Nice location, not expensive.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Metro and shops nearby. Room quite nice but, despite this, a few points to improve. The bunk bed was not made and the location of the shower is reviewed as it creates a lack of privacy. But despite this we are satisfied and likely dy return :)

Value for money. 2 metro stations in 5 minutes walk. Groceries, sushi and Indian food stones throw away. Breakfast is awesome and relatively cheap for Europe. Bunk bed for my kiddo. Our room is 2 end edge of building and corridor leading up to it reminds me of The Shining :)

Not bad loacation and you will have all you need in your room, which is also cleaned daily. Metro station is around 300m. Don’t expect any luxury. Breakfast was good, same every day but for few days it’s alright.

Location of this hotel is nice falling between 2 metro station. We can reach effiel tower in about 20 minutes. This is located in zone 1 of paris. Feature wise this a standard ibis budget with same room size and shower closet and WC without lock. Breakfast is decent but sad part is it has only bakery options at least they should include eggs. Overall nice experience considering the price point.

Very very small rooms. Specially the bath and toilets! No locks for these doors and felt like they are almost in the room itself. Good if you are planning to simply get freshen up n drop your luggages! Breakfast provided was good and had options. Overall nice. With respect to accessiblility, it is almost 25-30 min from central Paris. But as it is known, Paris has good connectivity, nothing much to worry.

Unfortunately, only French television channels except for two English news channels.
The rooms are spartan but quite clean. Toilets are very light hearing and the sink is in the room. The mattresses are very hard but not well placed. The hotel has a very good location, it is only a few minutes to the nearest metro station and there are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Recommended for a short stay of three to four days.

Not bad… This hotel is ideal if you want to live in Paris no matter where you stay. The rooms are really very small, but clean and cozy. It is close to two stations and half an hour from the Eiffel tower. Walking can the streets of this place is so pleasant. I advise to have breakfast outside of the hotel, its breakfast is not varied.

Rooms were good for the price, it's Paris, you're not supposed to stay on your room for an extended period of time. Showers were pretty good, they were clean. Toilet was clean as well. Internet was slow but it worked fine. The staff didn't really say much, which was somewhat annoying considering we didn't know when breakfast was but it wasn't too annoying. The hotel is close to some convenient stores, cheap places for food, 2 metro stations and a supermarket. The one big downside is that the staff seems to be lazy, they use a massive amount of plastic at breakfast and that's lazy and bad for the environment. Rooms: 5/5 — what you expect from a cheaper hotel Staff: 3/5 — could be more friendly and helpful Placement: 4/5 — close to a lot of convenient things, a little loud at night.

Economic, basic, enough to stay in Paris if the budget is not baggy. Basic breakfast, no hot dishes. About 50 minutes by Metro from the Eiffel tower.

This is a serious budget hotel and value for money. The beds, rooms were clean. However the toilets were not very clean. I think they clean toilets only after a check out and not during the stay. The bathroom is very small and may feel a little uncomfortable. The real shock was the absence of Electric kettle with coffee / tea. Suggestion to management: Please include electric kettle with tea bags and coffee sachets for water heating and for preparing coffees / tea. Otherwise an economical place at a great location to stay.

Young hotel, cheap and located 280 meters from the stop "Laumière" of line 5 of the subway, where there is also a pharmacy. It overlooks two large supermarkets with everything (Carrefour and Franprix). A positive experience, with easy online booking and convenient check-in and check-out sprees, both performed online. The delivery of the badge to open the room was quick and easy. The room presents an essential décor with a push optimisation of the spaces, conceptually more similar to the setting up of an RV than a canonical hotel room. Efficient soundproofing. Breakfast buffet not too varied in the salty but plentiful and limitless. Unlimited and free Wi-Fi in any environment, even outside for a good haul. For me a perfect hotel. WARNING: Rooms are not equipped with a hairdryer or a safe (and the room where the toilet is has no lock and is not equipped with a scope).

