Normal mini hotel, only very small rooms.

A hotel full of charm! Great welcome!

My room got robbed with other 3 rooms. I check in on 31 May 2018 on 2pm. When I get back to my hotel at 9.30pm. My suitcase got broke open but I am so lucky that I do not have anything valuable in them so I do not lost anything only my suitcases zip and lock broken. The incident includes 4 rooms in a day (including mine). I had a chance to talk to the girl in the other room that more unfortunate. She lost designer handbags and jewellery. Even though she just check in to the hotel at 7.30pm and went out for food about 2 hours and come back to found out that she got robbed at 10pm. Very scary and bad insecure experiences here. I don’t think the security at the hotel is good enough. My friend room did not get rob but he said he notice that the door on almost every room on his floor got marked or scratched look like it get robbed or force open. I will definitely not come back and stay here again. Never! So anyone stay there please be careful!

The rooms are small but have very good conditions, are clean, and the views are very attractive.
Each day we have our bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned.
The breakfast is almost good as well, with various bread, croissants, and diferent options.
The people are nice and kind, everything according our expectations. Thank you so much, Paris becomes fantastic!

Good soundproofing of the rooms very little noise despite the proximity to the train station.

Rooms are very small but comfortable. The French decor is adorable.

Hotel d A great charm, helpful staff, unless you stumble upon a person who works at the front desk in the morning know that you have to do a cop lacks tact and professionalism.

Nice clean hotel. The day receptionist is the most awful human being. The night shift receptionist is a gem to work with. Perfect example of contradiction.

Very nice hotel staff are friendly and helpful but watch out for the 2 euro tax they don't tell u about until after check out!

Do not speak Spanish, is quite traditional.

Decoration at the old Parisian ambiance bourgeois… Room and bathroom of good size. A smartphone is available for free usable as a digital guide to visit Paris. Mini bar in the room tea coffee 2petites bottles of water offered. For a Coke you have to count €3. Just across the line L Cardint bridge. Living Area bar, Restaurant nearby!

Very old, all the rooms need maintenance. All the light bulbs were blown. Sink were blocked. We changed our room three times in our 4 days stay. This hotel should be 2 stars hotel only. Very old and mouldy. Some of the stuff were so rude.

Great hotel in the heart of paris… easy to go to other directions.

Close to the public transport, the bed was ok, my room was just enough space to accommodate 2 people, the telephone to call to the reception wasn't working.

Great location and the rooms are an adorable art deco! Bathrooms need updating in tile and ceiling. Food was okay for breakfast, if bland.

Staff was very patient and kind to our English speaking tour group of 30+ people. The rooms are so nice and look amazing. The beds are a little hard, but the pillows and comforter were very soft. They also provided a "handy" device to help travelers explore the city, but we didn't use it. The air conditioning needs some work, but otherwise a very quaint hotel.

Wonderful art deco rooms. Great staff. Good coffee.

The room service and food was good, but beware the train tracks next to the hotel.

Very good value for this hotel facing the metro station.

I recommend it.

Not so far but the service leaves a lot to be desired and the breakfast is poor. They should remove two stars but you know, in Paris is an optional.

Poor Wi-Fi, poor service, and the air conditioning doesn't work.

Beautiful little boutique hotel. Very friendly. Close to Metro. Ideal for a stay in Paris. Would highly recommend. We shall be returning as soon as we can. Try the cafe opposite for your morning coffee.

The Hotel deserves no stars! In the rooms is mold and mildew, the bathroom is from the 60's and very worn out! There is no Cover, but a kind of bedspread, the safe is 20 years old. The Tepoichboden is worn and stained. The Breakfast for 15€ consists of scrambled eggs and old bread. Not continue to recommend!

Highly recommended!
Renting may seem a bit far from downtown but actually is a 3 minute walk to the subway and then very well-connected and convenient for travel.
I stayed with them together with my girlfriend using a coupon purchased online but we were treated differently from other customers.
The staff is absolute, the rooms a true bijou! (we found very nice also the elevator)
We did not use the restaurant but only breakfast, pretty good food, varied, plentiful and fresh.
again, highly recommended.

First impressions of reception area were very good, clean and tidy. Reception very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room very clean and bed very comfortable, with TV and safe. Unfortunately no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Mini Bar quite expensive. Would stay there again.

I have never seen anything like it in my life. The home insult a customer (because the guy at the reception is too drunk and frozen) and put his point in the face and leaving a chasing by striking shot of motorcycle helmet. And as if that were not enough, put another couple out in the offensive. Really. Think is there before you go the:-/.
