Great hotel, central with important metro station at fifty meters. Clean and cozy. Very attentive, helpful and professional staff. Wi-Fi free, workstation with PC and Internet available to customers. Affordable.

A great location right above one of the main metro stops, a pretty central area though not downtown but still packed with shops and clubs. Nice rooms, unique Neo: reception and common rooms (hallways, bars) a little under the tone and that they would need to be modernized. For us who stayed in Paris a ' long weekend ' was perfect.

This hotel is really nice value for money. The location is convenient, close by to metro lines, restaurants and walking distance to some landmarks. Our room was small and clean though unremarkable.

A Parisian rate for a hotel with friendly rooms. The flat comes in every movement in the next room. No soundproofing between the rooms which strongly conceals the nights. Disappointed I will not come back.

Hotel correct, at the price how to say, Parisian? Friendly breakfast. Rooms overlooking St. Lazarus Station are noisy. The toilet linen is not always renewed from one night to the next (including bath mats that are removed and not handed over). The rooms have a decent but disparate comfort from room to room. The hotel remains very well placed. I'll come back to that.

Rooms, bedding: very clean and well designed (only positive)
The price of almost 100 EUR (in promo! ) for sleeping 5 hours does not justify them. Not even the location. We are in the 8th certainly but not the 8th quiet and well attended. Very noisy not resting so if the noise of furniture and chairs that move until 2am and start again at 7am or the sound of steps that are akin to 1 hippopotamus herd or slamming doors do not bother you then this hotel is for you!

Good value for money.

A good plan this nice hotel, to note rooms with separate bathroom and toilet, a stone's throw from Saint Lazare and Haussmann. Nice staff, a luggage room… and the Parisian life (amateur of nature and silence, pass your way) … very good value for money/service!

Impeccable and modern rooms. I went there several times, especially in the professional setting, I was never disappointed. The prices are usually correct.
On the other hand the hotel is quite small and taken by assault by the companies, so not always availability.

Very good welcome room nice I do not put 5 stars just because you could hear a little the metro of the room.

The rooms and the bathroom are veryy clean. The location is great. Very good for the paid money. Recommend the hotel.

I never received my booking money back… I called them many times, emailed them and even my french friend called them 100 times… it was nice though. The room was cosy and the bathroom was beautiful.
But they still owe me 80€…

We stayed at Hotel L'Ouest for 2 nights on our trip to Paris, a family trip, party of 7 (my wife, a friend, brothers and parents). The second night we had a really unpleasant moment. We asked for the computer to check in for our flight next day… couldn't do that ourselves due to bad internet connection. It was 20 minutes we were trying to make that work and the front desk man started to SHOUT that we should leave the reception immediately to sleep because it is late (11 pm) and that having a bad connection and the fact that the hotel computer wasn't working was not HIS problem (literally) … We asked for few more minutes, he came out from the front desk to the lounge where my father (60 + years) was reading and put all the lights down to made us leave. He came back and poked my brother in his shoulder and then in a really rude way he said that he had 5 more minutes and kept shouting to all of us to leave to our rooms. Then he HIT the front desk to really make his point looking at all of us really rude and disrespectful shouting that he didn't care If we called the manager of the hotel or anybody. He said that cameras will show that we were at the reception more time than we should (? ) … Then he yelled at my brother his name, TWICE saying again that he didn't care if we tell anybody about this unpleasant moment because "IT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM! ".

Very well located, the rooms go large and comfortable and the service very friendly.

I am happy with the stays I do in this hotel.

Room decent size, but it faced the main road and if you opened the windows was incredibly noisy. We arrived in middle of a heatwave and didn't realise no air conditioning close to shops and other amenities.

Very convenient in the transport. Lots of restaurants and mini markets in the surroundings.

Perfect location, helpful reception, and also very good breakfast, I can recommend.

Excellent location, close to touristic attractions but still in an area where locals live & go out. Hotel staff friendly, rooms a bit small, plumbing perhaps not up to 21st century standards but overall a good choice in a very expensive town.

Very good location just 2 steps from St Lazare train station.

Very well placed for its proximity to the Gare St Lazare.
The most: good bedding. Well maintained room. Breakfast: Varied with as little "plus" the orange juice machine pressed in front of you.

The least: Noisy rooms on the street side. Neighborhood attendance.

Very good location, room a little small, comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, renovated room, friendly staff. I recommend, good value for money. Wifi correct.

Super Central Hotel close to Metro. Renovated rooms with bathroom. Very good breakfast. I recommend it!

Its all good enough. Rooms are very good. Placement good enough. Didnt take a breakfast. Staff is adorable and speak english.

Beside alazar train station and there is metro near it. Shopping area Lafayette.

Excellent location and good value for money to be Paris. The unique pwga are the access to the rooms, something old, the rest, perfect. Large and recently renovated, rooms with complete bathrooms. Relatively close walk from major monuments.

Have just returned from my stay in Paris, this hotel is brilliant, clean rooms and bathrooms, they look like they are just going though a refurb, as the bathrooms in the pics look a bit dated, but they are actually very modern Would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits to Paris.

Hotel very well located, very clean, buffet breakfast and SUPER friendly staff.
During a stay of 3 nights (double room booked), we asked to change room after the 1st night for a room with twin beds, and although the hotel is full, it was done in 30 minutes. AND we had a triple room without extra charge. Hat!
