Small but cute hotel… need only sleep well and ready to explore paris…

Perfect little spot for the solo traveller. Charming, very Parisian, yet newly remodelled. They provide free domestic EU phone with data and Netflix! The room: Modern bath and lovely French brand amenities, room in good layout despite the compact size, very well air conditioned and blackout curtains. My room on the 3rd floor faced the street so there is street noise (expected in Paris, soundproofing isn’t great), but nothing ear plugs cannot fix. Bonus: the loveliest front desk, he was polite, engaging and helpful with food suggestions. Head to the direction of Ternes station (15-20 mins walk) for restaurants and shops and where the crowds are much saner. It’s a gem. Will return.

Clean, well decorated hotel. The corridors are narrow but the rooms well laid out with comfortable furnishings. I especially thank the hotel manager for her management of the customer relationship.

Horrible welcome: we booked on booking with confirmation. We'll stop late at night, no room. When we ask why we are not informed, he refuses to answer and become very agrssif and threatens to call police! It was midnight, we are Herberges by friends. Otherwise it would be a real nightmare! as a tourist, I would especially recommend this hotel. To avoid absolutely.

The staff are very friendly and the Hotel is very good and very comfortable.

Disappointed with our last pass. Very hot in the room but central air conditioning… No solution to propose to us… So we did not manage to sleep because of the heat. (End of March)

Great hotel with modern design and excellent service. Rooms are bigger (and much more comfortable) than most in Paris, as are the corridors and elevator. Features such as local mobile phone and Netflix included. My new go-to hotel for Paris.

In line with other Comments. It's Okay to Sleep. 4 stars is much too flattering: rooms without souls (we do not want to hang out), it is noisy (you hear very well the noises of traffic), breakfast extremely expensive for a very low choice and whose quality is basic. I think we can find a lot better in this Area.

Location is great for shows and events at palais des congrès. Rooms are small and beds are queen size only for a double bedroom for 2 guests Service is okay but not exceptional. Bathrooms is pretty low standard but clean. Breakfast services is fine but not a lot of choices. In overall the hotel is quite average and price are overrated. 300 to 450€ per night is way too expensive compared to the quality.

Nice hotel, clean and Netflix in the room was great. Rooms were a little small and there was a lot of noise in the night from the back street.

The location is quite convenient as you cango to the centre by Metro. The room was a bit small but very clean and tidy. The bathroom also very clean. You have free netflix so you can watch soemthing when you want. You kinda need to be a tech savvy as they have an android phone in the room instead of the proper ones and also a tablet that you can use to watch netflix. People at the receptio was also reallu helpful.

Clean, nice big towels and robes, Patio, view, good service and staff, perfect location for siteseeing and concerts, they have sewing kits! Would definitely come back!

For rowing stayed some days in summer 2015. Yes it's great. Besides we are definitely on our next vacation. The staff is very nice and very clean.

I have stayed at this small boutique hotel several times over the last few years. The hotel and rooms have been nicely renovated. It is a small boutique hotel with a wonderful ambiance. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with both hot and cold choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for personal attention as opposed to large hotels. It is convenient to bus to airport, restaurants, convention center, and metro. Great location for reasonable price! The wine and coffee in the afternoon is a great touch.

Used for many years to this location, I find the report very good quality-price, especially since the recent renovations. Decoration, bedding, bathroom, buffet breakfast, all is well, or very well. And the staff always pleasant and helpful.

The villa is a nice comfortable clean hotel. It is central to most of Paris' attractions, close to two major chain hotels and the convention Centre. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and fair for the services offered. I would stay there again any time that I was in Paris and would highly recommend it to any travelers.

A very good experience, very pleased with the hotel, the room and bathroom (all new) very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff, especially with Michel who spoke Spanish and helpful in whatever way we need to. And the location was unbeatable. No doubt, if we go back we will be staying at La Villa des Ternes. A great hotel.

Small rooms but great price for right in the middle of Paris. Didn't try the breakfast but seemed good from the look of it.
