This is my favourite Westin I visited often whenever I'm in Paris and never have a bad time. The staff is incredible accommodating couldn't ask for a better location to write near the Louvre as well as the souffle. Begin the staff make it just as much as location in the place my favourite know the world and I'm lifetime Platinum.

The rooms are small, typical to European hotels in older buildings, but beautifully furnished! Loved the chandelier above my bed and the high ceilings. The room service selection is phenomenal and the outdoor terrace bar amazing. I had an amazing stay!

Amazing hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a view of Eiffel Tower and Tuilleries. Room was very spacious. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Batrooom was very spacious. Front desk staff was delightful and concierge was so nice and helpful with both advice and securing tickets for us. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Loved location — was charming and not very touristy. Would definitely stay here again!

Meal taken at a wedding impeccable service, sumptuous place and easily found a little disappointed with foie gras and fish where there remained a little tortoiseshell and Ridge.

I am currently here, and I have to say, what an amazing place! The breakfast is very delicious, staff is so friendly and they do a good job in making our stay as comfortable as possible. I love it! Near everything we need, we don't need to use car, that I call a real vacay!

Exwlente Hitel right in front of the Tuyerias and the Museum of the Orangeri a few steps from the loure a first attention the manager from Greece is an excellent person in general all the forgiving is very attentive and the hotel has a esepcionaled views and a lounge It is DD Feuniones as the Dream Napoleon.

Good hotel but expensive due to location.

Located in front of the Tuileries gardens. Very close to the Angelina Cafe. Very nice property with an indoor patio garden. Quality of service of high standing. Valet parking. Ideal for groups.
A number of rooms are small in view of the rates charged… ditto when the bathrooms.
On the other hand the service is of high quality and kindness is to put.

Good, 5 stars hotel in the good shopping and historic area of Paris. Breakfast is great with delicious croissant and fresh fruit juices. The waiter service can be improved. The room amenities are OK and can be better at this level of hotel.

Nice Hotel Functional fitness room. We really enjoyed the yoga class in the superb reception room!

Very nice restaurant with indoor garden… pleasantly placed between place Vendôme and the Jardin des Tuileries.
The meal was tasty and subtle.

Unbeatable location overlooking the Tuileries, surrounded by such gardens, the Louvre, Vendome, Concorde, … access to all the main areas of the city: Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Saint Germain de Pres, Notre Dame, Pompidou, …
In addition to being in a beautiful classic building. Where you can order some rooms on the top floor with views of the Eiffel tower.

I stay here very often for business and this place definitely needs a refurbishment. It's old, the rooms are cold in winter and the place does not smell great. I recommend management do something about the state of the hotel.

Decent hotel, very conveniently located at the heart of Paris. Breakfast spread was good. Rooms, however could have been more comfortable.

A good table… A good food service. But for an event, go your way… Many misunderstanding and… A fill for such an establishment, no one reminds you after several attempts and requests… To rectify urgently, competition exists… Discouraging for a portfolio of goodwill… Really disappointed…

It was simply the most AMZING place I’ve ever been! It was a LOVELY weekend getaway and I would DEFINITELY recommend it! It’s a bit pricey but it’s all worth it! They have many diners! It’s very romantic and perfect for a honeymoon, weekend getaway, or anniversary! It is an adult only place. Children are allowed IN but there are no children there from what I’ve seen. I’m afraid there are no rooms for children or rooms with more than one bed. That is why it’s romantic. It is WONDERFUL! You should SEE the lovely decorations they have! There is a big statue and pretty bushes in the middle. No one goes there but employees. I always loved that place and I miss it!

We spent a week in this cozy hotel on Rue Rivoli, within walking distance of the main museums of Paris-Louvre, Orangery and Orse. Great friendly staff, beautiful interior, decorated for Christmas, inexpensive room prices compared to other fives. A small room with a balcony overlooking the Tuileries Gardens, a comfortable large bed and pillows and a lovely breakfast at Le Furst. As a platinum SPG holder, it is doubly pleasant for me to live here. Be sure to come back again. I recommend all tourists.

The location is superb! Walking distance to everything including metro stations, museums, designer shopping, brasseries and fine dining. All staff members I came into contact with were very, very friendly. The concierge staff is not only friendly but so very knowledgeable and more than willing to help with the smallest details and suggestions. 5 Stars for Team Concierge. I had a nice room with plenty of space to move about and included a lovely bathroom. It was clean and modern and appeared to be well maintained. It's a Westin. It's a great place to stay!

