Great locations, great room, good amenities!

The location is great. However the roooms are tiny and the lift is extra tiny which can be scary at times! Im sure there are bettere boutique hotels in Paris. But its pet friendly!

We stayed 3 days in 3 people for tourism in the junior suite.
Hotel just renovated, very clean, in the street with little traffic and anyway with fixtures that insulate well acoustically.
Coffee (room machine) and 2 free water bottles per day.
Bath with bath and shower with aromatherapy, mattresses very comfortable.
Bathrobe of an enveloping softness.
Staff very helpful in providing tourist information.

We stayed in room 701 which is a junior suite Wed through Sat. Very friendly staff, very short walk to Louvre and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Very clean room and hotel, saw in previous reviews there were issues with the air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi etc, I didn't have issues with any of that. No issues or complaints, if I ever visit Paris again this hotel will be where I choose to stay.

Whether the staff friendly and professional or the rooms clean and quality, the experience is positive and the price very competitive.

Great 3 star hotel in brilliant central location.

Convenient, and we were upgraded too.

Location was excellent, very close to the Louvre and within walking distance of other attractions, e. G. Eiffel Tower. Area was relatively safe as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lifts could have been larger, and walls were a little thin. Rooms were on the small side, but tastefully decorated and well-heated. Overall, had a comfortable stay there.

Perfect location for museums, restaurants, shops. The hotel is completely renovated and is perfect to the last detail. The staff at the hotel were great. My score 10

You read my title right! No hot water in the shower tap for 2 days in a row during the arsh cold wave in january. The staff gave an unappropriate answer to me when I gently asked questions. No compensation was offered the first morning, a free breakfast the second. The hotel is great, well located, the room is very well decorated and confortable for a great rate. This issue was so disappointing that I will send a letter to the management to ask for a proper compensation for this low service.

We stayed in a standard room; although a little small, it worked well for us. Location is amazing; 2 blocks from the Louvre, 1 1/2 block from the closest subway. It was safe enough area for us to walk back in the late evening. The staff was very accommodating and helpful! Breakfast was good and larger than most continental breakfasts at other hotels. We were very pleased with our stay there! The only things that would have made it better would have been a larger elevator and thicker walls (but I think we were the obnoxious ones to our neighbors).

Very convenient hotel, in the centre of Paris! 200 meters far from Louvre museum. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The room was very warm, clean, towels were changed every day and fridge refilled. The price was very good for what was offered!

Small rooms, broken air conditioning unit, no Wi-Fi.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff. Inexpensive by Paris standards, but still overpriced… pay a few dollars more for a better hotel. The block it's on, while close to the Louvre, is questionable; the staff were rude and unhelpful; and the rooms were small and uncomfortable. Out of the 8 hotels we stayed in on our European trip, this was the only one we regret.
