Cozy place for 2 persons for short stay in Paris.

Noisy hotel. A little dilapidated. Hear the street like this window was opened. Few choices at breakfast. Otherwise well positioned metro has 20 meters.

Total crap! The rooms are anything but what they do see on their site and especially dirty! A big Rip off! Be wary! I strongly advise against it!

Misleading Photos, the hotel is unimaginable dirt. The first contact at the reception was positive but the first glance in the room that was assigned to us (the 2) we remarquames great tasks of mold even hidden behind the big curtains near the windows. The condition of the floor, the bathroom or the walls were too much to be desired. The only things that seemed clean and suitable, or at least of the look, were the beds, because in fact they felt strongly about mold, just like the room as a whole.

I don't really understand the bad rating. We had two great nights. It's a bit cold but the bed is clean and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Only positive note the Metro in front of the hotel.
The photos on booking are not truthful with the actual room booked, mold in the walls, water leaks and ceiling with cracks. The bathroom window couldn't open because the handle was missing. A disaster.

No hot water pressure, just a trickle of water. Ok Cold Water Shower.

Personal experience: winter, unfinished work room, hoses all over the bathroom, broken tile, holes.
Mold in the bathroom, double dirty Curtains.
Room heated to air conditioning, so big humidity constant, strong fog on the windows in the morning, poor Insulation.
The attic, the "direction" of the hotel threw me at the door without any explanation, I had to pack everything in 10min while I still had a night of Reservation.
Some of the staff are very nice.

It is called 2* hotel, and you shouldn't expect much from this place. No elevator, small rooms, plastic door to the toilet, and very small breakfast. We also found mold at out bathroom. But from the plus sides: there is air conditioning, friendly staff, and availability of public transportation. City center is a bit far away (50 minutes of walking), but there are a lot of small and nice restaurants nearby. We have paid around 300 € per 3 nights for 2 with the included breakfast. Not too bad for the high season. So overall the feeling about this place is ok, especially if you don't plan to stay all the time in the hotel.

The hotel itself is small and kind of dark. Only some of the AC units work correctly however the beds were comfortable. The showers didn't always work properly and the breakfast is very limited but okay. The location was excellent. It's right beside the metro line that will connect you to anywhere in the city. Food locations are also nearby, right beside the hotel. The staff at the front desk was good, they were helpful with questions. The hotel is okay if you're only planning on sleeping there and spending the whole day out.

Decent hotel for the price. Located next to the metro.

I wouldn't even advise this Hotel to my biggest Enemy. Take care, and be warned. I have complications to explain how destroyed and abandoned this Hotel looks already from inside! — NO Elevator — More holes then colors on the walls. — Aircon broken and looks like that for Years. — Black spots everywhere on the window wall, and Bathroom — Bathroom: "Door broken, not mossible to close. Showerholder broken (old). Fan not working. Toilet smell mixing with the rotten smell of the bedroom. — Bed: old, small and pornomovie like but clean. — TV: new LCD medium sized, don't know if it works, didn't touch the remote. — Wifi: free slow and unsecured works even on the street in front, whats btw. The nicest place of the Hotel. — Rotten but cleaned fits to all of the rest of this… — Service: English and friendly, I feel sorry for the people that have to work in this place. I couldn't complain to them, I did't know where to start. We took a deep breath outside and give the money for one day because we could store our Bags secure. Before night we found an cheaper perfect hotel one busline far away. The Pictures TripAdvisors showing are so perfect photoshoped, its already a crime. I still try to understand what happend to this so rotten hotel. The owner should get infestigated for what he is offering to the people.

Access to the subway door champerret nearby. Home pro and staff lovely. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Breakfast with croissants hot heads, eggs hard, breads, yogurts… only downside our shower door was broken.

It was a convention space Champerret, we booked a triple room with a couple of friends.
Positives:
-Welcome, friendly staff and nice
-Wide staircase, practice for the big luggage
-Very comfortable beds
-Relatively quiet given its situation
-Cost of returns for two nights: €62 per person, very reasonable
Things to see:
-Small problem with the shower that does no seal underneath so we put water everywhere when we wash, not very convenient for us or for the maid who after
-Bathroom really tiny, the sink is difficult to access
-Pale and not very warm lighting
-The bedside light did not work
-No parking, provide parking elsewhere like the Jersey-Gouvion example
We start with a good memory in all, this is a very convenient hotel if you want to attend an event in space Champerret. The prices are very affordable, we will return next year.

I had a strong fear seeing the number of incendiary comments on hotel on sites of resa. We booked 4 triple rooms for the modest sum of € 95 per room per night.
Result: no complaints. It is clean, nice, quiet (even concerning the rooms on the ground floor side street which have two double glazing. ) there was even a small heater in our room in case where but we have didn't need. The rooms are spacious with several seats and even the make-up which was very helpful to us (costumes for the Paris Comics Expo convention) the size of the bathroom a lot varies landscaping they could do. But in all cases, the space was more than enough. One room only had one shower, other tubs.
The beds were comfortable, charming and attentive staff. No, frankly I do not understand why so many people disparage this hotel that I recommend and where I will stay again on next space champerret conventions.
No opinion on breakfast as we had planned what :) break some bread.

Ok. You get what you pay for. Good location. No frills.

I am not recommending this hotel. The night porter claimed that we didn't pay for our rooms and tried to charge us twice. When we showed the receipts he stated that we needed to pay an extra charge or we were not allowed to leave the hotel, to not miss our flight we had to pay this in cash. We had no other choice than to pay or miss our flight. Extremely unprofessional and rude night porter who probably put the cash in his own pocket.

4th hotel we stayed in while in Europe. Great location for walking and jumping the Metro to get around. Not in the heart of the touristy part of town which was a huge plus. J'aime Paris, J'aime la France. Stay here! You'll not regret it. The danky little bathroom didn't matter.