Modern and nice hotel with high ceilings. Nice that they provide umbrellas, and were able to accommodate our late check out request. All rooms have a nice view of the center garden, and hotel is in close proximity to a lot of places.

Everything is great. Bring a power adapter if your not from Europe. They do charge for Wi-Fi which is a little annoying, but there is a free option. One hundred percent get there breakfast. Also a great location.

BEWARE if you are an American staying at this hotel. I stayed here on Christmas and opted to do the Christmas Day brunch for 99 euros. No where in the description did it say that it was a buffet. It was HORRIBLE — worse than a continental breakfast at the Best Western. The food was cold and unsatisfactory and most certainly not worth $120. What was worse was that I immediately went to let the front desk know, but they told me there was nothing they could do. So I called the manager (Hovhannis) and he said he would look into it. Upon further "investigation", he told me that he could do nothing but offer me a free pastry or drink. I am extremely disappointed with the brunch, but more than that, the service and effort to remedy the situation by management. As a well known and high end chain, you should be quick to make your customer happy. There are many other places I would chose to eat and stay in Paris before here.

Too disappointed for my dinner in the winter garden, the small courtyard is cute, we are access to smoke, chat, etc.
We ordered a dish on the menu but is no longer in stock. It's dramatic because when I spent the reservation online, they asked me to choose a menu in advance or without, so I prefer to see on the spot may be there are more choices. On the other hand when we had settled in the garden, given the menu, we have less choice and the tasting menu is not in, but at the beginning it was on the list of Reservations. So we ordered the festive menu, the entrance is excellent but not for dessert…
The atmosphere is rather noisy… May be normal because it was a monday? Too much car in front of the hotel, we could not find our taxi quickly.
In any case, I think about this price, we must have things much better!

This hotel offers 5-star elegance a stone's throw away from the Louvre. If you enjoy walking the Parisian streets over cab rides, the location of this hotel is ideal. Multilingual staff and larger rooms.

Our room was huge, our bathroom was huge. We did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower. This is an old building, but the interiors are updated… The location is fabulous. You can walk to The Louvre, the Tuilleries Gardens, the Seine and around the corner is Champs-Elysees. The staff has been EXCELLENT, from the front desk, to the bell hop, to the concierge (s), to the housekeeping staff and of course the room service staff. The Terrace Restaurant is open air although inside the hotel. It has a limited menu and our waiter was a little grumpy. But it was a pleasant way to kill time while waiting for our room to become available.

Restaurant in a hidden garden. Cosy atmosphere. Cocktail Bar with some original recipes and good cognacs.

Nice and quiet place. The central part is rural and worth a drink to take advantage of the place.

Hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are small and the AC does not work well. Would not recommend in summer (or anytime actually). Restaurant is ok but very limited menu choice. Check in desk always busy with a long queue. Only good point is the location and the concierge.

This is a very friendly hotel, the open restaurant is very friendly for business lunches. Contemporary architecture and the ideal location in Paris.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I travel extensively for business and with my family for holidays. I was in Paris for the Paris Air Show 17 — 23 June 2017. My stay at the Westin was the worst experience I have every had at hotel. It started during checking when I was told that because the reservation was made by my corporation that I wouldn't be receiving my Gold Status membership benefits because it was booked under a "group rate" (750 euro a night I might add). It only went downhill from there. The first 6 nights in the hotel it was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. I asked twice for someone to address the issue and it never got any better. I will say from a location perspective that the hotel is in a great location, but that's were the positives end. If you have a choice then find someone else to stay in Paris!

My room was lovely (dated, and a little… unusual, in an old-world charm kind of way) but that's about it; as a frequent business traveler I have a short list of things I rely on: conveniently-located power outlets, efficient service, quiet and clean rooms. Unfortunately the Westin checked none of those boxes. There was one power outlet, located far from the bed — to charge my laptop at night I had to cross the room, climb around under the desk, and plug my phone into my computer. I was privy to every word of the intimate phone calls made by the guest in the room next to mine, and the front desk, room service and express checkout phone lines alternated between unresponsive and busy. Keyless entry (which I've come to love) wasn't available, and my key deactivated after one day. I ran down to the front desk only to be pointed to the end of a long check-in line, and after waiting ~15 minutes to be able to re-enter my own room was advised to "not keep the key close to (my) credit cards or phone". Right, duly noted, I'll carry a separate purse next time. Cheekiness aside, the pile of old, stinking, rain-soaked cigarette butts outside on the windowsills of my room somewhat dampened (pun! ) my enthusiasm for the view — which was beautiful.

