View from sixth floor. The higher up the better view. Normal breakfast. Great located nearby a metro.

At the towns edge (25min metro ride) the ibis is a little outside of the most touristy spots. But the metro station just in front of the entrance door makes that a bearable task. The rooms are very small (only the bed fits in) and don't allow much privacy but they wete very clean. Breakfast is sufficient but no fresh eggs, fruit or vegetables.

Very welcome, very nice staff and listening to you. Continental breakfast that doesn't leave you hungry. Nice room, very good bedding. Calm.

Nice well-maintained room. But. The wind tunnel that thinks over and over again whatever the time. Not to mention the thermostat that restarts alone in the night to reach … 29th.

Very good connection to the metro! Rooms very clean! Very good breakfast buffet but not very varied.

Rooms are a bit small but it is very clean in a good location right next to the metro and the continental breakfast was very nice.

Competent and very accommodating staff. Very comfortable bedding. Hearty breakfast. Room overlooking the garden very quiet.
Only downside: a staircase before accessing the reception and tiny elevator (do not come with bulky luggage).

The subway is just downstairs, very convenient to move and get out.
We arrive easily in the center of Paris, just a few resorts. The Wi-Fi works very well, even in the rooms.

PROS — Reasonably priced — Recently remodeled — Located right across the street from the Metro, with easy access to downtown — Lively neighborhood with minorities — Private underground parking available at 15 Euros/night, with only about 4 tight spaces, so you need to make a separate reservation — A personal safe where you can enter your own security code, large enough to fit a 15" laptop. The safes are located in a private closet right in front of the front desk for added protection and supervision. Since there are only 2 of them, you may want to make a reservation. — Free Wi-Fi — Flat-screen TV, with CNN being the only English speaking channel I noticed — Quiet rooms on the side facing the court, with comfortable beds — Strong air conditioning (but automatically shuts itself off after a few hours) — The best continental breakfast I have had in years — Heated mirror in the bathroom, so you can see yourself after taking a shower CONS — When arriving by car, there is no space to stop the vehicle and unload the luggage, so you need to stop the vehicle and block traffic, then go and park your car elsewhere — You need to carry your luggage from street level up a flight of 20 narrow steps to reach the reception area — There were two employees at the reception desk but none of them helped me unlock the parking gate, open the garage door, or carry my luggage from the basement up to the reception area.

Located in a strategic place with chaumont metro station is just a few meters from the entrance. The Park at your doorstep. The rooms are small, but clean with toilet and shower in the room. Breakfast included and a fair price. Recommended for short stays in Paris.

Top hotel. Small but fine rooms. Everything is newly renovated. Centrally located in the Metro area. Breakfast also good. The price is more than reasonable. Highly recommended. Parking is available in the hotel for 15 euros a night. Or in the vicinity of for 9€ per night.

Beware of the scam!
I booked two nights at this hotel, I gave my credit card details… and I received email confirmation of my booking more than 15 days before my trip.
Upon my arrival the host informs me that my reservation was purely and simply cancelled. Why?
Nobody knows…
So, here I am at night in Paris without accommodation with most hand full hotels.
But that's not counting on the kindness of hospitality that immediately offers me another hotel next door.
No choice, I agree.
I find myself in a host of old and dirty and expensive…
The trap is closed.
I later learnt that I'm not the only one and that is common between the two hotels.
I only stayed one night (that is already too much) in this hotel and I the find by me even another hotel.
This is a scam that seems to turn. Attention.

New teaching, a standard in the IBIS qualities although the rooms are a little small. Small underground parking. Near Subway. A good compromise for a night in search for money;

Very friendly hotel both quiet and well located, but especially friendly and very clean (everything has been redone and it feels). A true air bubble in this lively neighborhood. Ideal for all types of stay. Breakfast is a plus with of real oranges, freshly pressed.

No heating, at start of May was cold in the room. But everything else perfect.

Excellent location close to the buttes chaumont Park.
He must choose his room on the side courtyard because the street noise is annoying partfois.
