Hotel’s location is good, near the subway and some attractions in Paris, the breakfast is Also good, but the staff isn’t, I mean, one in particular, when I arrived I did the check in with a man that didn’t explain everything, neither the breakfast or the internet, so when I arrived at night on the hotel, I asked in the reception for a man called FARID, a rude and unpolite man, I don’t understad how can a group like bestern western can hire someone like that man, first he told me I had to ask the Wi-Fi code when I had done check-in (as it were something very hard that he couldn’t explain), then Began talking a lot of bullshit like “that was My right to know the internet code, and continued talking non sens stuffs” me and My wife were tired of hearing that and wanted to go away, but he said finally “i didn’t finish talking”, like if we were intersted in hearing all that bullshit, What kind of person you contract to work in a hotel? People on the street were so Much more friendly and helpfull, i’ve been in Paris Four times and certainly won’t come Back in this hotel.