The hotel and the services are excellent. The bathroom was very small Advisers to the management the replacement of the hair dryer.

At the reception I had a literal struggle with the staff members before my check in. They held my deposit about 6 months, Until I went back in paris to sort out the issue. Just make sure you put the deposit money on cash, Don't use the credit card. Other than that hotel itself is very classy, Nice rooms etc. But they lack sufficiency at the desk along with overall costumer support.

Beautiful hotel in prime location. Their bathroom was stunning and I felt like a princess for a day. I'd love to come here again and absolutely loved my stay.

5 stars and not only because of the view! My husband and I stayed at The Westin Paris Vendome on April 17-21, 2016. We were in room 2051 and our views were AMAZING. We were able to see The Louvre, The Tuileries Garden, The Ferris Wheel and The Eiffel Tower from the comfort of our room. The bathroom was small yet efficient. The large bedroom was nicely decorated including a fireplace, lovely chandelier, and a huge window that I opened every day and night to take in the fantastic views. We had a very nice welcome lunch upon arrival and a wonderful farewell dinner. Each morning, we ate breakfast in a beautifully appointed ballroom. The omelet station was delicious. Absolutely, no complaints here and I WOULD stay again in a heartbeat.

Pleasant and classy hotel.

This Hotel have one of the best location in Paris with a very close proximity to the Louvre, de la Concorde and Place Vendome. The breakfast in the hotel is great with a big variety to choose from but the biggest downside is that the rooms are extremely small as usually in paris.

Location is unenviable. However, the restaurant is very expensive for no good reason. The hotel gives an impression that they want you to spend more money for them to care. Nevertheless, they have really good staff.

Perfect for the weekend. We had a lovely suit that enabled us to have our child in the other room. Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly and clean.

My first time in Paris and we stayed ten days at Westin Vendome. The location is unbeatable, across the street is the Tuileries, Louvre, D'Orsay, Orangerie and central to everything. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff and services were of the best. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends.

The most attractive view of the Eiffel Tower from a local hotel I think. Unfortunately I my camera got broken and I couldn’t take pictures of the fascinating view but I am sure I’ll be back soon and that view from The Westin Paris will be shot for sure.

Let me first say that the location offered by this hotel, right across from the Tuileries Garden and the heart of paris (footsteps from the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Champs Elysees) is unbeatable and the Eiffel Tower Rooms sport SPECTACULAR and surreal views of the Paris cityscape. These features in itself make the hotel worthwhile to stay in. The service, the breakfast, and the staff are all of the highest quality one would find anywhere. I found the concierge to be extremely helpful in directions, restaurant recommendations and more. With that being said there are some niggling issues: 1. ) Beware that the walls between hotel rooms are made out of paper. People next door can hear EVERYTHING that is going on next door. I had a tremendous amount of trouble sleeping the first night due to some inappropriate noises next door (I won't elaborate) 2. ) The rooms facing the Eiffel Tower and Tuileries are TINY and one can easily injure oneself getting up in the dark due to the small space (OK considering it is Paris, but surprising when a superior room is seen). 3. ) The internet is free but only valid for every hour or so causing there to be connection disruptions every hour so that you have to renew your internet connection. (All taken care of later by the front desk for platinum desk) 4. ) AC in some of the Eiffel Tower View Rooms are not working properly or maintenance is being neglected.

Had a great experience at The Westin Paris — Vendome. It was our first trip to the city, and upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff recognized it was my birthday, and sent a wonderful bottle of wine to the room. What a pleasant surprise! The room itself was spacious, clean, great water pressure (! ), and decent wireless internet. The breakfast buffet was filled with everything you could imagine: fresh squeezed juice, pastries, eggs, bacon — all the fixings. The location of the hotel was perfect too. Steps from the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame. Along the Seine, you will see amazing views and a gorgeous walk around the city. Thank you to the Westin Paris! You made our first trip (and my birthday) très magnifique.
