Cozy room, clean and with excellent amenities. Free pastries and cappuccino in lobby provided by very welcoming staff. Excellent location, with a daily market right around the corner. Absolutely delightful.

People! I advise everyone, if you go to Paris two or four, then book rooms at Villa "Alessandra"

Perfect location at the bottom of the fields to be able to do the basics on foot. The hotel is located in a quiet little street in snowshoe backgrounds. Very clean. Breakfast Stay at the top!

Well, they claim that twin and double rooms are 20 Meters squared, I even wrote them email to clarify that since lot of folks in reviews complain that rooms are too small, but 20 M2 for Paris is tremendous, So it didn't make any sense. So they've written me that rooms are from 15 to 20 m2, so I explained that I've booked the rooms simply because of the room size, and asked them to hold 20M2 room for me, And sure enough they placed me in a room not bigger then 12 squared meters. Breakfast is not great as well, So 3 stars. Staff members were friendly though.

Very nice hotel. Reasonable price and unbeatable location. The small hotel is located on a very small, cute place that makes you dream. The rooms are OK and the staff are very friendly. I recommend to 100%!
Fantastic hotel in a lovely neighborhood! The square it's on looks like the decor of midnight in Paris. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are reasonable. Very close to Champs-Elysées and the Parc Monceau. I can highly recommend:)

This hotel was beautiful, clean, very quiet. The breakfast was very filling and varied in content. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved my small yet beyond cute room. I will stay here, again, when we go back to Paris. 2 thumbs up.

Nice place, small, well painted, decorated, in the interior, as in room, in quiet street, close to the Arc de Triomphe, affordable price, recommended.

Mold in the bathroom, aircon which makes a huge noise floor that sticks and toilet cracked, no toilet paper.
If you are looking for a sleepy morning this is not the place!
If this is 4 stars I am the Queen.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, at the bottom of a dead end. Nice amenities, bedding, TV, etc. Very happy with the room.

Small rooms. No coffee at room. Wi-Fi bad in 4th floor, especially in the nights it goes weaker. In September, I paid 210€+, which is too high for this place. Breakfast was very mediocre and had to eat out everyday despite it being part of the package.

Our room was very spacious, lobby man was very nice and welcoming, overall service and experience was fantastic.

Small hotel, small room, but clean, nice staff, friendly. Location near street market in calm, safe streets at night, good cafes and restaurants near by. So close to triumph arc, for me 10 to 15 min walking to congress. I will come again.

Great hotel, not too pricey, good location. Brilliant breakfasts. I guess some of the other reviewers are right when they say it could do with updating, but we went to visit Paris, not the hotel, so not an issue for us as we were there only to sleep.

Indeed, the hotel not is easy to find is it, but there are that say that it me has liked much the room individual, and them services everyday. By the way, the receptionists are very friendly. When had some problems I has helped directly (had a bit of difficulty of communicate because not speak well French and he nor speaks Spanish). The room was very quiet and classical, a little old too, and that does not seem a four star hotel but as nearby Charles de Gaulles Étoile I think that it is worth going to stay there.

Clean room, the hotel is located in a quiet dead-end street in the center of the capital, I have stayed here as part of a business trip and have no complaint to make to this hotel!

For the price and the quality it is good… Do not expect a French fancy hotel… Very close to the Metro and some good restaurant and monuments… Fee Wi-Fi.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel.
The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful.
The size of the room and the bathroom of bath is correct.
A suggestion however: breakfasts without gluten or lactose (why not custom)

Disappointed, for a three stars, the quality of the bedding is not to the appointment, though more unpleasant that springs proeminants of the mattress, Chair damaged, lack of plug for the bath, we would like to take a bath, narrow room.

By chance I found out that the hotel booked the money for one night twice. I called there and they told me that it was a mistake… no sorry, no nothing … just: I will book it back to the account. This gave me a strange feeling. I know that paris is expensive, but this does not justify fraud.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is located very near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. In addition, falls in a subway station by which they pass the lines 1, 2 and 6 and you manage to get into the Eiffel Tower in less than 10 minutes and a time similiar to the Louvre. Aside from good communication with the transport, there are numerous restaurants and sites of fast food.

Last night the employee could not give me a Wifi key, also in my room 204 does Wi-Fi signal or there is information in the room over Wi-Fi.
In the bathroom there is no bidet and I could not wash my well.

ATTENTION don´t book a Taxi trough the Hotel, they will take more than 50% more than a normal Taxi. As Flatrate called "Forfait", I think the Hotel is making money with this. The Hotel is nice, calm, breakfast is ok for france. But not a Luxuray hotel.

Excellent Location but not a 4 star Don’t expect excellent customer service in Europe, especially in this hotel. Europeans are accustomed to talk to their coworkers instead of working; so don’t get frustrated if they prioritize their personal conversations over your concerns and you should get used to go to the counter 2 or three times to remind them about your concerns. Some people in the front desk are somewhat friendly; however, the only girl at the front desk was mean and she even got upset when I asked her to help me make reservations for a restaurant (Don’t get frustrated – in Europe people who take your money think that they are doing you a favor by providing you with the service that you paid for). Only two great things about this hotel: location and cleanliness. Those two make it worth to stay since you would be very close to a great street market where you can find wine, cheese, bread and fresh fruit — great place to grab breakfast to go. Also you would be 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and about 10 min walk to the arc of triumph and Champs Elysees. The downside to this is that the area is not cheap so if you are looking for a cheaper area with good hotels look around the Latin Quarter. I liked the area though and I always felt safe even late at night. Wifi is free and available at the lobby. This is far from a 4 star hotel; I would compare it to a 3 star. If I ever travel to Paris again, I might consider staying here again – just for the location.

The market is right in front of the entrance court. Fabulous eating options. Maybe one less star is appropriate. Wireless internet is a pay as you go (Orange). They claim parking but you are better off in the underground unless you have a SMART car. The suite is nice and clean but small for 4 Stars. The walk to Metro is short and fun as you pass through the market. We extended a day past the original 3 day stay. Staff was very helpful even for myself an English speaker and very nice to the spouse who is a French Speaker.
