The Champs Elysées, the French president’s palace and the Opéra Garnier are all a 15-minute walk from the residence. For guests arriving by Eurostar, Gare du Nord is 10 minutes away in a taxi.
Meals can be prepared in the accommodation’s kitchen, which features a mini oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Alternatively, guests can dine in one of the many cafés and restaurants in the local area.

➜ No information after finalizing the reservation on the fact that it is necessary to go to pick up the keys of the apartment in another district of Paris to be able then to go there. The name "Hotel" is deceptive and the SAV is done via a line in London which can not give any help on the spot. In short, I had to pay a 2nd hotel because I could never get to the room I had booked. And I will not be reimbursed.
It should be noted that this company is separate from the accommodation you will be staying in — in that, it is a corporation that owns free standing apartments all over Paris. I can understand some peoples issue with the check in as it is at a different location than your "room" and you don't know your exact address until you "check in" so booking a car service, or if you arrive outside the office hours this could prove to be an issue. However, it was not for me and the check in was quick and straight forward. I stayed at one of the Madeline apartments. It was spacious and had all the facilities I required (ie. Dishwasher, washing machine). There was a small welcome pack of household essential which I appreciated (note: no bathroom products were supplied). The apartment was clean enough and was in a really great location. One small criticism, the mattress was not particularly comfortable — but each to their own. However, what has compelled me to write such a glowing and 5 star review was the service I have received since check out. I believe have mistakenly locked out a precious ring inside the locked apartment (as their is no front desk or staff, I was unable to get back into the apartment once I had locked the keys inside — as per check out instruction — there was no opportunity for me to go back to look for myself) I emailed the office and was being dealt with by a man named Benjamin who was incredibly prompt and understanding with his responses.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT We had a reservation which clearly said we were due to pay at arrival, yet it has been cancelled. When I called to ask why I was told we only needed to pay, and the day after I suddenly was informed that the reservation is cancelled and they are full.
