat, you hear everything.

A hotel worthy of a 2 star we changed the room 3 times as the hygiene there was dubious the scales paints in the bathtub and sink the dust room joints on the furniture over the evening brunch is infecting the pancakes and waffle are that of the MA Tin the chips are rassies and I go on the Deco. Very disappointed.

Thief establishment I had to pay twice my stay because I did not take my bill to check in and as by chance there was nothing in the surveillance video… weird but thieves anyway.

Hotel very well located, staff friendly and helpful. The Internet is very slow, and with frequent falls. In addition, the ducterías of water are not well isolated and you hear the annoying noise when other rooms used the toilet or the shower.

We stayed there for 3 nights on our trip to Paris hotel is clean and nice breakfast was brilliant only issue was the staff behind the front desk both didnt really know what they were doing when checking me in very unprofessional as I would expect much better standards from the staff at a 4 star hotel in the heart of Paris.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean and attractive, however I was treated very poorly by the staff at front desk. I even felt a little bit of racism from their part as I am latino. It saddens me to see how people still treat people like you re less only because of the color of your skin.

Very satisfied with the hotel and service. We visited Paris for 4 days and never regretted the stay in the hotel. Special mention for Sohan — he has gone extra mile to help me by getting Birthday cake from Paris's best bakery for my wife's birthday. Thank you Sohan!

Claims to be on champs elysse but it isnt. However a walk for 10mins is there for the place. Can be a better value for money that at the price at which we had booked.

If this was a $50/night hotel, it'd be acceptable. But for the price, it's really mediocre. Internet stopped working so I couldn't do my work or check into my flight. Even after I called and they said they'll fix it. The mattress is motel quality at best. Walls are white and dirty. Screws in the safe are not all the way in. Can easily cut yourself. Trash can broken. No iron in the room. Cost for services is ridiculous. 20 euros to dry clean a clothing item! They offer complementary breakfast but you have to pay if you want an omelet. Views are of another building close to you. Rooms walls are thin and you can hear other people talking on the phone, like if you were I. The same room. Elevator are super tiny. Beware of your claustrophobic! Staff however is ok. Smiling and good service.

The rooms are luxuries & spacious, bathroom very clean & big. Location most ideal for tourist as Arc de Triomphe is at a walkable distance, with shopping on its road.

Friendly staff, continental breakfast, optional Wi-Fi to take out on the city. Very clean rooms. This place was perfect.

One of the best Hotels in my two week trip to Europe. It made Paris breath taking.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 2 steps from the Arc de Triomphe. The staff are very nice, the service perfect for a 4 star but then plan quies balls! Soundproofing does not exist simply you hear everything whether it's the neighbors shower, the TV, the people on the street, not terrible! Big negative point of this hotel.

Great location friendly staff, rooms adequate, but lovely complimentary coffee and cake from 3pm to 6pm everyday.

Staff friendly and nice The bedding is excellent the choice of breakfast and really varied and the only small downside the toilets in the bathroom.

We were lucky enough to stay at this very friendly hotel. Close to the Arc de Triomphe. Staff were amazing especially the receptionist tall with long hair. Sorry forgot her name. Would definately recommend this hotel. We arrived at 10.30 and booking time is 3. Cause our room wasn't available they upgraded us to a suite which had 2 balconies which is rare in Paris and we could see the Eiffel Tower. We are now staying in another hotel twice the price and not much different with no balcony.

Kitchen not cooked enough, close to the gastronomy, but just graze it… The wines are too green… The setting is cheap… The non-professional servers but the small care. In sum place a little too expensive for a promise half held…

Quaint little place that had plenty to offer. Not far from all the sights and sounds. Made getting around very convenient. The staff was courteous and professional. We had a leaky air vent in our room by the bathroom so they shut the cooling system down. Forced us to open a huge picture window that gave us a spectacular view of the moon rising over Paris. Enjoyed every second of our trip.

Nice hotel that is going through a refurb when I stayed. New rooms are really lush and well fitted out. Reception do free drinks in the afternoon with snacks. So great place. Wonderfully located for sights and restaurants.

We have staying in this hotel, relying on the opinions of other users, only we ratify the success. Simple, minimalist and cozy hotel. The stay was enriching. After a few long days of visits by the city better than a perfect bathroom and a bed that you literally hugging. Very full and quality breakfast. From our room, the 723 was the eiffel tower. It is very close from the Arc de Triomphe, point 0 of metro transport, so the full 15 was overwhelming. By our experience is we recommend it, and congratulate the team that composed it.

My relatives were stolen at this hotel € 20, 005. No pry marks were safe, almost hundred percent sure it was insider crime, because it is cash so the police regardless. If Chinese tourists see, do be careful.

Beautiful Hotel and lovely staff. Location next to the Champs-Elysées. The new Director has arrived there is little time and is very present for its customers.

Hotel with normal facilities, which enhances its policy and personnel.
Free minibar (soft drinks, juices, water and patatillas) electric kettle in the room with coffee and tea. Good buffet breakfast and a buffet tea (17:30-20:30) — time this had drinks, cold cuts and cheese, Cous Cous, salad, cake of salmon, Terrine of foie gras, and sweet cake. We already had dinner there.
THE room is very spacious (more to be Paris), and has everything you need: Wifi connection usb and HDMI, shower or bathtub flat-screen (depending on the room) cooler and comfortable bed with pillows over.
The very friendly staff at all times, had an incidence with Wi-Fi and solved me it the next morning.
