Absolutely loved this hotel. It is centrally located in Paris and in a cute neighborhood that isn't super touristy. The rooms are small, but that's Paris and the bathroom was wonderful. After traveling for three weeks it was great finding a shower with temperate range and great water pressure. The metro is not even a block from the hotel and it is minute walk to the Arc de Triumph. There are tons of resturants in walking distance and supermarkets. There are also two great bakeries where you can get breakfast, lunch or tasty treats for about 5 euros. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I can't wait to return.

I recommend it. Very warm and friendly welcome. Good location and very quiet. No need to put the air conditioning in the room so the place is protected from the Parisian heatwave.

Tiny and dimly lit rooms. Shower is so small it's impossible to move around, no electricity sockets near the bed, and the elevator broke on my second night there. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Service is inconsistent — evening shift was nice and helpful, morning shift was rude and unhelpful with getting a taxi. The only reason to book it is the (very) convenient location.

For a 3 star I knew better small room puts the dirty bathroom with toilet small otherwise nice staff.

A bit small and the two halves of the building are only joined through the lobby. Breakfast good, staff helpful and speak excellent English. Lifts are very small. Metro Argentine just run the corner, as is Arc de Triumphe! Good restaurants close.

The rooms are nice but a can be noisy. No apparatus for shining shoes. Night receptionist not friendly, rather well placed, but the road to get there is a can claim.

Great place excellent location. Closer to all attractions yet being on a side street offers easy access to neighbourhood coffee and food shops which are not tourist traps.

Located close to the Palais de Congrès, the rooms are the size "Parisian", rather small, the staff is friendly, the price is a bit expensive, for Paris "normal".

Way fantastic! The clerk even provided an adapter for our 220 converter that somehow didn't want to fit in any outlet. And at checkout, we were offered espresso as we awaited our shuttle. Next trip to Paris will include there again. By the way, the Arc de Triumph is nearby.

Small, quaint hotel in great area of Paris near the Champs-Elysee. Very clean hotel rooms and updated baths. The front desk staff were so very helpful with any questions we had regarding sightseeing, the metro etc. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going.

We had 3 rooms at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Some might find the rooms a little small but they pretty typical for the area. The hotel is very convenient to the metro (Argentine station). There is a very good grocery store right across the street and several good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended, and we would certainly stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights during January, perfect hotel for duo traveling Europe. Affordable and well maintained, with amazing heating for our chilly winter nights. Nothing could really be faulted other than lack of English channels on tv. Location is perfect, with the Arc De Triomphe around the corner, central to Paris' must see's and roughly €40 from the airport. Staff are helpful offering advice and ensuring stay is comfortable. Definitely will be back.

Had a great stay in this adorable, classic hotel. The rooms were small but cozy and very well kept. There was ample bathroom and storage space. The elevator was very small but there were no issues. Very convenient location.

Staff are wonderful and speak great English. Bed really comfortable and shower amazing. Great location for Metro, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, patisseries to die for. Really clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

A great, small and very charming hotel, just 400 metres from the Arc de Triomphe. Close connection to the metro/RER. Breakfast €13 for basic equipment, but we have served in good weather in the courtyard, which was very pleasant. A big Kudos to the employees, were all very helpful, always very friendly, we probably felt in our very small but always clean room very. Ideal for a city trip!

Excellent in all respects perfect, a pleasant, quiet, steps away from the star, however, the decoration is to review, worn carpet, presence of holes, recorked, but visible in the bathroom. However, the stay was excellent, and we thank you for your welcome.

We spent 7 nights at Acacias Etoile and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful, and located near public transportation. Nearby, there are restaurants, a mini-mart with anything you might need, and even a small grocery store. We will certainly be back the next time we are in Paris. Merci!

Great staff, location and very friendly. Rooms are mini but one is anyway only for sleeping there. Very clean and quiet.

Stayed for 4 nights with my wife in Aug 2015. We booked through their own website and got a room rate the same as other booking sites but we got our breakfast included each morning which wasn't on offer from other booking sites. All of the staff we encountered are wonderful, many had very good English too. We got some great advice from reception regarding sightseeing and found all the staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and quiet, has narrow stairs and a small elevator. The rooms are small also but none of this takes from how nice this hotel is. It's clean throughout, has good air-con in the rooms. Continental breakfast is of a good standard and there is an honesty bar later in the day if you fancy a drink. Room service is offered but we did not avail of it.

We had a really comfortable stay the Acacias last week. It's a small but very welcoming hotel and very well positioned between 2 metro stations — Argentine and CDG Etoile. It's a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe but is in a very quiet area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

I really enjoyed my staying ate Acacias Etoile. I got a single room (421) and it was very spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked really well. The bathroom was good, only the shower area is really small. For me it wasnt a problem but for big people I think it would be. The location is really good. Very close to Argentine metro station (yellow line) and on the street there are restaurants and mini markets that are very handy. I definately would stay again.

Last year we were in Paris and it was the second time that we went to that hotel because we love. Very good, excellent location and friendly attention by others.

Friendly and helpful staff. My wife left her cell phone in the safe. They shipped it home for us. As for the room, its clean and modern, but small, normal for Paris. If I have the chance to come back, I would.

The Good: Nice location — about 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. Wifi included and had great speed. Breakfast also included (pastries, fruit, coldcuts, cheese, coffee) and they served it until noon (! ). Hotel staff helpful and friendly. "Honesty Bar" in main lobby, so could get drinks/snacks any time of day. The Bad: Small room, small shower. But this is likely par for course in Paris. Tiny, tiny lift — barely fit more than 1 person. If you are in Paris on a budget would recommend.

The location is perfect, very close to metro and Arc de Triomphe. In a nice and quiet and the staff are really welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very good location, clean hotel, very friendly. The breakfast was a bit expensive, but satisfying. 100 euro the room, very good report quality / price / situation.
