We booked two rooms on my daughter's birthday. The money that we saved. Very important part of the booking was the privé parking that the hotel is offering, on reservation, 35 euro a day. So we did. After I payed with my creditcard, and reserved the parking spot, I've got an e-mail, parking was not possible that day, because the police is gonna block the street. SO I told them, please send the money back, so I can look for a hotel with a SAFE parking possibility. But they refused. The manager, after multiple e-maisl did not even call or mailed us. And the lagy at the reception, lied every time I talked to her. She even promised to call me the very morning, if there is the police blocking the road. But she did not call, and she did not even call the police what is going to happen. So next day we saw it on the news. That yes, there was a problem in the city. But I tink it is absurd, that they did not send the money back. So we lost the money and we lost the vacation. If there is no parking possibility, even for a day, tey should let the costumers know about it. Otherwise it is just a big huge lie, and taking our money.

Great hotel and amazing location to get on and off the metro or bus. Plus has great places around it to eat some amazing pastries.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. On several occasions we needed assistance with making dinner reservations, taxi reservations, and sightseeing. We met several people working the front desk and they were all very helpful and we appreciated it greatly. Thank you!

Only been here one night so far, but it's been a positice experience. The rooms are nice and equipped with a minibar, nice TV and soft beds. The breakfast haf everything I needed (bread, bacon, yoghurt etc. ).

Pleasant stay, appreciated upgrade.
Excellent bedding, exceptional calm.
Breakfast really doesn't live up to the rest.

The rooms look new, are sufficiently large and quiet — although I have ' used ' to the street. The bed was super comfortable, not too soft.
The staff is friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was O. K.
There was fresh orange juice; Scrambled eggs (from the Tetra Pack) sausage and quite great cheese … Baguettes, croissants and all sorts of sweet ram.
There are no parking spaces.
Public transport: Super taxi to ORLY Airport: Around €45000

Hotel which is based on the Deco. You pay more than 150 euros the room to hear very distinctly all the noises of the hotel and scooters and other cars and garbage trucks, up to the sounds of heels of a pedestrian in the street as if you were there. Comfort Level Hotel Formula 1…

Located in the 8th arrondissement, just 5 minutes from lines 9 and 13, we had a pleasant stay in this modern Deco hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, the bedding is really at the top! The breakfast room is well appointed and very nice. The reception is very nice and warm. The type of hotel that deserves 1 * more! We tested this hotel as part of a group offer and it frankly convinced us for a future stay!

I loved this hotel. It is just where you want it to be in Paris, we walked everywhere. No need to get the metro or the bus around the city. Its close enough to walk to all the tourist attractions. In the entrance where you check in, there are sweets, croissants, coffee, tea, water, a little seating area, umbrellas, maps, a computer too. The reception team were super friendly and helpful with everything. They printed our Disneyland tickets for us and told us which metro line to use to get their. We didnt have housekeeping come to the room as we were only their for 2 nights so didn't see any point of having the room cleaned. So we just left the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast is a good selection. The orange juice is squeezed straight into your glass which is great. And theres also a vending machine for snacks if you need one throughout the day.

Very good location for professional use. No restaurant but breakfast is well provided. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit small, but well furnished and clean. Bathroom is excellent. Location is quite good as well 30 to 40 minutes walk from all major sights.

Safe and quiet location close to Élysée Palace and Paris's art dealing district. Good comparative value for a basic economy hotel in Paris. There were certain glitches about the room that made it a less than perfect stay. The TV remote did not work except at a 4 inch distance from the wall mounted TV itself, so relaxing on the bed and channel surfing was out of the question. The management replaced the remote once, but the problem remained and was attributed to the TV itself. Channel selection was also odd as there was nothing in English language. Most notable was the difficulty of getting bottled water which applies to Paris in general. Rooms have complimentary Nespresso which is awesome, but no complimentary cold, or even warm, bottled water is provided and water is only sold at a pricey vending machine in the lobby. (On the go in Paris, a small bottle of Perrier or Pellegrino is hard to buy and can cost way more than a Coke). Cleaning service was decent, but there was no renewal for the single small bar of soap during my 4-day stay, whereas shampoo and conditioner mini bottles were diligently replaced daily if at all touched! Lastly I noticed that many of the fixtures on the room, such as the radiator cover or access card slot had come apart and then put back on without a proper fix ready to fall apart again.

Absolutely amazing place! Location was fantastic — we did not use any public transport to go around the center — from the Louvre to Orsay to the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall — an awesome experience and would definitely recommend and visit again myself!

Great place, would definitely recommend and visit again! Great location in the city center, close to major attractions (the Louvre is a 15-20 min walk away, the Arc is 10-15 minutes away) and also to metro and bus stops for those who don't want to walk. Great place for couples or families. The street is calm and quiet, staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and cosy. Great value for money in an otherwise overpriced city!

Fabulous, pretty hotel. The rooms are clean, glamorous and chic. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and we enjoyed the included breakfast which was great for a small selection of items. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel chic, clean, comfortable, but soundproofed soundproof leaving to be desired. The Italian shower is beautiful. Too bad that the cosmetics offered are samples and not in bottles hanging (greener), on the other hand recycled toilet paper, beautiful initiative, Bravo! At night it was too hot even though the heating was at 18 °c, very comfortable bed. It is very nice to have a kettle in the room.

Hotel 4 * transformed into 3 *… a 2 steps from the Champs Elysees! Beautiful Deco spacious room and staff very friendly.

Had a great stay, staff is nice and helpful and the room despite being small was very comfortable. Didn't try breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Cute rooms, convenient location right by the metro. Very clean and quaint. Grocery store across the street, but not the best for a quick bite or breakfast. So easy to walk, no need for the metro (although it is just around the corner).

Really cute but small room. Very stylish. And u can sleep very well because its in a quiet area. They offer free croissants and coffee thru the day. But conveniently put a "doesn't work" sign on the coffee machine and take away the bakeries when they are selling breakfast. I may be american but I'm not dumb. There was a brunette with eye glass receptionist who was quick and rude with my questions. I only had a couple. But she kept blowing me away. Overall though I liked it.

Room is very small. Very modern and nice design. Bathrooms and beds are very clean. The Wi-Fi is be very slow. There is no mini fridge or microwave, which is a deal breaker for me! Very good location, as it is only a half hour walk to the river, tower, and museums.

One word: PERFECTION! Hyper well located, the decoration is top, the whole team is a kindness to all trials, … I recommend without hesitation.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and shick design. Rooms a little bit small but the shower is excelent. Price also very good.

We booked for 3 days, hotel is new and looked nice. Got our room — the bathroom was broken so we couldn't take a shower, we addressed to the receive that told us that there is nothing we can do because is weekend. (?!? ) We tried to cancel the reservation a head and they said that we cannot cancel because the manager is the only one that can and he is unreachable. Talk to the manager in the last day of our stay — just a shame that this hotel run with a staff like that.

Arriving in Paris from Australia, we were happy to see the heating worked VERY well! We payed 86 euro for the room and really liked the location, close to the metro and walking distance to many great parts of the city. Staff were very friendly and helped out with my broken French. The rooms are perfect in that they are comfortable to sleep in and shower etc but not so comfy you would want to spend all day in them! After all, we came to see the city not the TV. Internet access was fast and included in the price and the lift was big enough for two people with two big suitcases. We didn't try breakfast, but it looks like they are well stocked if that is you thing, personally we prefered to go to one of the many local brassieres/patisserie each morning. If we come back to Paris, we would stay again. But if all Timhotels are similar, we may try another one to spend time in a different part of the city. Thanks guys for helping us enjoy our stay.