Clean but somewhat small rooms. The communication with the meter is great to line 5 to just 200 meters. The breakfast is very little varied, but not bad.

Good site for the price. Some comments may be that the heating is not very powerful and the bathroom is the room of three is not very intimate. Still good option for tight budgets.

The bathroom is in the room without door and the TOILETS almost the same thing. For IBIS: it's great they came back in the middle ages… This is the way to travel, not in Paris but in time.

Good hotel. Price performance is right. Breakfast is okay. The location is very good, a metro station is not far away. Also positive is that there is a great market right next to the hotel. A room for 3 people has a double bed and a high bed. The high bed is very uncomfortable and small. A 3-room is not recommended for adults.

I'd give a 3 for the ease of accessibility to the metro station and other food stores. However you'd be happy if you have less expectations of the room. The bathroom/toilet plan is ok for couples but not friends. If you're bringing a car, although there's an underground paid parking there's no guarantee that you'll find a place. Just stay safe wherever you are in Paris as I'd say it's not the most friendly place for tourists. Carry minimal cash in your pocket and keep your eyes around.

Very bad attention, only speak French or English. Very small rooms and dirty towels. A part for not having, no separate bathroom, is open kitchen type but in bathroom and no cabinets… That is to say that in case of long duration the clothes leave it in the suitcase (as it is my case) … Definitely a hotel disaster.

Bad Hotel and horrible room but the prices are good, there is a decent level of cleanliness and it is positioned well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and even at night you sleep well.
In short, it is bad, but you do not have to buy, to sleep it goes more than good.

The room was very small (don't judge it by photos! ) : The toilet door doesn't have a locker and was high from the ground as in public toilets. The sink had some dirt spots and from the shower the water goes out to the room. The price was comparably higher for the services that they are providing. We would definitely add some extra money to change it from budget to the classic Ibis (red one).

It fit the price, you get what you pay for. It was pretty modern and the view was amazing, plus two shops were right next to us which was perfect. The bathroom setup was kinda off-putting and little too intimate for friends. Also more room accommodations would be nice (iron, blow dryer) as well as the ability to set a time to clean your room.

Supermarket is near by the hotel. Staff is friendly and always helpful, they speak English, German, French and maybe some other languages. You can pay with cash or card. Room is not big but it has all the things you need. Bed is comfortable. Parking is great and it is in basement and really safe. Metro is also near the hotel. We would recommend this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel with helpful and English speaking staff. Metro station is in just 50-100 meters proximity Nearby locality is good. So many food options available and also shops for daily stuff.

The experience has been negative. The front desk staff gives a treatment very derogatory to the customers! The breakfast terrible (the worst coffee machine that you can have and the croasants of the previous day). And the bunk bed or bother to do it. Being a triple room only put two towels! Would not again book this hotel!

Great hotel for the price — stayed with 2 kids (1 adult), room was VERY intelligently arranged, with one bed going over the other to save space… If you're not into fancy shmancy hotel rooms with all that extra fluff but are more interested in the very basics, this hotel is for you. The location is absolutely fantastic with multiple supermarkets with 2 minutes of walking, as is the nearest METRO station or city-bike rental — wonderful! As I was visiting Paris to do sight seeing — especially with minors, this hotel was great: no reason to stay in the room, close to transportation, this hotel gave me all I was longing for, and then some…

In my 6 visits to Paris elegy and recommended this hotel by its quality-price. On this visit I was surprised that the bathroom door is not a door to complete, why? It is really a saving not to put a door and in its place a wooden plate that does not cover the entire frame? Because there is a piece of cardboard to the door to ask them to do the room. The hotel is large and is well located because it is very close to two metro stations, two supermarkets, laundry, restaurants and commerce in general, the attention of the staff at the hotel was good although none spoke English we communicate in English, the room was spacious and comfortable, the main bed was spacious, very well in cleaning, the bathroom and shower was the right size. Located far from the center to go on foot, but there are nearby metro stations and well linked. The rooms are simple, with the sink in the room did not have a bathroom conventional. The customer service is good, due to illness I had to spend more time at the hotel, it is comfortable for that this close to the metro and to the side there is a supermarket. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has no latch and the door is not very good so I listen to everything. It is fine if you want to save with the stay.

