Overall our stay in this small hotel was great and above our expectations. Hotel location is away from touristic traffic yet very close to the metro station “Porte de Champerret” line 3 & a bus station. All rooms in Paris are small but this was fine for 2 adults and a 9 year old child who had her own small bed/couch. The updated room had a safe, free Wi-Fi, proper AC which is hard to find in a 3 star hotel, clean yet small bathroom, modern shower/tub with proper water pressure and a TV which we never used. No fridge though but we kept our bottles of water in the reception fridge. Staff was friendly & helpful. Calling a cab service costs 7 Euros Around the Hotel area you’ll find: 1) Several cafes/bars 2) A Bakery for croissants and pain de chocolat 3) “Donor king” for Halal food 4) A Moroccan restaurant 5) Carrefour city for snacks, sandwiches, drinks, fruits and water bottles 6) Park promenade Perier : Excellent for small walks and relaxing with a nice children play area.

This hotel is fantastic. It is not in the centre but that is no problem at all as the metro is right there. So so good and we will be back for sure. The service was second to none.

I traveled from Arizona to Paris, 1st time. Stayed here for three days. This is a nice hotel with short walk to bus, subway and cafes. Clean rooms. The rooms were not ready the day we arrived until 2:30pm. Food from outside is not allowed in the rooms.

They have AC and in Europe that's not easy to come by. Great shower pressure and great service by staff. Near the Eiffel tower and by the museums.

My wife and I stay d at the hotel for 3 nights. It's a truly cozy little hotel room and it was perfect for us. The room was small but that's not a big deal for us. We were only there to sleep. The hotel is not right in the middle of everything but it has asy access to public transportation and it was incredibly easy to get Uber rides from there. The staff was very nice and spoke great English with us. The breakfast buffet is 15 euro per person and is slightly underwhelming for the price, but there are a ton of little cafes all around the hotel to go eat it. My only issue is that the walls are a little thin. We could hear other loud guests outside of our door in the hall way. Besides that this is a perfect quaint little hotel that I would recommend to anyone going to Paris for a few days. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome stay here! It's far enough away from the highly touristy area but close to metro for access to the main sites! This hotel was chosen for me through the travel site I used to book, so I thought it may be a below average hotel but I was wrong! The room was nice and clean (pretty small, but we we're only in the room to sleep! ) And had a gorgeous view from our window. My only small complaints are the walls are thin — we could hear loud guests in the hallway. And the breakfast was a little disappointing for the price (15 Euro each) but was convenient. Even so, I would stay here again!

Very good hotel with a first class attention and quite comfortable rooms in an area of very easy access by Metro or public transport in general.

Clean and cozy. The only thing also the rooms that turn out to be superior are too small. But it's not a serious problem. Going out to the left Metro stop. To 1.5 km walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

Very good price / quality ratio, well located, relatively quiet despite the ongoing construction work. Room small but clean and well laid-out.

Nice Hotel but not enough soundproofing features.

Lift Lilliputian and rickety, small room just like the bathroom (you bump at the slightest movement, the toilets are there too and so close to the sink! ), noisy air conditioning, noise from the ubiquitous elevator, brief little nights Relaxing. Breakfast is well provided, but this one will be in a blind room, some would say in the cellar. Funny I happened to have the pass of my room and entering there find a lady in small outfit… Fortunately the spouse understood that the reception had made a mistake, if he had been a blood it could have ended badly!

The + very well welcomed, the hotel is well located bus station, Metro a 200m. Parking at 500m 36th/24h in front of HEC.
The — we had room 209, double bed and small bed for children. The bedding is completely wrong. To change as soon as possible. January 2, 2018 and the bathtub not clean.
At the breakfast the waitress very arrogant.

Very unpleasant reception, the bald man at the front desk was mahmudul and the rooms filled with dust… I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

One of the better hotels in Paris. Located on a great street with many restaurants, two metro stations nearby, and the Arc de Triumph, we enjoyed this nice sanctuary from the busy city. The shower was bigger than most and very nice, although the shower head's track system slouched, causing the head to rest below five feet. A great find in an expensive city.

A Beautiful hotel too stay in. The staff is very helpful and friendly making you feel at home.

Our room was clean, air conditioning was effective and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, we hadn't prepaid our room and upon arrival they were quite happy for us to pay whenever. Room and bathroom is small, but this is Paris.

Just because a hotel puts 3-Star into its own name, doesn't make it a 3-Star hotel. To describe an experience such as I endured over a 5 day stay, I must break the review definitively into pros, indifference, and cons to avoid excessive rambling. PROS: — After the cleaning staff leaves human feces folded into your bedding, the front staff will move you rooms, and comp part of your stay and breakfast charges. (pics added) — Conveniently near the subway, bus routes, markets, bakers, small shops, and a variety of great food cafes within walking distance. — Any requests for extra towels, pillows, etc are granted no questions asked. INDIFFERENCE: — Polite staff when speaking the native language or spending money. — Breakfast is not included in price, so you will have to pay. — The variety of foods at the breakfast buffet is fantastic, but you will be waiting upwards to 45 minutes at times for the staff to refill certain buffet items, and you can only hope they made enough for all who were waiting. — There is an elevator, but its more a service hatch that fits no more than two people with a single bag each. Travel light, or you will be taking turns. Seriously. — The staff will listen to personal requests, and will heed them, as in not to be disturbed for example. The only issue is that if you didn't tell the entire staff personally, they most likely didn't communicate that with each other, and you will be getting knocks at the door or cleaners attempting to enter.

The rooms are dilapidated, a little modernism would do no harm. The bedding is not in super condition and the carpet dirty. A good refreshment of the rooms is to be expected. Otherwise the reception and breakfast are very decent for that price there.

Nice hotel in locals area of Paris. Front desk staff spoke English and were pleasant. The rooms had large windows that opened like French Doors and you could look out all around the city. It is across the street from a Subway/Bus station so you can easily travel anywhere in the city within minutes.

They were just fine, good attitude and vibe from the staff, very clean, a bit flexible with your requirements. Next to a near metro station.

The rooms and bathrooms are small in size (according to Parisian standards) and basic facilities, maid service was flawless. The staff, very friendly and helpful, speaks Italian.

A wall is coated with plaster fresh, not dry… Very present and unpleasant smell. There is no idea of renting such a room! Could even wait until it is dry!

The hotel's proximity to public transportation stops, they certainly did accept the "troubles" that occurred during the period of stay as "everyday" reordering of the room that we had to take the first day back at the Hotel tired of a large and busy day in Paris, the absence for a whole night of room ventilation systems (air conditioning throughout the hotel catch) and 4 persons Room 2 adults and 2 children was kindly answered with a shrug "shrug" to a solution too transient problem. Room with window to the street front all night!
