Cheap, airy, bright, modern, functional, one step away from the metro. Maximum value for money. Useful shops and restaurants immediately nearby. Recommended for those who want to visit Paris alternatively and without spending a madness!

Hotel well located 2 steps from the metro. Spacious and bright apartment. Sometimes noisy but it's not because of the hotel but because of the environment. Parking de la Villette below with attractive rates if you ask for it when you arrive. Ex for us 53 4 days and 3 nights.

Value for money.
For more than 100, 00 euros per night, you have an execrable Internet access. A room without air conditioning and without the cleaning.
Worse, the carpet in the room is stained and the walls are black (for info, since there is no air conditioning, you have to open the window that overlooks a street often bottled: a lot of exhaust).
The double bed is a combination of two single beds (it feels in the middle of the bed when you are lying down).
Two positive points: the reception which is correct and a spacious room.

Good compromise between apartment and hotel… Small but decent fare.

Geographical location everything is next door… but very noisy with tram and traffic… The apartment fro carpet task bathroom old-fashioned it would take a good shot of nine.
By cons lack of communication between the staff we forgot something and came back the next day no one knows where it is… After calling the next morning be going into the afternoon we have to come back tomorrow… big lack of communication and organization and not amiable at all on the phone limit to M sent walked… they would need a course of politeness…

Essential. Clean. Room Service Daily but sometimes a little less. Located in the border line area between center and suburbs, convenient for the Metro but at the same time far enough from the various points of interest citizens. Would stay again just to spend little.

The room is average at best and shows a lot of wear. The breakfast is good but the coffee is terrible. Good access to a lot of restaurants though.

Cheap hotel but the hotel staff are not very friendly and they seldom look into your complaints. Cleaning is done properly though you stay for a longer term (Weekly once). Can provide more facilities!

Omg. Really lousy. Terrible service. One roll of toilet paper only. They do not give you toilet paper. We were there for 7 days. We booked a family room. Only one roll of toilet paper. When we ask for more toilet paper they said no. Lobby staff not willling to move their ass. Just sat there. Not willing to help you. They don't even want to refill the shower cream for us. When we checked in it was only half a bottle. When we ask for some shower cream they said no. So we ended up with not taking a shower when check out. We understand that this is not a five star hotel. But a least give us a toilet roll and refil the shower cream. Do not attempt to stay here. We have come to Paris many times. Never got into this type of crazy lousy hotel.

Apartment Hotel enough for one night but no more. The room was very small. The situation in relation to the Metro is however ideal.

Friendly staff who spoke our native language, clean and large bedroom with a full kitchen and good bathroom.

Room clean and spacious, good breakfast, the outside noises are not annoying.

The apartments are spacious. Quiet despite the traffic at the foot of the hotel. Breakfast buffet more than decent.

Rooms are not available as indicated on the Internet, nor equipped! Cooking pots are missing, the window is not dense, all in general already very rancid!
Climax of the stay… drum roll…
Theft! We left the room for half an hour and I accidentally forgot my bag in the room (my mistake, still principle). When we left the room, we finished! Despite all that, cash away! — valuables that would be detectable were not touched. For this you have to adding as info, we had half an hour before leaving, asked the house staff for a saucepan. Of course no one came! The cleaning lady wanted to take care of it, though! Best to book another accommodation. This only makes trouble and restlessness!

My partner and I wanted to stay near the city centre in an apartment as opposed to a hotel. This place suited it perfectly. They are compact 1 bedroom apartments with a little. 2 hob stove and microwave grill. Cooking utensils are all provided but preparation space is lacking due to the presence of a filter coffee machine but that can easily be put away. Downside it is by a major road and, if you are in that side as we were, it stays noisy until very late; these parisians really like their car horns!

Good location next to Parc La Villette and the metro, comfortable bed, nice view from the terrace. Breakfast was not included, so I did not try it. Staff was ok, most of them spoke no English. Cleanliness was not optimal.

Too expensive for the facility, no room service, no lobby. IBIS is better option at probably cheaper price at similar location.

Very good place to stay, you get almost everything to cook, very spacious nice bedroom, has bathtub, nice tram view if you choose higher floors.

I made the choice of this apartment hotel, I regretted it bitterly and in addition it does not refund if you want to shorten the stay. Me, my husband and my two daughters have been entitled to moulds on the walls and inside the cupboards, sals walls, insects, cobwebs, dust, too much noise of cars, tram and TGV, not to mention the rooms not air-conditioned. People pee at the entrance of the hotel, it stinks! We had nightmare nights, woke up in the morning tired, and no way to nap. To see the positive comments of others, I think that we have been the victim of segregation by contribution to other nationalities, what a pity! I will not come back and I highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Some staff members won't speak in english. Communication is frustrating. The studio didn't feel like it was properly maintained and cleaned. The floor carpet caused a lot of itching. Good job on keeping clients out of the hotel facilities and enjoying Paris instead.

The rooms did not match the photos at all, was very disappointed. The rooms were very small and the windows were also very small. Not at all as showed in the photographs. It is way too expensive. Although the staff was nice and polite, but overall not at all a money satisfying place.

We stayed a few days in this residence. The staff is very professional, very convenient the location, next to the transport. We found the apartment very clean and Nice. We recommend this place and will return with pleasure. Simone and Marc.

Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris La Villette is horrible and dirty. We had booked and paid for the room reservation two weeks prior to our arrival, we also called twice to confirm. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was not clean, the bed was not made, the linens are dirty with stains and the room smells urine. We have to open the windows to let the smell out. This hotel did not provide towels, we have to pay for towels. We called and complained to the manager before someone came and clean the room but the urine had soaked in the bed and the smell is terrible. Stay away from this Motel.

Zero stars. Why must I give a star to rate this hole? Hotel was a joke. The guys at the front desk totally ignorant, without any thought of the service.
My room had mildew on the ceiling. Breakfast is an insult, totally overpriced. Along with this came a 24-hour construction site in front of the hotel. Avoid hotel. Avoid this place at all cost.

Pain in the ass.
First wanted to they know make us, that they can only French and we (couple) have only a single instead of the allocated double. Then suddenly spoke English (typical French) all liquid when I threatened to police because we had paid Yes in advance and we got our booked room.
The rooms are absolutely unbelievable! Dirty, poorly maintained, the wind blows through walls and Windows. In the course of it had all 7 ° C because it was not heated and the draft celebrated party.
At this price, you get better offers (for little more near Louvre) in Paris and is also the district evening not without (because the hotel can nix this but).
