We had a perfect stay here whilst in Paris. The hotel is very nice with great decor. We stayed in the king suite which was stunning! The staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough for you. 100% recommend!

For a tourist, it has a reasonable price. And the service is ok. Not very luxury, but cozy enough to have a rest. It's just geographically, its not in the center of all the famous activities of Paris. So for class moderate, it has a good compromise.

Really happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was still quite warm with the A/C but very nice. Location was quiet and not too far from public transportation. We would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff Elisabeth, Djafar and Alexsander. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.

Very good breakfast. Lots of choices. Good bedding. Rooms well insulated against noise. Kind staff. Small downside you have to walk a while before the first subway mouth.

The hotel is very well located, close to metro station.
The rooms have a proper size, very well maintained and room service, a 10.
But, without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is the service, the receptionists super attentive and friendly, as well as the rest of the service.

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. Only the parking is to small if you have a big car. I damaged my rims when driving in. We would recommend this.

Das Hotel hat keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten gehabt. Beim resavieren Stand privatparklpatz was eine Lüge war. Wir wurden dann zu einem öffentlich Parkhaus geschickt wo es teurer war. Der Standort ist direkt an einer viel befahrenden Strasse zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es zu fuss viel zu weit. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel nur wenn man alle Lichter anschaltete war's Grad okay, sowie stank es sehr nach kaltem Rauch. Die Möbel waren schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Fenster sind sehr undicht war richtig kalt trotz geschlossenen Zustand. Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, da ich in3 Sterne Hotels schon viel besseres gewöhnt bin.

Very good service at the reception level, a little inconvenience in the room of the type a lamp that does not work or even the shower very poorly made.

10 mins away from metro, close to clichy transilien. Lot of restaurants, nice 4 star hotel with breakfast. In the 17th arrondissement.

The personal working were very friendly. Although some of them didn't speak English. The reception staff did. Very helpful with Info and our questions. Wanna thank Alex personally in the reception desk.

The service is really at the top (the manager is even going to accompany me to guide me in their parking) to have also test the others of the neighborhood, it's a competent must held its price!

We had booked by Booking is paid by PayPal, on our arrival an employee asked us to pay again the room what we refused (heusement that we had kept the evidence). The room is rather large and very large bed very comfortable. The bathtub is old-fashioned, bare minimum cleaning! Curtain cracked and they smelt cold tobacco, many traces of wear. Knowing that the price displayed in the room is 590 euros in high season for the room where we were!
Breakfast varied and plentiful! It's a real plus!
On the other hand when we left we were asked again to pay the room!
In the end the establishment does not deserve in any one four stars!

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is varied, plentiful and very good. It's an address to remember.

Average place, usable only if business is nearby in the new quarter of the former Olympic Village.

Decent hotel not too far from a station to get into the centre of Paris. As it's further out the city, noise pollution is quite low so you can get a good night's rest. Only hiccups were with our GB credit card & stain on our floor that was sticky.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked the suite — the only one they seem to have. Unfortunately, the same thing that many others here described happened to us, too. The room was double booked. We had to stay in a different (lower grade) room. I was really upset about it because we just stayed for 2 nights and also the fact of having to move again and check in and out every day from room to room was not very convenient. They offered us to pay back the difference in charge between the 2 room categories — which is the least you can expect since you didn't get what you pay for. However I wouldn't have stayed in that hotel for the other room. We came for the suite so we expected something more than just a reimbursement for the extra charge and an apology. We got 12% off the regular lower grade room price in the end — after heavily complaining. Sad. Kind of ruined the romantic weekend in Paris. The suite was really nice though. Only wish we'd actually had it for 2 nights. So the room is 4 stars. The service is 1 star. The location is 2 stars. Bad connection to public transport.

Recently modernised. Great reception area with plenty of seating while waiting for others. Very friendly reception staff — very happy to chat when not too busy. Comfortable room, clean, modern and super comfy beds. Street outside was quite while I was staying. Well situated for local attractions.

Clean and friendly hotel. Small rooms. Small breakfast room. Hardly any hotel parking.
Metro stop Velliers 10 minutes, but through a street market.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and proper equipment. Nice and efficient staff. Good breakfast. Upgraded room which is always nice.
Small flats on the outside noise, the hotel being close to the railroad tracks and a busy boulevard. Despite the very efficient double glazing, a little noise. + Carpet with some not terrible tasks.

Gear place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff; also location is perfect as it's near the Pont Cardinet train station and makes traveling around very easy.

Great hotel, close to the metro and sacre cord.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The concierge Alexandre was the best at helping us. We found the room to be quite large for Paris standards and very clean. While it is a few blocks from the Metro, the walk was good for us. There were rental bikes, right outside the front door of the hotel. We enjoyed the bike ride around the nearby park and the Opera area. The decor was current, by North American standards, done in grays and black. We are enclosing a picture of the decor in the lobby. We found them to be quite entertaining.

Room and bathroom ok. Clean with big and comfortable bed. Big minus for breakfast, its tragic, "breakfast service" dont care about nothing, you must ask for coffe, eggs and all (17€), the women from reception looks like "bad dog" who wants to hit you. Parking… 15€ "pro day" … bullshit 2h = 4, 8€. Of course after 1h searching free space. Koniec.

Nice hotel, nice helpful staff. The room is lovely but tiny.

Terrible experience. They stole my wallet on the subway. I found myself without money even to be able to take a means to go to the airport. They didn't pay me the cab. No willingness to give any solution, no support, no chance. I was paid a taxi by the hotel customers!

Very good location. Close to a train station. Around 700 meters from a metro station and with plenty of restaurants around.

dust, noise at all levels… it's the second time I'm dnas a Parisian hotel and that they not work… informs us at the price of the rooms… I find that strong coffee!

It's fantastic location and wide room compare of same price hotel rooms. Good receptionist, good house keeper! especially they present Wi-Fi egg all day long! it's fantastic.

I've spent 10days it that Hotel. Room was dark. Hot. With a/c on to loud to sleep. With opened window same story. Good breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Small room but clean. Good service. Excellent lunch. Lack of storage, hangers. Of course, no Washcloths, like everywhere in Europe! Close to everything by foot, subway 4-5 blocks away.

I am really happy staying here. The location is great for public transit needs, the staff is really nice, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. They have upgraded their systems for green technology. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Paris.
