Not very big room, but for me it almost only for sleeping, clean, good location, nice stuff

A hotel where I live on a regular basis. The staff is lovely, helpful and always listening. The rooms are simple but clean, and the street is quiet. The breakfast is also simple but hearty (croissant, pain au chocolat, bread, juice and coffee or tea). The prices are quite affordable, and if one goes directly through the hotel, it is even more advantageous. I highly recommend this hotel, well located between Jaurès and la Villette.

A warm welcome. Hearty breakfast. Comfortable bedding. Location is ideal to then enjoy Paris. Wi — Fi not going very well. On my next visit to Paris, I would go back. Thanks to the whole team.

Really to avoid lack of cleanliness, hospitality has become very hateful, when something is missing in your room limit "that's made with" Council: wait wisely that the front desk to chat with a friend, as there is no place or wait back in your room and take again as soon as the man finishes his interview very important with his friend. If he gives you a baleful look is that he has not finished his conversation. Jaurès avenue is very noisy at night, especially from midnight, slightly alcoholic people and drugs, fortunately the police intelligence. The price is far too high compared to the quality home/Cleanliness/location. No more than 30 euros. All this to say that I recommend this hotel.
Really to avoid, lack of cleanliness, the room became very terrible, when miss something in your romm, something like "it is like that made with it". Advice: wait wisely that the reception stops discussing with a friend, as there is no. Place it is better to return in your room and go back as soon as the "Sir" will have finished his very important interview with his friend. If he send you a grim look it is because he did not finish his conversation. The avenue Jaurès became very noisy in the evening, especially from midnight, sometimes slightly alcoholized persons and drug-addict, fortunately the police watches. For all those things, the price too high compared to the quality of the front desk staff / cleanliness / rental. I think that no. More than 30 euros would be good.

It is a modest hotel but very comfortable, very well attended and easy to access to any part of Paris, good quality and price.

Very simple, but very good and cheap.

It is a small hotel with mediocre rooms. When I stayed there, my rooms wasn't clean and the bed linen had holes and stains. The breakfast was served too early and consisted on some milk or juice and a croissant. The staff was quite kind, though. You can find better for the same price.

That this small hotel required, taken over in recent years by a dynamic, friendly and dedicated team. A real kindness,
Positive; Cleanliness, staff, quiet despite any proximity to Jean Jaurès and Flanders, Wi — Fi in room very good quality, quality of advice, price.
Negative: Still a few adjustments to do especially at the level of the space available at the front desk. (not d places or s sit). But I m certified c was to study…