Great location, close to the subway and literally next to two supermarkets. Moreover, the canal that is a two minute walk away has some great spots to have a drink. There were also spots to swim and even to cross the channel on a funicular (not sure if that is the correct word). The room is average, but great value! clean and tidy, nothing more you can wish for if you plan to spend just a few days in Paris.

Then for the reception by the young woman of Friday, February 10, nothing to say, pleasant, smiling and especially good tip for the Meal … concerning the room cleaning was not great and the linen really disappointing had there stuff strange sticky. The breakfast is nothing to say except that we had an immense feeling of be monitored of all this that we take to eat. We had chosen this hotel for the 2 emes time for our 1st night (August 2016) had been very pleasant and above all without any noise from traffic. So that, this time, we have reelement very badly slept. We come every 6 weeks on paris and we could have come back but for once in the household, and especially sheet we are going to think, because in the stack 15 days we go back to Paris.

I sleep two nights a week since April… staff very welcoming on Wednesday evening… the rooms that overlook the inner courtyard are the most enjoyable… a flat for the breakfast, even if it is very nice and will, is exactly the same for the past four months (croissants, bread, cheese, yoghurt, fruit salad…) a little change in the cheese brands and suggestions would be a plus for those who reside there regularly… otherwise mention to the young black who bump at breakfast' is an example of professionalism and listening, always with the smile… on the other hand the maintenance staff is quite unfriendly and enters your room in the morning before 9.30 am then you are doing your toilet, very noisy in the corridors very early in the morning…

I was fairly content with my stay. The rooms were nice, only no a/c and not very spacious. The hotel did feature fast and reliable Wi-Fi and French cable television. Very good breakfest voor a very reasonable price.

Cheap hotel with clean rooms and a HORRIBLE! staff, if you wan´t to have a good impression of the parisian people don´t stay here, the staff doesn´t help you at anything, if your not french they will treat you like crap, I wanted to print my boarding pass and they refuse to help me, wanted to call a cab for 5 people also didn´t help, I had to find the number by myself. Also they treated other guests in a very rude manner almost with contempt.

For the price you pay is reasonably good. Room small but with everything necessary for comfortable living. Attention to the correct personal in English and Spanish. Hotel very well communicated and with areas of interest nearby.

The rooms in this hotel are small, yet cozy. You've a shower, bed (obviously), proper pillows, and a small TV. The location is great (next to a groceries store, although one of the clerks is not fond of tourists, but there are two Carrefours nearby), close to two metro stations (Laumière is closer, although Jaurès would be preferred due to it's connections). Overall, a pleasant stay for a low price. Highly recommended!

I think as a bus driver am the 7 floor where nobody is running around you on the head, but now it comes in the door has such a huge gap on both sides, it is as loud as any door would. And the Elevator makes it up here such a noise so you can sleep first if nobody drives with and can take a very long time. That's why I'm so disappointed. So leit as it is to me do I still have to put on it. Now the fan in the toilet runs and will not go out and toilet brushes. Highest's a night I don't want to spend up here.

One of the best/value for money Budget hotel I have ever stayed. Briefly reasons are: the city location in Paris, wonderful reception area where they have well decorated seating area, safe luggage storage room for later pick up after check out, included Wi-Fi (good signal), toilets, spare microwave you can use whenever you want, a vending machine and not to mention very good customer service. Very good breakfast area where you have access to the roof, additional seating areas, wonderful view. Would love to go back there.

Excellent attention. The metro is a few blocks away something sombrias but the accesivilidad is great. All of the staff speak eng and English, the room has exactly what you need, and completely fair in relation to its price.

Very good quality and price, the bathroom and wc are modules to part but very new and clean. There was a problem with the room and changed immediately.
